Chapter 4

I sat leaning against the trunk of the mighty tree a little away from the others. The Elves sang a song at the top of the crown of the tree. My plan was if they took me, to find out who of the halves had the ring and then at some point, if I had night watch, to grab the ring and then disappear. Maybe I would take revenge on Legolas after that, after all, he messed up every plan for me and he was already so suspicious. If they didn't let me go, everything would be like Moria. I would follow them inconspicuously and at some point Try to grab him and if I had to kill everyone for it. The troupe was still sitting quite shocked, because of Gandalf's death, and one of the hobbits suddenly began to recite a small poem for the wizard, but then quickly let it be again. I finally took my dagger and started polishing it. "Hey," someone suddenly said. I looked up and in front of me stood the Elbe - Legolas. I put my head slightly crooked and looked at it asking. "May I sit down?" he asked me now and I just nodded, but did not stop polishing my dagger. When Legolas sat next to me, it was briefly quiet, then after a while he said, "Where are you really from?" "What do you mean?" I countered. "I know every Elbe from the Forest Kingdom, but I don't know you. Where are you coming from?" he said, and his voice was pretty calm. "I come from the forest kingdom," I repeated, and some anger swung in my voice. "You're lying," he said, looking at me slightly sad. I, on the other hand, looked at him irritated but also angry, finally I straightened my gaze and didn't look at Legolas anymore. "Well?" I once breathed deeply so as not to lose control. I was about to take my dagger and put it in his neck, but at a certain distance the others were sitting and there were guards everywhere. If I flew up here, I would end up in a dungeon or be beheaded straight away. Still, Legolas made me mad. He still looked at me inquiringly. "My mother was a forest elves!" I now swarmed at him, "But she went to be with my father!" And that was the truth. My mother had left her home to go to Mordor and lived there with Sauron - my father. That was also the reason why I find it so difficult to transform. I hoped the conversation was over, but he turned to me again. "By the way, I shall tell you from Aragorn that you may come with you as long as you do not cause trouble," he told me, before getting up and leaving. So my plan worked. Now All I had to do was find out which of the companions was wearing the ring. In the days leading up to the departure of the companions and me, not much happened, except that I had found out by now that the halfling named Frodo was carrying the ring. Now I just had to wait for the right moment to take the ring off him. I also got to know the others. The other three hobbits were called Sam, Merry and Pippin and the dwarf Gimli. The two people were called Aragorn and Boromir. Galadriel wasn't quite me, i learned that she could somehow look into the mind or something. I thought about reaching out to my dad a few times and telling him what a stupid situation he was taking me, but I didn't know exactly. After a few weeks we finally left Lothlorien. The Elves said goodbye to us and they all received small gifts from Galadriel. I got something in a bag, but I didn't open it, but put the bag in one of the boats and didn't pay any more attention.

That was Part 4. We hope that you like it ^^
