you looked in all the places you thought they would be at, but new york was huge, and you were only one person, and you didn't actually know if they were there yet but you had a feeling they were. walking around time square you try a few more places to look for them before you went home.

you heard high pitch screams that made you jump so high, you looked up and saw a crowd start to form around a person, you got excited for the reason it could be the boys.

running over towards it, you saw him.

you saw the tall, blonde boy, with the lip piercing. (rip lip piercing)

he was there, he was right in front of your eyes.

you quickly take a photo of him, not caring what it looked like or how good it was, you just wanted a picture of him to show everyone that you saw him.

luke looked up at you and smiled, so you smiled back.

asking him for a picture he quickly nodded and stood by your side and wrapped his arms around you.

once the person took the picture for you, you gave luke a huge hug and thanked him for everything he's done for you.

"no, thank you for everything you've done for us." he smiled and kissed your cheek before turning around and going to more fans.

arriving home, you opened the twitter app to tweet the pictures you got today.

when tweeted the pictures, you closed the app and went to bed.

not realizing that luke tends to creep his own name on twitter and found your tweet and decided to follow you and dm you.

you woke up the next morning to your phone being spammed by your best friend and a lot of people on twitter, mostly saying congratulations on the luke follow. and then you look at wyatt's messages telling you to wake up and check my twitter, she's a crazy girl. trying to wake me up.

but then you opened twitter and saw 20+ notifications and they were all the same messages basically and even a lot of follows. then you saw '1' by the messages and thought it was probably them scam messages but clicked on it anyways.

when you did, your heart stopped for a minute.

reading the message, you smile like a fool and decided to write back.

one year later

you've been friends with luke for a year now, and around the first few months of this friendship we exchanged phone numbers and starting texting, figuring it would be easier for him to find the dms and just makes more since really. but in three hours you will be backstage at a 5sos concert in chicago as luke got you plane tickets and backstage passes awhile ago.

so you were in your hotel room, texting luke and letting him know that you are headed to the arena now.

me: hey lucas, im headed to the arena now. be there in like 15 minutes maybe.

luCLASS: wait.

me: what?

luCLASS: open your door.

me: why?

luCLASS: just do it.

me: but what if i die.

"YOU'RE NOT GOING TO DIE." you hear someone scream from outside your door.

and then you run to the door and open it to see luke standing there.

"lucas, you are here."

"y/n, when are you going to stop calling me lucas."

"um, never."

"rude."

"i can be. now why are you here at my hotel room now? dont you have soundcheck."

"i came to bring you to the arena myself."

"awe how sweet."

"i am."

"okay, let me just grab my purse and put on shows and im ready." you say while walking back into your room to grab your things and walking back to the door and closing it and locking it.

"and we're off." luke says while grabbing your hand and running down the hall.

you got to the arena twenty minutes later just because of traffic and you both went in the back door.

you see rose petals all on the floor of the hallway once you entered and were kinda confused.

you looked over to luke who was just smiling.

"what's going on?" you asked.

"just keep following the petals."

"okay."

and the petals brought you to the side of the stage where you see one stool in the middle of the stage.

"what's going on."

"you have a seat right there and don't move." luke says while moving you towards the seat where you sit.

"this is getting confusing." you say to yourself because there is no one there.

and then you hear someone singing.

and then you see luke come back with his guitar and he is singing i'll be your man by The Black Keys.

and when he's finished he's standing right in front of you.

"Y/F/N, i have gotten to know so much about you in just a year and i have fallen deeply in love with you, will you be my girlfriend?" luke says.

you're speechless, you try to say yes but nothing is coming out of your mouth, so the only thing to do to tell luke yes is to kiss him, and that's what you did.

you kissed him, and he kissed back.

and just like that you and luke were together.

luke pulls away and says, "i'm very happy now."

you guys may have kissed for a little while longer until calum came out and told you guys that show time was in an hour and luke had to get ready.

but you were happy.

and then you both went backstage and luke got ready while you just sat and waited.

an hour came by quickly and the boys were off to go on stage and you went on the side to watch the show.

and if luke kept looking over at you during the show, well it didn't matter because you were happy of this moment, and with luke.

one year later.

and that's how the rest of your day went, spending time together and giving each other sappy tweets. but you were in love and that's okay too.

im 99% sure this is the longest imagine i have ever written.

some parts are just left at a weird ending but if i continued to write it, it would have been way longer.

but i hope you enjoy this imagine, i kinda like this one a lot.

it turned out better then thought and i just finished editing it and writing more of it just then so yeah.
