-Mika's POV-
"Mika? Mika!? Mikaaaa!!!" I heard across the battlefield in which vampire and human were brutally murdering one another. I looked around, but it was too late. Whoever was shouting my name was long gone. I wonder if it was...nah just for thinking that I know I'll be cursed with nightmares once again...
-Normal POV-
"Ugh stupid Guren! Why did you cover my mouth!? I... I swear that looked just like Mika!!" He said abruptly.
"I swear kid you really piss me off! That was a vampire Yuu!"
Yuu just stood there and peeked out from where his squad was hiding. He tried to look for the blonde that he thought was his beloved Mikaela, but didn't see him anywhere in sight.
-Yuu's POV-
That had to be him...I know it is. My precious Mika...but the real question is how? I saw him and all the others die, yet there he was, just out of my grasp. I want to find him. No, I need to find him.
-Normal POV-
There was no one left in sight, but a lone figure somewhere in the distance.
"Yuu!! You idiot don't break formation!" Mitsuba yelled.
Yuu kept running ignoring her commands.
Guren put his arm on Mitsuba. "You know it's no use with him. Let him wear himself out he'll be fine."
Yuu kept running till he got near the figure. He froze.
"Mi...Mika?" He began to cry.
"Yuu-Chan?" The blonde turned around.
"Mika! It's you! You're alive! He began stepping slowly closer.
"I missed you Yuu-Chan." He smiled as tears poured from his eyes.
He ran into his arms causing the two to collapse onto one another.
"Mika I'm so sorry I left you...I-I can't imagine the pain you went through...I just wanted us to be together forever, happy you know?"
"It's alright Yuu I'm here now...but I've changed a lot." He began to look sad."
"What do you mean? You're always gonna be my Mikaela Hyakuya." He smiled and dried Mika's tears.
"No Yuu, I'm a monster." He clutched his head.
"You're not Mika. You're far from it." Yuu embraced him.
"No Yuu-Chan I'm a v-" he was stopped by Yuu's lips.
Mika's face had been wiped with a tinge of pink and Yuu had gotten flustered.
"I know Mika." He shed another tear. "Don't say another word, I've known since I realized it was you I caught in my gaze again." He said softly. "You know it's all my fault..."
