As Ahim asked before Marvelous had met her in the crows nest, that hour. Luka had also followed just to see what they were up too, she didn't want to admit that she was jealous

And thought of it as she was just curious.

"So, what did you want to talk to me about?" Marvelous asked. "Ah. I was just wondering in what way do you think of Luka?" Ahim asked.

"Why does it matter to you?" said Marvelous. Ahim looked down, not in a sad way but to think of how she should put her answer in words. " Well, I saw you briefly looking at Luka before you turned away..", " I began to wonder if you..liked her.." Ahim said quietly.

Luka began to feel guilty for distancing herself from Ahim before she and Marvelous met there. She thought of leaving but wanted to know: "Does he really feel the same way for me?" She thought.

Marvelous was taken aback about the statement. But shortly nodded since there was no reason to hide it now since she was already suspicious. "I like Luka. But you'll say nothing to her about this, am I clear?" Marvelous told Ahim as he started to leave.

"But Mr. Marvelous, Why keep it from her?" Ahim asked. Marvelous stopped. "Because I don't want this to affect our crew." He told her. But Ahim knew it wasn't about what the crew would think, It's about this ruining the friendship he and Luka shared.
