About the species; a very short summary
A Nephalker is a powerful Nephilim-Wall Walker Hybrid. (More about the Wall Walker's in the next part) A Nephalker isn't born the way they are, but rather, they are created. More about their creation and abilities later on.

About the Wall Walker's

A Wall Walker, or WW for shortly, is a being who was created by the Clades, Amber. (Amber is the main protagonists and Big Bad of Wanted Dead or Alive, simply put, he's a powerful hybrid)

Just as their name suggests, they are capable of walking through walls, this is apparently because the material they use in their own world is very different than that in our universe. They cannot walk through the walls of their own world, but angels and humans and the alike can.

They have their own language and they cannot speak anything else.

WW have a unique kind of blade. It's handle is covered in tiny spikes and made of gears. The hilt of the blade is made out of a thin yet strong material called Nozikpichoqium. (Its-A-Multiverse came up with that name so don't look at me XD)

They are rather tall and are basically gear-like, punk-styled beings. Their face is covered with a mask, which once removed, shows that they have no eyes or mouth or anything, just gears basically. They also breathe out steam.

WW's are generated by steam. And if they were to lose this steam, such as by turning a Nephilim in a Nephalker, they will die - or at least, that's what happened with the WW who turned Telantes. This indicates that steam is basically the source of their life.

Looks

Telantes' face claim is Andy Biersack. He got sky blue eyes, dimples, and black hair. He has a rather slim body built.

As a Nephilim, Telantes had wings which he was rather proud of. His wings were large and a radiant white, appearing to be made from the very essence of light itself. If he used his powers, his eyes glowed up golden as well, as a proof of his Archangel lineage.

When he got turned in a Nephalker though, he underwent some changes. For instance, he grew a second pair of wings, this new pair being smaller than the first. He still kept his original wings though. The size-difference of the two wings is comparable to the picture below.

This second pair of wings appears to be made out of metallic-white gears.

His eyes changed as well. The sky blue turned to a metallic silver-blue color, and the gold became more a metallic gold. His pupil also became gear-like in their shape. He's the only known being with eyes like that.

Background
Telantes is born from the union of the fallen Archangel Lucifer and the human woman Harlynn Pierce.

He was born in Perth, Australia, and just like with all Nephilim, his mother died with his birth, forcing him to grow up fast because there was nobody else to look after him.

Telantes had told the phoenix Lily that his love for music came from his mother, who always sang and played for him before he was born. Once he was born and had rapidly aged himself to becoming a young adult, Telantes had taken his mother's guitar and learned himself how to play, he still has it in his possession.

Telantes quickly left the city life behind him, believing it to be rather noisy, and instead he became some kind of nomad as he traveled around Australia in his younger years, mastering his powers and searching for who he was in the meantime. He generally kept a low profile, staying clear from angels and demons. Eventually, he went to the rest of the world as well - using his wings and ability to fly - and came to love the mountains of Bali as well, just to name an example.

He had revealed that he had heard the stories about the mythical Bellator Sanctus from angel and demon whispers, but he never believed those tales, believing them to be some kind of fairytale. That is, until he eventually met Mish himself.

He also took great care to master the guitar and to become a musician with skills beyond human comprehension. Whenever he plays, people stop to listen and nature itself falls silent. Even the leaves stopped rustling and water stopped running. He's also excellent with animals, calling them his 'friends'.

Telantes had said that he used to keep track of his siblings, but because there were so many, and some didn't want his help, he had eventually decided to let them be.

There had been a time where his father, Lucifer, had shown some interest in him, but upon learning that Telantes wasn't like him at all, Lucifer eventually lost interest and went his own way once more. This signals that Telantes had never truly known a parent's love, always being on his own and looking after himself.

Creation of a Nephalker
Telantes became a Nephalker in a battle with a WW. The Phoenix Lilly and his younger half-brother, Clyde, and a Skinwalker pack saw the transformation happen.

