SEVENTEEN.
"Well, let's say that it was an effective way to say it," Presnel laughed, and Julian bit his lips before smiling.
"I didn't want to tell you like that," he shook his head, still smiling.
"How did you want to tell me?"
Presnel raised an eyebrow, and Julian made a face.
"I didn't. Well, I did at first, but then I didn't want to, but I...
He shrugged, and Presnel smiled.
"So...will you come on a date with me?"
"Me?" Julian asked seriously. "But why? You don't like me."
"You think I would have let you kiss me if I did not like you?"
Julian frowned, completely lost.
"But...since when?"
"Since we know each other."
"What? Why are you only telling me that now?"
"Because you were not single. And you thought you were straight. And you would have panicked. And not be my friend anymore."
"Since we know each other," Julian repeated, still surprised, and Presnel laughed.
"If it makes you feel any better, it was like...a crush. For example, I was annoyed when you were speaking with the others instead of me, things like that. Let's say that I really started to like you when you kissed me."
"But then you kept avoiding me."
"I thought I was your guinea pig, so I took my distance to try to counterbalance my feelings, you know?"
"Why didn't you just talk to me?" Julian raised an eyebrow, and Presnel smiled.
"I can ask you the same question."
Julian shrugged, smiling.
"I told you I liked boys."
"You could have been more precise. So? Will you come on a date with me?"
Julian smiled, nodding.
