Lucy POV..

"Natsu do you think you could a longer job this time. I really want to train longer." I tell Natsu.

"Sure thing." Happy went to the request board while Natsu continued to chow down on his meal." You sure you'll be OK?" Natsu asked.

"Yes I'll be fine." Happy came flying back with a request in hand. I took a look at it.

Mr. Holosen, Star Villiage.

"Isn't this to long? I mean this should last a week right?" Natsu questioned. I would disagree. This is perfect.

"Alright let's get that approved and start to pack up." I say taking the request heading towards the bar. "Mira could you approve this?" I say handing her the request.

"Alright but are you sure you'll be OK. I mean this will take at least a week." I nodded my head. She handed me the approved request.

"Gray-Nii, Erza-Nee I'm going on a job. I'll be back in around a week." I say leaving the guild.

At Lucy's home..

"Luce are you sure you'll be OK in the cold for that long?" Natsu asked. I guess it would be a little dangerous to be in all that snow but I had to do this.

"No really I'll be fine. Look I'm packing really warm clothes. Virgo will be there to so I won't be lonely. Stop worrying so much Natsu. I guess the only hard thing is getting to Lisanna's grave but other then that I should be fine." I stuff all the things I need in a little duffle bag. I went down stairs to get some food ready.

I pack everything up and we set of. I was really excited to do this. Especially because there would be no one to disturb me. Walking up Mt. Hakobe wasn't an easy task but good training never is.

"Alright we'll see you in a week right." I nod my head. It was a good clearing that was cold but bearable enough for me. Oh what am I kidding I am freezing right now but I can't show it or Natsu will get worried.

"Here you go. This should last you guys for about 3 days. You'll find me right here next week OK so have fun on your job." I waved the 2 goodbye as they went down the hill.

"Bye Lushie take care!" Happy shouted. I know I do this often but it makes me sad everytime they leave.

I set up camp first before I got started with my training. I knew how Gray-Nii trained so I guess I would have to do the same. I took of my coat and shirt.

"Damn I'm pretty sure Gray-Nii didn't train in all this cold. Anyways, Gate of the Maiden I open thee, Virgo!" I yell out.

"Punishment Princess?" She asks me. Of course I declined her request." No Virgo I need you to help me train." I say shivering like crazy.

"Are you sure your OK like this Princess?" She asks. I nod my head. For the day I trained my body to adapt to the cold. Running here and there. Going from cave to cave. I was tired but I won't back down now.

"Princess you should rest. You might get sick badly if you push yourself." 

"I'll stop back at the tent. Don't worry I'll be fine, besides I'll be here for a week so I have to learn to adapt if I want to learn here.

That night I a bowl of warm mushroom soup from the Celestial World. Thankfully Virgo brought it. I was glad she did. It was cold that night but all I wore was my cloak.

A few days later..

"Ice Make: Shield!" I chant as I make an ice shield. 

"That was wonderful Princess." Virgo said clapping her hands. I looked at the shield I made. It had a rosy pattern on it. It even had a slight yellow tint to it. I can't believe I was able to do that. All these days all that I could do was make an ice cube but this was a complete success.

"This is so cool." I say taking a closer look at the shield. Soon after that it shattered.

"Would you like to stop for the day and walk to Lady Lisanna's grave?" I giggled a little when I heard how Virgo addressed Lisanna. For a long time she's been calling her Lady Lisanna since I told them she died.

We headed down the mountain. It was cold but I had a nice warm blanket thanks to Virgo and her handy work. We went trough a root I found a few days ago. It was twisty and windy so anyone could get lost but this was good so no one followed me.

We were already at Lisanna's grave. It was covered in roses and flowers that I placed. I sat next to it and I started a conversation. I chatted there for quite sometime. It was almost time before we had to go. I wish we could've stayed longer but sadly I can't teleport.

Walking back up trough the root, and walking back up the mountain.

"Princess is it nice?"

"Nice?" I asked

"Being able to talk to Lady Lisanna I mean."

"Well it's not really talking to her when she doesn't reply."

"How do you know if she doesn't reply princess."

"Well I don't really hear her. I mean I guess she could be replying but I wish I could hear her."

"But it fills you it doesn't it princess?" That's right. It does fill me. Ever since Lisanna died I haven't felt normal. Well thinking normally no, acting normally I must.

"Ya I guess it does, in a way."

We reach the starting point of the freezing mountain. I'm starting to get used to the mountains. The sun slowly sets into the horizon. It looked amazing.

"Princess I'll make dinner. If you like you could eat out here while you watch the sunset." Virgo tells me. I didn't want her to work hard but I couldn't really stop her, it was either dinner or punishment.

"Sure but please have dinner with me. It would be nice to have company to watch this nice sunset." I smiled brightly at her.

As the sun sets the temperature lowers. Virgo comes out with a bowl of warm miso soup. She passes me a bowl and we sit on the cold ground together. Oddly enough I felt warm. I took another sip of the Miso soup and looked at Virgo.

"Is something the matter princess?"

"No Virgo. Well maybe something is wrong. I just haven't felt like myself lately. I want to protect the guild, my family but am I strong enough?"

"Of course you are Hime. You are very strong for your age Hime." Virgo stood up and took my bowl. "It's getting cold Princess you should get in."

"Alright just one more thing, Ice Make: Shield!" I chant, moving my hands towards the sky making my shield but much bigger. This time it was able to cover the entire tent. It had a much brighter glow this time too.

"That was amazing Hime. I'll make hot coco to celebrate, extra marshmallows." Virgo said glitter in her eyes. I couldn't help but giggle at her little joke.

And here we have the newest chapter. I'm so sorry it took forever but I've been having a bad writers block and got busy, I'll try publishing some more in these few days.