It is unknown if WW's have some kind of Conversion ability (the power to transform a being into an entirely new and different type of being) or if the creation of the Nephalker was some kind of weird mutation, seeing as Telantes is the first and only one of his kind, but it had happened either way.

The WW Telantes was fighting had lost his mask sometime, and one of its gears got stuck in Telantes' skin. The WW basically transferred its steam into Telantes, changing him and making him something new. The 'steam transfer' ended up becoming the WW's dead, but it is unknown if the WW turned Telantes on purpose or if it was an accident.

The procedure of a Nephilim turning into a Nephalker is very painful. The steam that courses through their veins is like a rampaging firestorm, and having their second pair of wings burst out of their back isn't exactly a walk in the park either.

Characteristics
His greatest trait is perhaps his love for music and outwordly skill with the guitar. Telantes is the only one of his kind, and his oddly colored eyes and gear wings is also an unique trait, and something never seen before by any other species.

Personality
Telantes is an entity who, in his earlier years, prefered to stay off the radar. He rather kept to himself than to interfere in the affairs of the world.

He doesn't likes conflict and violence, but he's willing to fight for what he believes in, just as he's willing to protect his friends as well.

He is rather calm and collected, keeping a clear mind in numerous situations and just going his own way really. He is pretty stubborn as well and once he has his mind set on anything it's hard to steer him off the road. He also has a great love for humanity and Earth.

Once being turned into a Nephalker, Telantes gained some personality changes. It is unknown if those changes are permanent or temporary because of him dealing with becoming a different species.

As a Nephalker he became more quick tempered and drawn to danger. For instance, he became excited when an earthquake basically destroyed New York City and surrounding places. He also appears to have become more sarcastic.

Powers and Abilities
Telantes possesses the ordinary Archangel-Nephilim abilities. He kept those abilities once being turned into a Nephalker, some of those abilities became even greater after he got turned.

Immortality
As a Nephalker, Telantes has an infinitely long lifespan. The excessive passing of time does not degrade his physical body. He is unaffected by any known diseases and toxins.

Healing
Telantes is capable of healing any kind of injury.

Resurrection
Being part Nephilim, Telantes is capable of bringing back the dead. He's even capable of reaching into The Empty and resurrecting angels and demons, if he so desires.

Precognition
Telantes is capable of seeing the flows of time. Even he cannot perceive the full picture though.

Power Granting
Telantes is capable of powering up other beings, whether it is to give them new abilities or to power-up abilities they already have doesn't matter.

Pyrokinesis
Telantes is capable of controlling fire and basically making it do as he pleases.

Terrakinesis
Telantes is capable of creating earthquakes - and manipulating the earth in other ways - through thought and emotion alone.

Electrokinesis/Electromagnetic Interference
Telantes is capable of controlling electricity. He can also affect the works of electricity and machinery, as he can also cause it to go haywire.

Thermokinesis
Telantes is capable of altering the temperature; to make it hotter or colder. With this ability he can also affect certain places and/or objects.

Advanced Telekinesis
Telantes is able to send out powerful blasts of telekinetic energy. When Telantes does this, visible waves of energy emanated out of him. He can move people and objects around with each without any apparent effort. He does not needs to do hand gestures. He can also use his telekinesis powers without the visible wave of energy.

Advanced Portal Creation
Being part Nephilim, Telantes is capable of create gateways to other worlds and universes. This requires his full concentration.

Rapid Aging
Soon after birth, Telantes willingly accelerated the natural aging process of his body to quickly become a young adult.

Reality Warping
Telantes can change the properties or appearance of things, beings and even physical or spiritual laws by literally changing reality itself. However, this requires Telantes' full concentration and when his concentration breaks, this power gets undone.

Teleportation
Telantes is capable of transporting from one place to another without occupying the space in between. He can also take people and objects with him without any apparent effort.

Flight
Having wings, Telantes is capable of flight.

Supernatural Concealment
When Telantes does not want to be found, his powers are subconsciously concealing him from other supernatural beings.

