Just right after I summoned my sacred arrow, the Greninjas suddenly started freaking out and backing away from me.

"Everyone! FALL BACK!!!" I heard Jadeite say as she appeared out of nowhere and landed between me and the Greninjas.

It was so dark in the attic, I couldn't see what kind of pokémon species she could possibly be.

I tried sensing her aura for identification purposes of her species but that did no good either.

"Wh-What made you say that all of a sudden?" One of the Greninjas asked.

"Security's coming! They've detected us and are heading our way! I also received a message from our lady to head back!" Jadeite says. "We've got to go! MOVE, MOVE, MOVE!"

It took me a few quick seconds to figure out what was going on as Jadeite and the Greninjas started running for it.

"OH NO, YOU DON'T! YOU'RE NOT GETTING AWAY!" I yelled before shooting an arrow at Jadeite, hoping to hit her.

One of the Greninjas suddenly noticed the sacred arrow that I shot at Jadeite before leaping in the way, taking the arrows' blow, as he protected her.

After that happened, the Greninja turned to dust as well as Jadeite and the others had gotten away.

I cursed under my breath, not believing that I didn't succeed on catching anyone to hold hostage and to try getting any information out of them, for clues of what could be happening.

I sighed as I putted my Sacred Arrow up before heading back over and undoing the Bell Barrier.

Yachio walked over to me and handed Luka back to me as he pulled me into a hug and kissed me on the forehead before beginning to rub my back soothingly.

"Don't worry, Lukari...We'll catch one of them next time." Yachio says to me.

"Yeah...I know." I replied glumly as I sulked a little.

"Well, on the bright side...At least we're all safe. Right, Mom?" Lucas says as he looked at me and smiled a tiny bit.

I nodded.

"True." I said. "Now, let's head back to bed and try to get some rest. Okay? Just be sure to lock the windows and the doors before going back to bed so this'll be prevented from happening again..."

"Okay..." Lucas, Kaito, and my husband said in agreement.

"Now, let's get outta here...The attic is giving me the creeps." I said before picking up the flashlight, that I somehow dropped on the floor, and turning the light back on.

Then I quickly hurried over and went down the stairs, leaving the attic, as I held Luka closely to my chest while I headed back to the bedroom.

Surprisingly, Luka was still asleep.

I thought for sure she'd wake up from hearing all the ruckus that just recently happened back in the attic.

Such a heavy sleeper for a little girl like her.

I chuckled silently at the thought of her before I heard Luka talk in her sleep a little.

"Of course...I love them, Mama...They're...so cute..." I heard Luka say.

"Is she dreaming about me?" I asked myself in curiosity. "If so...I wonder what she's dreaming about that has to do with me being in it?"

I smiled, shrugging it off while I moved Luka a little, letting her rest her head on my shoulder.

After doing that, I caught Luka smiling in her sleep as she curled up into a ball a little before she gripped onto my kimono lightly with her tiny paw.

Then I saw Kaito take her phone out as she took a picture of Luka like that while I was holding her.

Kaito noticed me and smiled before she quietly walked over to me and showed me the picture, making me silently gush in adore after seeing the picture.
