Lucy's POV

"Babe.. Luce come on wake up" I groaned and buried my face back in the covers and under the pillows. "Don't make me drag you out." I heard Natsu threaten. I just laid still till I felt the covers go up by my feet then felt his arms grab my ankles.

"Nooo!!"

I screamed as Natsu pulled me off the bed. "I just wanna sleep I'm so tired!!" I whined as he carried me somewhere. I felt him sit me down so I peeked open my eyes. As I did i noticed I was sitting in a tub. "Bath time Luce" then cold water hit me. "Agh!! Cold!!!" I yelled as I jumped out. "What the hell Natsu!"

He was on the ground laughing. "I'm sorry Luce aha oh my god your boobs that shirt wet ahaha!!" I looked down and sure enough the shirt was completely see through now. "Natsu you such an ass!" I yelled before literally kicking him out and slamming the door on him.

I took a deep breath then started the shower properly. I looked around the tub there's only men's wash. Man we really need to buy me some stuff, go grocery shopping, buy some personal things. I used his stuff and I'm gonna smell like a man all day. When I got stepped out the shower I heard a slight tap on the door.

"Yes"

"Luce I got us some breakfast, so when you're done come on out and eat." I wrapped my towel around my body walked out into the kitchen. There were doughnuts on the counter. My mouth watered at the sight. I grabbed on then sat down on the couch and turned on the tv. "You never change" I heard Natsu say as he sat down beside me.

"Wha that pose to mean" I asked with my mouth full of food.

"I'm pretty sure I remember you doing stuff like this in highschool why wouldn't you just get dressed first but no you have to come chill on the couch." I rolled my eyes. "Well to be quiet frank it was your fault I went out in the living room to begin with. A certain piggy was eating my snack and watching tv in my room." I argued back. (Throw back to the first chapter in book 1)

"Just get dressed okay" "aye sir" I said saluting him as I walked off snatching up another doughnut. I opened up my suit case and pulled out a swim suit then pulled a day dress over it. Then I threw my hair up in a messy bun. "Now for a little mascara. And done!" I grabbed my sandals then walked out to Natsu. "I'm ready.. Wait!" I ran back in the bathroom and brushed my teeth.

"Oaky now I'm ready"
I told him as I walked out, my hands behind my back and a smile on my face. When I looked up Natsu was standing there with his mouth open. "N-nani!" "Wow Luce you look so beautiful." I could feel my face flush red. "Thank you" "welcome let's get going" he said and still sounded almost in a daze.

"I'll pick out the music I cheered as I sat down in the car and pulled the AUX cord into my phone. "Aw come on Luce! I don't wanna here some girly ass shirt on my way to practice." I just smirked and continued to look through my playlist. "I'll play what I want, dragon butt" I clicked on break the rules just to watch his face which was funny. Then I of immortals.

"Sorry I was gonna play Cake by the Ocean but I'm not sure if you'll like it" "you can just play it for me later Kay?" I nodded and rolled down my window. We were driving through some mountains which were really pretty. Then we sat in bumper to bumper traffic for 30 minutes, next thing I knew we were back in LA and pulling up to a stadium.

As we walked inside Meredy was standing there waiting. "Finally you're here, Lucy you look so beautiful." I blushed then look away for a second, and the moment I looked up Natsu was gone. "Natsu?" "Oh he didn't tell you? You can't actually go into the practice with him. That's why I'm actually here today! I wanna have lunch with the famous Lucy!"

My mood just dropped. I was really hoping to see Natsu play even if it just practice. He's gonna be all sweaty and he'll get hot taking off his shirt, oh. "Okay so I thinking we could" I shook my head. 'No dirty thoughts Lucy!' I mentally yelled at my self. "Table for two please." Wait when did we get to the restaurant? I hope she was asking me stuff I was totally zoned out.

"So is your English good" "oh yes, it's just kind of hard making sure I speak it rather than Japanese." She nodded. "I remember when I first meet Natsu he'd start talking in English then change languages suddenly, I'd just sit there smiling like an idiot because I'd feel bad saying something" she giggled.

'I wonder how longs she's know Natsu' "you seem uneasy, is it the move out here or do I make you uncomfortable?" "What oh no.." She looked away for a moment. "Look Lucy, I really want us to be friends and all but I'm going to be completely honest. When I first met Natsu I did find him extremely attractive and I even tried hitting on him"

Now I looked away, I knew it was too go to be true.

