~With Finley~

Two weeks before WarGames, I asked Hunter if we can do an "invasion" type of angle between Gargano and myself. He was all for it and he wanted to meet me at the PC.

Io and I had to drive together because although I'd prefer one on one meetings, Io has helped me get better with interacting with people.

Hunter: Hello, Finley.

Me: Hunter.

We shook hands and went into his office.

Hunter: Tell me about the plan for the "invasion".

Me: It's basically me, Danny, Ridge, and Io surrounding the house in suits, and then-

Hunter: Wait, what house?

Me: The Garganos' house.

Hunter: Are you out of your mind? That's illegal to do that!

Me: Listen, I'll talk to John and Candice and see if they like that idea. If they do, I'll pay for the damages in their house.

Hunter: No you won't.

Me: No I will. Io has been helping me interacting with people a lot more. I'll be honest here, I'm actually starting to lose some of that edge I had in Ring of Honor and PROGRESS, but at least I'm saving that for the ring and in every angle.

Hunter: If you want to, you gotta let them know. Whatever you do to their house, you gotta pay. I'll let the police know about what will be happening beforehand so you don't get arrested.

Me: Thank you Hunter.

We, again, shook hands and went on our merry way, but we have to talk to Candice and Johnny about this vignette idea.

~At The Gargano Residence~

Johnny: ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!

Candice: What the fuck!

Me: I know, but hear me out, this would be great for our feud.

Johnny: Yeah, but why would you break into our home during dinner?!

Me: Think of it as a tribute to The Shining, but to the point where you all have a gun or something to defend yourselves with as I chop down the front door with an axe. I'll pay for the expenses on your house and we'll call it even.

They were thinking about it for a very long time, but they agreed to do it.

Johnny: We'll do it, but you better keep your promise.

Me: I will, and there might be a surprise for you after I chopped up your front door.

Candice: Looking forward to it. And when the candles are lit, that's your signal to start invading.

Me: Sounds delightful.

~7:00 PM~

Outside with Danny and Burch, I had them wear Kevlar armour to protect themselves from the guns that Johnny and Candice may possess. The candles were lit and that was our time to make this vignette the best NXT has ever done.

~With Johnny~

As the cameras were rolling and we enjoyed our dinner, Candice sees Danny outside and is terrified. I went underneath the nightstand in our bedroom and pulled out two handguns.

I gave one to my wife as we armed ourselves. Then, I couldn't believe what I was seeing, Io Shirai in a black dress, glaring at Candice and hitting the glass like Nikki Cross would do and going absolutely insane.

Ridge came in and grabbed Io while walking away. We aimed our guns at the window and fired, but we missed as the window broke.

Then, we heard Finley chopping away at our front door! Candice offered to go check it out but was so scared, I couldn't do anything to protect her! She was terrified and in the corner away from the door to prevent herself from getting injured or killed.

But Finley made a big enough size hole for his face to be shown, he put his face where the hole was, and I couldn't just believe what he said and that made me laugh on the inside, but terrified on the outside!

Finley: HEEEEERE'S FINLEY!

Candice screamed and grabbed a knife from the kitchen as Fin was going to unlock the door and beat my ass, but my wife, at the last possible second, cut his arm before he unlocked the door from the inside!

That was our cue to retreat to our bedroom and stay there until we know we were safe.

Damn! That Candice LeRae knows how to use a knife, but it was small size cut and I knew it wasn't serious. I kicked down the door and left my axe over here. I went to their bedroom like Jason Voorhees from Friday the 13th (or is it Wednesday the 13th?).

I started banging on their door so hard that the door actually broke down and I started beating Johnny's arse. I could tell in his eyes, he was having so much fun with this.

I threw him out the bedroom door and was going to throw him through the glass door, but he reversed it and I went through it instead!

It hurt, but it was worth it.

He was doing the Gargano Escape until "police" arrived and "arrested" me for breaking in and for attempted murder.

Right before the vignette was made, Hunter actually called security to dress as the police and arrest me as he told the sheriff's department about the storyline and there were no arrests required.

At the hospital, I was being checked for stitches on the cut, but it turned out, I didn't need any, but there will be a scar. I'm medically cleared for the Street Fight WarGames, but I have to take it easy.

As I was being driven home by Io, Johnny called me to let me know that he and Candice paid off my medical bills since I was paying their expenses for their house and it was a way of saying "thank you for being a good friend and paying the damages to our house".

In my mind, we just did what could be the best vignette NXT has done with a "Shining" twist!
