Long ago, when the city of Athenya was first built the people were lost without a leader. A foreigner from another land stepped up, she said she was from Kinikakurete (Naricopiya in Lumniroraiyan).

She went by the name of Luna and introduced them to their new king, a parrot by the name of Aquarius.

The people were sceptical at first but after proving himself they crowned Aquarius the king of Athenya.

As a gift of thanks for allowing him to rule King Aquarius gave the Atheniyans the knowledge of flight. Everyone with Atheniyan blood would be born knowing how to make something fly.
