Kadon's POV

I quickly grew horrified that I seriously thought I was gonna faint.

Lukari could die?!

"I have to stop her!" I said as I shot up from the couch before suddenly feeling Edmund's paws on my shoulders.

"No, Kadon...It's too dangerous. Lukari mentioned in the letter, that she doesn't want anybody to get involved in this.

She doesn't want anybody to get hurt and die while they're trying protect her.

It'll make things worse and harder for her.

She's already broken and shattered up enough through internal emotion..." Edmund says as he looks at me.

"If anybody gets involved in what Lukari's doing, she'll be torn up to the point where Lukari'll literally try committing suicide on herself.

It's already bad enough when she heard the news about Xander's death from Yachio.

And I'm sure that if Xander was still alive, he wouldn't want you involved in this or allowing Lukari to kill herself."

Zaia nodded after Edmund said that before looking at me, worriedly.

I sighed, giving up, after thinking hard about it.

Xander wouldn't want anything bad happening to me and Lukari either.

I sat back down before looking at Edmund.

Zaia sighed in relief, giving me the message that I did something right.

"You're right, Edmund...Lukari wouldn't want me going out there with her and risking my life like she's doing right now. She wants me to watch you guys and her family." I sighed.

Zaia nodded again before hugging me tightly.

"Yes...That's exactly what Lukari would say if she was here." Zaia says as she sniffs while wiping the tears from her eyes before parting from me.

I smiled a bit.

"I got a question though..." I began, looking over at Edmund.

"What?" Edmund went.

"Why in the hell does Lukari need to use her body in order to seal the demon away and end to it for good? Isn't there a way around that?" I asked.

Edmund shook his head.

"Sadly, there isn't a way around that...
Before you and Lukari met, Lukari mentioned that using anything else will not work.

It has to her physical body.

The reason why Lukari says that is because her body's extremely special. It's not something an ordinary Lucario has." Edmund explains.

"What's not ordinary about her?" I asked, wanting to learn more about Lukari.

"She's a hybrid. Half-Lucario and half-Zoroark. Like Arlo and Arlielle.

I know this because of her aura and how she behaves.

Including how she fights and what she'll use." Edmund replies. "She's extremely fast and unpredictable."

After Edmund said that, I heard someone chuckle before stepping out of the shadows.

"What the?!" I went as we turned to look.

Much to my shock, there stood a female shiny Zoroark.

But, she's different.

Instead, the shiny Zoroark had purple hair and gold eyes.

She wore glasses, a long dark shirt, and a necklace.

Zaia hugged Edmund tightly, as she looked at the shiny Zoroark standing nearby.

"Who are you?" Edmund demanded.

The shiny Zoroark chuckled a bit as she looked at Edmund.

"Relax. I have no intention on hurting anyone.

If you want more information about Lukari, talk to Kai and Sai. "The Identical Duo" as most citizens of Noe Town have nicknamed them, Kadon."

The shiny Zoroark mentions before flicking a piece of paper at me, landing in my paws.

"I've written down their address. Good luck on finding them." The shiny Zoroark says before lifting up a paw.

"Wait!" was all I said before the shiny Zoroark vanished into the shadows.

I stopped as I stared at the spot where the shiny Zoroark just vanished.

"Who...is she?"
