Yachio smiled back at me as he chuckled a bit inaudibly.

But before I could do anything, I suddenly heard someone's footsteps.

Yachio suddenly panicked and fogged up the mirror before writing in "Hide!!!".

Then he wiped his paw, clearing up the messages he made on the mirror from the inside.

Luka and everyone else did the same thing too.

I quickly looked around in panic.

Seeing that there was nothing or nowhere to hide, without thinking, I hid behind the mirror that Yachio was trapped in.

Then the footsteps got louder until they came to a halt and I heard someone let out a sigh.

"Dearie me...This doesn't look good.
I've caught everyone who's in this house except for one little priestess.

Lady Yaruichi and Lord Yomi sure aren't gonna be pleased with me when they see this." I heard a female pokémon say.

"Don't worry, Miss Jadeite...I'm sure we'll find that priestess. And once we do, I'm sure Lady Yaruichi and Lord Yomi will reward us greatly." I heard another say, only it's a male pokémon.

"Tch. Never mind that. I want you and everyone else to continue looking for that petty little priestess. She's bound to be here in this house and in the village." The pokémon named Jadeite, says.

"Yes, ma'am...We'll continue looking for her in hopes that she didn't run away after probably finding out what's happening..." The male pokémon replied before he disappeared.

"Arceus, I hope not..." I heard Jadeite mumble under her breath after the male pokémon disappeared. "...Lady Yaruichi will kill me if she ever finds out that the priestess made a getaway.

She'll have my head and use it as a trophy....Or she'll do something more worse to me than I could ever think of..."

Then Jadeite disappeared too.

After I was completely sure that Jadeite was really gone, I came out from hiding behind the mirror Yachio was trapped in, and looked at him.

"Oh, Yachio....How am I gonna get you, Kaito, and our kids out of those mirrors? There has to be a way to get you out of there without drawing in any attention from them...." I said as I rested my forehead against the mirror again.

Yachio started to think before he suddenly got an idea.

"Pray." Yachio wrote after fogging up the mirror a bit.

I gave him a confused look, not understanding what he meant.

"Pray to the mirrors, Lukari. Pray to them while transferring a electric-type attack.

Electricity is super effective on glass. The glass will crack and break if you transfer a small amount of electricity to it..." Yachio wrote in explanation.

"Oh! Okay..." I wrote back.

I walked a few inches away from the mirrors before turning around and sitting down the floor.

Surprisingly, the floor was clean instead of being dusty and really dirty.

I shutted my eyes and prayed for the mirrors to break by using a small amount of electricity to break them.

As I prayed and continued to transfer a small amount of electricity to the mirrors, I heard one of the mirrors crack.

Then all of the mirrors (Yachio, Lucas, Luka, and Kaito were trapped in) suddenly shattered.

Including the mirror that I was gonna be put in (if I was captured) shattered as well.

Shortly after that happened, I stood back up and opened my eyes.

Yachio and everyone else were standing in front of me and were free from the mirrors.

I embraced Yachio into a tight hug as I looked at him in the face and felt tears appearing in my eyes before running down to the sides of my face.

Yachio smiled gently and held me closer to him as he started rubbing my back soothingly.

"Shhh...It's okay, Lukari...It's okay...Everything's alright now. We're all safe and alive." Yachio says to me gently.