Immunity
Despite being part angel, Telantes is immune to Angel Banishing Sigils. He is also completely invulnerable against an Angel Blade, he can take one to the heart without dying.

Sedation
Like an angel, Telantes can put a person to sleep with just a touch.

Molecular Combustion
Telantes is capable of rendering something to a molecular level.

Illusion
Telantes is capable of creating illusions.

Nephalker Abilities
Those abilities got powered-up after Telantes became a Nephalker:
Advanced Pyrokinesis, Advanced Power Granting, Advanced Supernatural Concealment

Those are the new abilities he gained:
Steam Armor
Being part Wall Walker, Telantes is capable of generating steam. He is capable of materializing his steam around his body into a hard material as some kind of armor to protect himself. This material appears to be gear-like, is very tough and not easy to break, and is the same metallic-white color as his gear wings. Once the armor appears, he also gains a punk-styled mask which covers roughly the upper half of his face, the mask also is metallic-white in color.

Steam Concealment
Telantes can use his steam to completely hide his presence. (A difficult process to explain, I'm not even going to bother)

Steam Breath
Telantes can blow out a column of steam as a means of attacking. With this specific attack he has the temperature of the steam rise to unbearable heats so it's capable of vaporizing water out of the air and even melting skin right of the bones. It's an attack which destroys biological matter. This attack can also destroy certain species of angels and demons. He cannot use this attack for long and if he has used it he would be out of breath and needing to recharge.

Walk Through Walls
Just like a Wall Walker, Telantes is capable of walking through the walls of Heaven, Hell, and Earth. (Purgatory probably as well, if they have walls there at least XD)

Weaknesses
Harming and Trapping
Lucifer's Cage
The Cage is capable of trapping Telantes without any means of escape. He cannot escape without influence from the outside world.

Wall Walker Sigils
When drawn with Archangel-Nephilim blood, those sigils are capable of trapping him for roughly a couple of hours. He's unable to walk through walls drawn with those sigils.

The Colt
The Colt is capable of inflicting pain on Telantes, but it cannot kill him.

The Lance of Michael
This weapon is capable of harming him and inflicting pain.

Destroying and Killing
Primordial Entities
Primordial Entities, with the exception of Archangels, should be capable of destroying Telantes. Maybe.

Mandatory Existence Compromised
If The Darkness and/or God were to be killed, the imbalance would also result in the death of Telantes due to the destruction of reality itself.

The First Blade
A weapon capable of taking Telantes' life. But because of its nature to corrupt its wielder, it's not a preferred choice of weapon.

Archangel Blade
With Telantes being part Archangel, the Archangel Blade is capable of killing him. But only when aimed for the heart and him being stabbed repeatedly at least six times in the same area.

Bellator Blade:
A powerful weapon capable of destroying everything and anything, Telantes included. It's only effective when wielded by a Bellator Sanctus though.

Likes
Telantes has always had a great love for music, specifically his guitar. He also has a great love for quiet places, preferably surrounded with nature and away from large crowds. His favorite food is KFC - specifically the nuggets - and he's really fond of the food.

Dislikes
Telantes doesn't likes violence, even though he is willing to fight for what he believes in, nor does he wishes to die. It is shown that Telantes isn't exactly fond of large cities, he only goes there really if he doesn't have another choice, or to get a specific food or to play some for an audience.

~How God himself put it, Lucifer was his 'greatest hope and bitterest disappointment'. For Telantes I've had this idea where he inherited more the 'light-bearer' part than the 'Satan/Devil' part of his father, thus being more like how Lucifer would have been if the Mark hadn't corrupted him.

~A Nephalker's blood is seen to be a dark red in color, almost black like oil. It is opaque as well.

~Since being turned into a Nephalker, Telantes could immediately speak and understand the language of the WW's.

~When Telantes got turned, the Alpha WW - and possibly the other WW's as well - reacted to it and seemed to know something had happened.