"But Natsu told me that he was taken and he's not willing to let it go for anyone. Lucy he's crazy about you. Honestly he prefers not to go to meet and greets because he wasn't comfortable taking picture with all the females nor did he like it when they'd ask him to sign a tit or something. That's why he rarely does them. After that I stayed away only as a friend of course, I am pretty much his assistant so. I just wanted you to know that, Natsu really cares for you Lucy. And besides that was four years ago! I've totally moved on I've been in a two year relationship with my boyfriend Lyon. (Yes I just did that! I ship it! XD) To be honest I feel the same way about my Lyon as Natsu does towards you."

A wave of relief filled my bones. "I'm really glad you told me all this, and now I can't stop blushing, please tell me Natsu talked about other things besides me" I squeaked. "Oh well he's talk about food a lot or going home to see his family and occasionally time to time he'd say he's gonna go kidnap you cause he miss you so much."

My cheek went red again. "Ahh Baka Baka" Meredy tilted her head. "Baka?" I covers my mouth. "Oops sorry! It means idiot!" She started laughing. "I think I'm going to start using that now it sounds funner then idiot" we both ended up giggling. "So what's you're secret?" I stopped sipping on my drink. "Huh?" "Like how do you grow it so long! I can only get mine right past my bra strap before it starts being stupid."

"Oh well I get monthly trims, I started doing a coconut oil treatment monthly to help with damage to it, and I use different shampoos every time it's time to buy a new one." She tapped her chin. "I'll have to try it." "See I was was actually thinking about cutting it all off to right above my shoulder or maybe even higher, then I was going to donate it all." She grabbed both my hands. "I bet that would look so cute on you! But why would you want to cute all those golden locks off!" I shrugged. "I've been growing them out for four years, it's getting annoying and I just want something simple." "Understandable"
I wonder how Natsu is.

Natsu's POV

"Alright gents that's a rap!" Couch yelled out but no one moved. "Alright shirts vs skins!" I smirked. "Alright I'm done for one game." I peeled my shirt off and threw it to the side. "Skins out field" I step up on home plate.

"Woah woah woah oi Natsu!" I heard Sting yell from behind me. "What is it?" "Well I'd be damn is Lucy in town?" I raised an eyebrow. "What's it you Popsicle?" I look around and all the guy were either laughing or smirking. "Don't know oi you ever use that condom I gave you on grad night?"

"Please I use it that night, thanks to you Lucy found it" one of the guys in shirts walk by and I heard a camera go off. "What the hell man!" "I know you a guy but I thought you were to dense to get some" I turned around so quickly. "The fuck that suppose to mean" "but to think she enjoyed it that damn much damn" now I'm getting pissed these jackasses talking about Lucy. "Alright chill out flame brain, Rouge show him" Rouge walked over and hands me his phone.

The picture was of my back and it was covered in claw marks. Damn Luce. Now I'm smirking. "Well shit i wish I would've know" I chuckled. "Let's just play some ball ya horn dog" "oi it's been four years you ain't got no right to tell me shit" I got back to focus and pitched the ball. "Strike!"

I grabbed all my gear and threw it in my bag. I pulled the wet towel around my neck off and rung it up. I snickered as I saw the stripper still stripped. "Ahh damn it Natsu Ima beat you damn ass!" He yelled as he held his ass, a red wipe stain clear as day. "No can do I ain't got the time for that" I yelled as I grabbed my bag and ran out.

When I opened the door I saw Lucy and Meredy walking up. "Luce!" She picked her head up when she saw me then smiled brightly. "You cause me a lot of trouble today" she stitched her eyebrows together. "How so! I wasn't even with you today" she whined. "I patted her head I'll show you later. Oh come on we're gonna go to Santa Monica Pier today. Actually a group of the team is as well."

"Do I get to meet them?" She asked in a curious voice. "Oh course" I waved goodbye to Meredy and headed to the car. We got in and I rolled the windows down, and Luce pulled her phone in. "Oh you gonna play that song" "but of course" we listen to her silly songs most them she sang along to. Coldplay came on so I started singing along too, Lucy started squealing.

"Noo Natsu you're ruining the song." "What I'm a great singer and why can I you sing but I can't!." She quickly changed the song. Fine two can play at this game. "HEY SOUL SISTER!!" "STOP IT Natsu!!!!" Click. "SHAKE IT OFF!" Then she turned it off. "Oh Luce come on I'm just playing" she crossed her arms. "Very now you have no music"

"it's okay we're here" she looked around. "Doesn't look like the beach" I chuckled and got a parking ticket. "Cause the beach is further down. We're parking were its like five bucks rather then twelve." She grabbed a bag from the back it had a couple two and snacks.

