Natsus POV

        I woke up it was still dark out. I could feel Lucy sleeping against my chest. Before I would have started blushing and jumped up. But now I can stay her and not feel bad.

       I need to get up though, I don't have any of my things for school. I slowly slipping out from Lucy and carried her to her room. Once I laid her down I kissed her forehead and headed home.

       Once returning home it was still quiet in the house since it was only 5:30. Walking past the fire place I stopped and looked around.

       I saw my parents wedding pictures, when me and Wendy were born and other family photos.

       What caught my eye was the pictures of me, Lucy and Wendy the night we all played video games together.

      Smiling I pulled out the picture Lucy bought last night and sat it next to it.

Lucy's POV

       When I woke up I was curled up in all my blankets and pillows. I sighed thinking about the dream I was having.

      Me and natsu went to the amusement park and we kissed, then I fell asleep on him after he pulled me into him.

      What a good dream. I crawled out of bed and made my way to the bathroom. After taking my shower I got ready for school and walked out into the kitchen.

      I was digging through my wallet when I noticed a small picture. Upon seeing it I realized that was no dream. It was all real!

      Me and Natsu kissed!!! Now I can't stop smiling like a fool. I grabbed some money and decided I'd stop and get doughnuts again.

     Walking out of my apartment leaning against the gate was natsu. "Hey stranger ready for school." He asked me. I smiled and walked up to him.

      I don't know how to act around him, do I just asked like nothing happened or ugh i don't know! Maybe it was all just an accident. Thinking that brought my mood down but it was probably the truth.

     "Oh natsu I'm not going straight to school." "Eh why not?"

      I poked his belly "because it involves food" his face lite up "I'm coming with you then!"  We both went and got food, natsu of cours scarfed like a dozen by him self.

       After we finish we headed to school. I forgot we made it to school I realized we had testing the rest of the week.

       Man it's gonna be so lonely by my self. Plus I really wanted to talk to Natsu.

Normal POV

      After all the testing for the day Lucy tiredly headed for her apartment. "Wait up!" Her best friend or soo called out to her. She stopped and wait once he caught up they started talking.

       Natsu ended up leading her to the park, where they usually play with Wendy. He grabbed her inside and walked them around. " come on Luce let's go talk"

       Lucy felt a little pain in her chest. "H-hey I know what this is about" she stared at the ground. "It's about that kiss right? I think I know what you're gonna say but I'll say it."

       She twiddled her fingers. " it was an accident right? You were just trying to make me feel better, but I won't say kissing me would be the answer unless.. Never mind. But hey don't worry about me."

      Natsu looked at her confused. "But I'm gonna be honest ,yes Natsu I do like you, I think I've been liking you but you're my best friend so I shouldn't have those feelin for you, well that's what I've been telling my self."

     "Luce.."

      "But you like lisanna right? I think y'all would look cute together" natsu clinched his pants "be quite" Lucy ignored him.

      "Umm you know what just forgot I said anythi-" "damn it Lucy! I said be quite!" Natsu yelled as he cupped her face.

     Not being able to resist he leaned and kissed her lips. She blushed as pink as his hair. "W-what was that for!?" She yelled covering her red face.

      "I said to be quite and you wouldn't listen so I silenced you.." He scratch his head. "Now it's my turn to talk and you listen. Stop trying to pair me with lisanna. I don't like her like that, I don't love her got it?

       I love you! There I said it. I've always loved ya don't get me wrong but now I think I love you more as a friend." Lucy's eyes widened.

      "Man I don't even know what love is, but if it's the way I feel when I'm around you then I've got it for ya. I honestly didn't realize how long I've actually wanted to kiss you.."

      He looked around puffing a cheek trying to hide the blush. "We kept almost kissing and everytime we didn't I got the feeling you really only like me as a friend.

      Then you tried sending me off to another girl. That really hurt Luce, I thought I was wrong and that you didn't like me." He grabbed his shirt by his chest.

    "Especially when you said you were goin out with Luke.. Then for the bastard to hurt you like that, along with your father. I realized I always wanna protect you. Okay."

      Lucy wiped tears from her eyes and reached up for his hand then squeezed it tightly. "But I didn't properly ask you last night, and seems you forgot soo uh.. Luce will you be my uh girlfriend?"

      Natsu asked Carrying the blush across his face again. Lucy smiled and stood up next to him cupping one side of his face. "Of course I would"

    His eyes lite up and he smiled brightly. After staring into each other's eyes they kissed.

     After pulling out of the kiss the held hands and started walked around. "So I say we flip a coin for who tells your mom" Lucy said giggling.

*kis-kis-k-ki-kiss-kis-kiss kiss fall in love*

Lucy's phone went off a bunch of times. Annoyed she pulled it out to see it was her group chat with Erza, Levy and Juvia.

L~ well well lulu...

E~why didn't you tell us?

J~no more love rival

       Scrolling down she saw like ten pictures in the chat. They were all Natsu and Lucy. Them walking into the park, talking, Natsus surprise kiss, Lucy crying, them kissing again.

E,L,J~ you have some explaining to do, we're meeting up after school tomorrow.

     Lucy's eye twitch staring at all the photos. Natsu pocked his head over her shoulder. "Hmm what's thos-" he stopped noticing it was their confession.

       "Well then" he scratched his head. "Wanna maybe send those to me." Lucy blushed and nodded. "Hey Luce? Your still my best friend, but it just a little different you can hold my hand and cuddle with me with out feeling weird.
Oh and of course kiss me when ever you want." He smirked a little.

       "BAKA!!!!" She slapped his arm angrily and stormed off. "That's the Lucy I fell in love with!!" He yelled smiling and chasing after her.

     Steam came out of her ear when she heard him. "Uh we have work Natsu!!!" She yelled still running. "Crap" Natsu pouted, he just wanted to spend time with his Lucy.
