Natsu's POV

Lucy was quietly dragging me through her house...well mansion. "Natsu wait out here for a moment." I nodded and leaned against the wall.

Moments later Lucy came back out. "I was only able to let him know I was here before he fell back asleep."

I held her hand softly rubbing my thumb along her fingers. "Can you go and stay by his side till I come back up? I'm gonna go get his lunch"

"Anything for you" I told as I kissed her forehead and went into the massive room.

I pulled a chair up and sat down beside the bed. So this is Lucy's dad. I decided while he was sleeping and Lucy was gone, I'd get a few things off my chest.

"Hello sir, my names Natsu, you probably don't know me. Well actually you might remember me.. I might have yelled at you through the phone once" I chuckled lightly.

"But sir, I just wanna let you know how strong and independent Lucy, your daughter is. She's beautiful and smart. She really is amazing. I love her. Truely. She's the light to my fire. I honestly couldn't imagine not having her in my life. But I don't know what she wants to do after graduation in a few months. All I know that someday, in the future I'm gonna ask her to marry me. She's honestly the only one for me. I hope you wake soon so I can ask you in person. I know Lucy, and I know that she would love to know her father blessed the marriage. Well that is if she wants to marry me in the future. Ah I'm suck a chicken!"

I placed my elbows on my lap and face in my hands.

"The boy who yelled at me, Natsu." I heard a scratchy voice speech up from the bed. "You wish to marry my daughter in the future?" My eyes opened widely and I looked up. "You heard that!" He nodded.

Holy shit he totally wasn't meant to hear that!

"You love Lucy?"

I nodded my head quickly. "Yes sir, I really do. She's been my best friend for almost four years now. I really do love her." I smiled softly. "So you're the one whose been caring for her then?"

"What do you mean sir? Lucy has her own apartment and a part time job. Yes she does stay by my house a lot due to my family loving her. She even has her own room." I chuckled. "But I've been there to protect her"

"I see. So you honestly want to spend the rest of your life with her by your side?" "Yes, if she'll let me." He slowly reached his hand out towards me so I shook it.

"You may have my blessing son, you let Lucy know that when she says yes."

My eyes lite up. "Thank you sir!" "No thank you Natsu?" I nodded. "You took care of my little girl when I failed to. I was a horrible father to Lucy. She deserves someone who cares deeply for her."

Shortly after he had said that Lucy walked in with lunch. "Oh father you're awake, I brought your lunch" "thank you Lucy" she smiled.

"So you met Natsu?" He nodded while eat his food slowly. "Yes, he's a nice lad." I awkwardly sat back down on the chair while Lucy talked to her dad.

'He approves' I smiled brightly and closed my eyes. 'I hope one day Lucy you'll accept my proposal.'

"Natsu come on, we're going to let father rest now" "alright, it was nice meeting you sir" I waved as we walked out.

Lucy was silently dragging me down a hall. She opened a door and shoved me inside. "Lucy?" I asked as she started pacing back and forth. "What?" She stopped suddenly and looked at me.

"You're worrying me, you just pacing back and forth." She chuckled slightly then pushed me hard against the wall. "L-Lucy?!" I blushed lightly. She started looking at my body from head to toe.

"Damn Luce, I know in hot and all but using force so isn't the way to go"

It was at that moment I know I fucked up. She sent the scariest glare towards me. I shivered and laughed nervously. "Shut your trap Dragneel. I'm checking for damage" I smirk a bit.

"Who would dare damage this day package?" I said wiggling my eyebrows.

She rolled her and then grabbed my face turning my head left and right. "My father most likely, he was acting very kind and said you were a nice lad.. Who says that?" I chuckled then grabbed her hands off my face.

I quickly switch our positions pinned her against the wall. I trapped her in between my arms, one hands lightly caressing her cheek. "Lucy I think your dads changed. I had a talk with him." She looked at me with worried eyes. "About what." "Let's just say the near future"

I tucked some of the golden locked behind her ear. "I told him how much I loved you" I whispered into her ear. "You didn't" "oh but yes I did" "w-what'd her say?"

