Jesse Pov:

Finally, a peaceful afternoon, no ones in trouble, the sun is bright, no accident, people are happy, quiet and peaceful. Until someone kicked the front door and scream

"Guys I have amazing news, it's so shocking and awesome!"

"Chara, jeez, don't be so loud."

"Sorry."

"We heard a noise, is something wrong?" Ask Lukas as he and the others came downstairs.

"No but something awesome happened!"

"What is it?" Asked Olivia

"Okay, I was walking around town checking the place until I bumped into someone, but let's just say that this person isn't like anyone in this town." She explained

"Cool, so why do you say it's great news?" Asked Olivia.

"Hold on, come on in dude!" She yelled, I wonder who this person is, Chara basically is never excited when a new fave pops up.

It wasn't until she said that, a boy with black hair, brown eyes, light skin, and a yellow shirt appeared, he seemed familiar for some reason but I don't know why.

"Woah, time sure flies uh, one minute we're the dorks of a town and now you guys are heroes, just, wow."

Wait a minute, Jack!

"Jack, is that really you?"

"Yeah, woah, you've grown up a lot Jesse it feels so unreal." He replied

"Wait, Jesse, you know this guy?" Asked Lukas

"Of course, we all know him, he was my friend when we were 13 but he moved away, I just can't believe you're back Jack after all this time." I said, I didn't know why but I just immediately hug Jack after that, it was great having my old friend back.

He hugged back, Jack was a nice person when we met, I always thought we'd be friends but I guess when he moved I thought we couldn't.

"I moved here because when I heard you guys were here so I moved, once I saw Chara I knew that you guys were close." He said as I broke from the hug.

"Well it's great to see you man." Said Axel

"Yeah." Replied Petra

"Hey, who's the new guy?" He ask

"Oh, that's Lukas, he was in the ocelot but he's on our team now."

"I forgot about those guys, can you tell me everything that's happen while I was away?" He asked

"Sure, come on, we can walk while I try to explain the important parts." I said

Lukas Pov:

One of Jesse old friends, I saw him around town before with her when we were 13 but I just put it as them being friends but the way I saw Jesse hug him after that I feel like she has feelings for him. The others walked away but before Chara can walk away herself I stopped her and said

"What are you playing at Chara?"

"What? I don't know what you're talking about." She replied

"You, bringing that guy here so he can spend time with Jesse." I said with frustration

She looked at me shocked but angry and said "Blondie, how about you get this through you skull, Jack was an old friend of ours and we've never saw him after he moved, I brought him here so we can hang out with him like old times, jeez, for someone whose smart at times you are really dumb." She then left.

Maybe she's right, maybe I'm overthinking it, Jack is only a friend of Jesse, don't worry Lukas, you can talk with her when they get back.

But what if Jesse is interested in him?

Jack Pov:

"So Chara got powers and revived Reuben?"

"Yup."

"Woah, I have missed out." I said

"Don't worry, we know you had to move so we understand." Said Jesse.

I don't want to admit it to anyone but I have a crush on Jesse ever since we met and trust me I have reason, she's kind, beautiful, and amazing but I feel that she and Lukas have some sort of, connection. Lukas doesn't seem like the guy for Jesse, he was apart of the ocelots and his team basically bullied them for years, good thing their in jail now, serves them right.

"Hey Jesse, do you ever wonder if the right guys for you is out there still?" I asked

"I hope so, can I tell you a secret?"

"Sure."

"I actually have a crush on someone, he's a good friend and he helps me out, I have had a crush on him for like ever since we met which was a long time ago, I just don't know if he likes me." She explained, I wonder who's she's talking about, maybe she might have the same feeling for me.

"Who knows, I mean you're an amazing girl to be around who wouldn't want to date you, you're smart, brave, and kind, I wouldn't be surprised if he liked you too." I replied.

"Really." She said with a blush.

"Of course." I said with a smile.

"I'm so glad you're back, I can never talk to Chara about this without her getting upset." She said.

Lukas Pov:

It's been six hours since they left, where are they? In currently reading a book to pass the time but this is my 2nd book and I haven't seen them since they left. I was about to go upstairs until the door opened to reveal two people coming in, their back, good.

"You guys are back, it's been like 6 hours since you left."

"Really, it felt like 30 minutes, I guess time flies sometimes." Said Jesse.

"Hey Jesse, you think we can talk tomorrow, I want to know about your adventures, they sound so interesting and fun." Said Jack

"Of course, I'll see you tomorrow."

"You too." She said as he left, maybe I can walk with her after her walk with Jack.

"Hey Jesse?" I ask as I grabbed her hand before she left.

"Yeah Lukas."

"I was wondering if after your walk with Jack we can walk with each, you know, just the two of us?" I said as I blushed

"S-sure Lukas, h-how about 1-1:30?" She stuttered.

"Great, see you tomorrow." I said before I hugged her and ran upstairs.

At least I know I can get some time alone with Jesse.

Jesse Pov;

I can't believe Lukas just ask me to go walk with him, alone, I'm pretty sure I was blushing when he said but how am I going to hang out with Jack, I can't just say I have to leave. I'm sure if I tell him why, he can understand.