"Well let's get going" she smiled then nodded as she grabbed my hand and leaned up on my arm. The sun was shining making her hair shine, man she looked beautiful. "Ahh look Natsu! I can see the pier!" Lucy said excitedly while pointing. We continued to walk along till we got next to the beach.

"Oh my Mavis! It's so pretty as blue!! Can we go there first!!!" I chuckled. "Yea Luce we can go there first, let me send a text to the guys letting them know to meet us here" "okay!" I watch as she ran down into the sand, smiling brightly. I ran over and caught up next to her. "Hey Luce can you rub some sunscreen on my back." She nodded and I made a sinister smile and slowly took off my shirt.

"Oh my Natsu your back its covered in... Oh my Mavis!!!!" She yelled from behind me. "Yea I know little trouble maker" I turn to she her flushed face, cute. "Oi Natsu that you!" I turned around and saw the guys. Some of them had girl others didn't.

"Gray!" I heard Lucy yell. "Sup Lucy!" She ran over and hugged him, Levy said you and Juvia disappeared. I never would've thought it was here" she exclaimed. "Love rival remove your self from juvia as Gray-sama!"

"Juvia I'm here with Natsu I live with him I'm not after Gray!" She fumed. "Alright guys lets go have some fun okay" I butted in. They all nodded and set up right next to me and Luce. Most the girls decided to "sun bath" and gossip so me and and the guy got in the water. "Holy shit this water is cold!" Sting yelled.

I didn't mind it not one pick, neither did ice prick. We ended up racing to see who could swim out furthest. We were really far out, way past the pier. "Shit dude we need to get back near shore." I yelled to Gray. "Yea man sharks swim around here, people like to throw food in the water." We both high tailed out of there as fast as we could.

When we finally came up on shore I saw Lucy running up and down the beach. I ran up behind her and grabbed her arm. "Luce" her eyes widened and she pulled me into your her arms. "Baka" I heard her cry. "You disappeared I thought something happened to you." I wrapped my arms around her and hugged her tightly. "Shuuush I'm sorry I won't swim that far out anymore I promise. I didn't mean to worry you, ice prick challenged me."

She pulled away and smiled. "Well next time let Gray go alone. You don't always have to beat him." That's when I started laughing. "Sorry Luce that ain't gonna happen I can't lose to that stripper." She shoved my arm playfully before laughing. "Let's go the others already headed up to the pier." She said while pulling my arm along.

I locked our stuff up in a locker then took her down to the park. "Natsu can we ride the roller coaster please!!" I motioned for her to continue which she did. "I don't think I've been on a coaster since we went together." I pushed her towards the front. "Let's sit here!" I pointed to the front seats. "It's not a scary coaster so you'll be fine" i smiled.

After going around twice we went to look at our pictures. There were two, the first one was us smiling with our hands up and the second was me grabbing her face and kissing her with her eyes wide open. "Natsu!! Why would you do that!" She whined. "I'll take both please" I told the man before paying him.

"Alright let's go play some games." I grabbed her hand and brought her to the booth. Lucy won the first two games and had the victory of rubbing it in my face. The next game wasn't two player but I said I'd play and win. It was the knock over the bottle game, easy. The vender smirked. As did I. "Go babe!" Lucy cheered me on. "Hehe" first throw I knocked them all down. "Well since I still have two balls left so I'm going to just use them kay" I threw both and knocked over both pins. "Alright I take the red dragon, for my princess" I said while winking at Lucy.

The vender handed her the red dragon while still shock. As Lucy talked to walk off while talking about how cute the dragon I tapped the mans shoulder. "I'm a professional baseball player man, glue ain't stopping me"

I chucked as I caught up to Luce. "Hey guys over here." I turned and saw the team. "Where Gray and Juvia?" Sting smirked. "Who knows" "sorry to ruin the fun Natsu but most of us gotta get going we live farther away then you do so bye!" I waved them all off and looked to Lucy, "so what do you wanna do now?" She looked around. "Well the Suns is about to set so I bet they're going to turn on the neon lights. Let's go on the Ferris wheel."

"Okay"

As we board the ride Lucy decided to sit on the opposite side of me. It all feels so familiar. "This is so nostalgic huh Natsu." I looked up and sure enough she was leaning her head on her arms looking out to the sunset. I couldn't help my self so I grabbed her hand and cupped her cheek. "Luce" she smiled and closed her eyes leaning into my hand. "Yes, Natsu?"

I leaned forward and kissed her. Just then it felt like the first time we kissed. Back on the Ferris wheel in Magnolia, watching the sunset. I rested my forehead on hers.

"I love you"

"I love you, Natsu"