In one swift motion I closed the gap between the two of us. Her lips were so irresistible I couldn't help but kiss her repeatedly. I pulled back for a moment. "Meeting a girls father alone for the first time is always a nightmare."

I kissed her again.

"But when they approve, it makes things so much easier" I told her right before I captured her lips with mine. I titled my head slightly to deepen the kiss.

Lucy happily agreed by pulling on my hair. During her gasp for air I decided to try something. I managed to slip my tongue in. It took a moment but Lucys finally started to dance along with mine.

We stayed in whatever room we were in making out until the door opened. "Princess.. Oh my... Sorry for intruding." Virgo stood there no emotions in the door way.

I quickly pulled alway and started to fix my hair and wipe the lipgloss or chat stick what ever was fruity off my lips. Lucy was blushing a deep shade of red and not looking anywhere but the floor.

I cleared my throat then started walking. "Ima ah go unpack my uh things yea" I high tailed my ass out of there. 'Stupid, stupid, stupid Natsu' I yelled at my self, but immediately remembered the sweet taste of her soft lips and smiled to my self.

"Lucy with youd permission I swear I'll never let anyone still those kisses from you." I felt my face flush up. '

Am I seriously already thinking of marriage ahh! I'm a guy it's not right! But I love her so much. But it's not manly!! Elfman however would probably totally disagree.

"Natsu you okay lil buddy?" I snapped my head back to see Lucy. "You seem to be at war with your self up there" she giggled poking my head. "Don't stress to hard you might hurts your self" I pouted "hey!!"

She grabbed my arm. "Come on cry baby Virgo said our lunch is made." "Yosh!" After I dove into the food I was in heaven. "Man the birdo chick can really cook!" I yelled stuffing my face. "Natsu... It's Virgo" She sweat dropped. "Meh same difference" she shook her head.

"So what do you wanna do?" I shrugged. "I don't know is there something you've always wanted to do while you lived here?" "Skinny dipping" I choked on my food.

"Alright I'm down for that!!" I piped up. "Natsu!!! I was joking perv!" I chuckled. "Don't make cruel jokes like that Lucy" she wrapped her hands around her self. "Never knew you thought so dirty of me natsu.."

She blushed causing me to blush. "Well I am a guy. But honestly I haven't. If I had my self control with you would be zero" I told her as I scratched me head. 'No point in lying.' "You have to control your self?"

I sighed and smiled slightly. "Yup, you're so darn cute everytime I see you I wanna kiss you all over!" She blushes again. 'Cute' "Can we go to the garden?" I nodded and walked over to her offering my hand.

After walking around the garden for about an hour we went up stairs to check on her father. But he was still sleeping so we decided to go watch a movie in Lucy's old room. Might I add it's covered in pink and flowers.

She now laid right next to me. My arm around her waist, her head on the side of my chest and we held hands. After a few movies one thing lead to another and I was pinning her down.

My legs straddling her hips. I ran my hands down her sides and started tickling her everywhere.

"Nyahah.. Stop... Haha Natsu!!!" I continued to tickle her till I heard the faint tap on the door and "ahmm.." We both look at the door to see Lucys father.

"Natsu, I'd appreciate if you didn't straddle my daughter under my roof. I slowly looked down at our position and immediately jumped up. "I'm so sorry sir, it honestly wasn't any bad! Jus-"

"I know it's just weird see a young man on top of you daughter.. But anyway Lucy. I came to tell you goodnight" Lucy jumped up lightly hug him. "Goodnight father"

I went to go lay back down but a still strong grip grabbed ahold of my shoulder. "Natsu, let's go I'll show you to your room" I gulped his tone of voice changed. "Listen to me boy, now I have you my blessing that doesn't mean I want you violating Lucy"

My eyes opened widely. "I would never sir! Honestly!!" "Good, and stay out of her room at night." He slowly made his way back to his room. For a guy that I'll he sure is scary. I went and laid down thinking about today's events before finally dozing off into a deep sleep.