Anyways, I should just go to sleep so I can go walk with Jack in the morning.

--Morning--

"I love out walks Jesse." Said Jack

"Yeah, it's great hanging out with you Jack."

"So about this guy you have a crush on, can you tell me how's he like?" He asked.

Oh gosh, I like Lukas but I don't know how to describe Lukas without so many details. "Well, he's taller than me that's for sure, he's kind, brave, and always have been my friend. When he left I felt like I was abandoned, since Reuben just passed away and I felt like I was all  in the world, but then he came back and I was happy knowing he was here." I said.

"Woah, that was deep, I'm sorry you felt abandoned but I'm sure he understands that it was a mistake to leave you and he won't abandon you ever again." He said as he hugged me.

"Thanks Jack."

"How about we continue our walk."

--Time skip--

"Haha, who know that Chara is still a prankster after all these years."

"Yeah, I'm surprised she found you out of any of us."

"Agree." He laughed, it wasn't until I realized something, I was suppose to walk with Lukas after this.

"Jack what time is it?" I asked

"2:16, why?"

"Crud, I was suppose to meet with Lukas after our walk but now I'm late, I'll see you around Jack." I said as I ran off before Jack could say another word.

Lukas Pov:

Alright Lukas, just relax, it's just a walk with Jesse, this can't go wrong. I know Jesse and I know that she's excited to go on a walk but I'm kinda nervous, I fear that Jack might be stealing Jesse away from me but I'm sure Jesse doesn't have any feelings for him.

I checked the time and it was 1:26, she should be here any moment.

Where is she?

I checked my time again and it was 2:16, I'm sure she probably got lost out their, probably.

Forget it, she doesn't care about you, she only cares about Jack and spending time with him, no, that's not the Jesse I know, but why is she so late, did she just decided to leave me like this.

It wasn't until someone opened the door and a girl with black hair and emerald eyes appeared.

"Lukas, I'm so sorry, I just lost track of time and me and Jack were talking I guess I lost time."

"So you had a good time with him and forgot our promise." I said with an angry tone

"Lukas listen I'm sorry it's just that it's been a long time since I've seen him and I guess I lost time to the point I didn't know what time it was." At that point something inside of me snapped.

"Oh, so you rather hang out with the person who left you instead of the person who was their when the witherstorm happened, who was with you when sky city was in danger, who was with you the whole portal adventure!"

"Lukas.. I-I'm sorry."

"Yeah, well sorry doesn't fix a broken promise, just leave me alone." I said as I left and as I heard Jesse run up to her room.

Jesse Pov:

I ran up to room as I was crying, I never wanted to break that promise, I never wanted to make Lukas upset, I just wanted to see my old friend again. But now I might just have lost a good friend, how could I have been so stupid.

"Jesse, are you okay?" Asked Jack as he entered my room.

"I'm okay, it's just I might have lost a great friend now because I broke a promise." I said

--Time skip--

"Wow, so did Lukas really say that?" He asked

"Yeah, I've never seen him this upset before but now I'm sure that he doesn't even want to see me." I said

"Listen Jesse, forget Lukas, I've been meaning to tell you this but I never got the chance to say it to you, I was wondering if you wanted to go out with me?" He asked, I've never had does feelings to Jack because I love him like a brother.

"Jack, I don't like you like tha-." I was then cut off by Jack as he kissed me on the lips, I can't believe it, he just stole my first kiss from me, one I was saving. It wasn't until Lukas came in, making Jack separate from the kiss as he took him by the collar.

Lukas Pov:

I went to apologize to Jesse because I feel bad for snapping at her like that and upsetting her, I know what she said was true but I guess jealous just filled my mind. I made it to her room but to only hear talking on the other side.

"I was wondering if you wanted to go out with me." Jack.

"I don't like you like tha-" I heard Jesse but she was cut off by something, Jack! That jerk is kissing her but not only that he basically stole her first kiss, a kiss he was not worthy of getting, that's it, I have lost my patience with this guy.

I then barged in and took Jack by the collar.

"Now listen here, if you ever come near Jesse or this house I am not afraid to shoot you with an arrow, you hear me." I said in a threatening voice.

"Y-yes s-sir." He stutters.

"Get out!" I said as I dropped him and he ran off, I looked over at Jesse who was crying, I sat next to her and hugged her.

"I'm sorry Jesse, I shouldn't have snapped at you like that." I apologize

"It's okay, but Lukas, he stole my first kiss."

"Actually, it's not your first kiss if you don't like it, its your first kiss if you actually like it." I said as I smiled.

"Thanks Lukas, I was actually saving that kiss for someone special."

"Who?"

"You." She said as she blushed

I blushed too but it wasn't until I kissed her on the lips by surprise, she was shocked but relaxed after a while and kissed back, it was an amazing feeling knowing I was kissing her.

"I'm going to guess you were jealous."

"Yeah, you can say that." I said before I kissed her again.

Guys, it's so close to valentines, I'm excited because the 3 day valentine special I'm doing is coming but I'm not excited for valentines for personal reason. PEACE OUT!!!
