After I gave Lucas and Kaito a hug, I went to see Yachio again once I parted before heading downstairs to fix myself a light snack to tie me over a bit until it's around dinner time.

Once I ate something, I went back upstairs and entered in the bedroom we both shared before Yachio embraced me into a tight hug.

"I'm so glad you're okay. I was really afraid that something bad had happened to you." Yachio says before burying his face into my shoulder.

I stood there for a moment, suddenly feeling empty on the inside.

Something's wrong with me that's making me feel like this unexpectedly.

Not wanting to worry Yachio, I hugged him back so things don't feel off or create any suspicion about how I'm feeling right now.

I don't want to worry Yachio or anyone else I love so dearly.

"Yeah. I'm glad that nothing bad has happened to me too, Yachi...Same thing goes to you and everyone else around here." I replied after we parted from hugging.

Yachio smiled before kissing me on the lips.

"You should head over to Edmund and Zaia's while I fix you and the kids something special for dinner. I know that they're worried sick about you too." Yachio mentions as he looked at me.

I nodded as I fake-smiled a little.

"Yeah. Good idea. I'll take Luka with me while I'm at it." I said as we left the bedroom before heading downstairs.

Then Yachio went in the kitchen and started cooking as I searched for Luka.

I eventually found Luka and mentioned that we're gonna head over to Edmund and Zaia's for a bit before picking her up.

Luka smiled as I carried her in my arms once we left and started heading our way to see Edmund and Zaia.

While we were heading our way, I was starting to see hallucinations of myself killing those who had given me so much pain and grief in my past, before we arrived at Edmund and Zaia's house.

Then I approached and knocked on the door before waiting.

I pulled Luka close to my chest after feeling her embrace me into another hug.

I kissed her on the forehead in response that before looking at her.

"I love you so much, Luka...It makes me feel so happy that you're my daughter." I said as I ran my paw through her hair, gingerly.

"I love you too, mama...I'm glad you're my mother. And I'm sure Onii-chan feels the same way too." Luka replies as she smiled.

I chuckled a bit before kissing her on the forehead again.

Shortly after that, my ear perked up a little once I heard the sound of footsteps and the door being unlocked.

Then the door opened, revealing Edmund.

His face suddenly dropped in shock after seeing me standing at the door, with Luka in my arms.

"Hey...I'm back." I said as I looked at him.

Edmund didn't say or do anything and just stood there, still in shock for at least a few seconds, before he suddenly pulled me and Luka into a hug just right out of the blue.

"You're back...You're finally back! We've been worried sick about you!!!" Edmund says.

"I know...Yachio said the same thing." I said as I held Luka with one arm and started rubbing Edmund's back soothingly with my other.

After a few minutes, Edmund parted from hugging me before letting me in the house as he called out to Zaia to hurry over to the living room.

I heard footsteps again before seeing Zaia appear after I setted Luka down on the couch.

Then Zaia ran over and embraced me into a hug as well.

But, aside from all the hugging, I was still seeing hallucinations.
