Thank you for the request @IlyRose8 for your request because I have been on a massive writer's block for a while now and this is fun way to get back to writing in this book. it will be bunch of mini shots in one I hope that is ok for this cause it's the only way I could play it out and sorry it took so long to make I had stuff going on.

Imagine Tripp leaving to go on a holiday with his family for 5 days, so he asked you to take care of Creech in the meantime.

----- The day before he leaves -----

You had been told a week before he was leaving on a family trip because of his birthday because his mam thought it would be a good idea for him to go and take a break from looking after Creech and school and since he didn't trust anyone else to take care of him, he left him in the hands of his year girlfriend he had met in school.

"Tripp as much as I love you and Creech I can't exactly look after him has bigger, stronger and a lot more playful than I am I won't be able to control him even on a good day" you told him as we were heading to the garage which contained Creech drinking an oil can in front his almost built truck.

"You will be fine he's perfectly harmless and trained he will behave" Tripp spoke out as he walked in and took away the empty can from his grasp and set it to the side.

"That's what you say but he will be disobedient when your gone" you spoke out causing him to chuckle a bit and pecked your lips softly.

"if you have any problems or if you wanna see my cute face I'm just a call away" he said softly resting his forehead against mine with a sweet smile.

----- Monday ------

Tripp leaves for his trip packing up his things and left the garage after sorting things for Creech and giving you a deep long kiss as he held you close but soon ended when his mom told him that they had to go causing him to reluctantly pull away then sadly headed to the car.

Once you saw him leave you sighed and went back to the garage to see Creech messing with his truck "Don't touch it because I'll get wrong for it being ruined" you spoke to him as you slowly walked over only to see him continue mess with it causing me to sigh a bit and went to get a small can of oil and opened it

"Here" you spoke out handing it over to him which he happily went over to and drank from it despite it being his 5th one since this morning.

------ Tuesday -------

Since we had the week off school you still had to catch up on schoolwork so as you sat in the garage to do my work humming a bit while face timing Tripp mostly because you were working with him for a project while in the background Creech was going slightly crazy since he heard Tripp's voice bit didn't know where it was coming from

"Creech calm down Tripp is not here" you spoke out trying to calm him down by picking up the empty cans from the floor since you haven't yet put them away.

Once Tripp went quite Creech slowly calmed down and moved to hug me tightly before putting me down causing me to wipe off the slime before moving back to my work

"Told you he doesn't listen to me" you spoke out after you told him a few times to not bother you.

"He's just getting used to me being gone but he will be fine after a few days" he spoke out with a small smile before leaving hanging up the call due to his parents wanting him to leave since had been on call for a few hours making you sigh and turned to look at him watching him for a bit before chuckling a bit "such a child" you spoke out amused since he already is one due to his species.

------- Wednesday -------

Since you had done all my work the previous day you decided to fix up Tripp's truck so that Creech could get in and headed to the canyon so that he could meet his family but instead he took me to the lakeside where he ran away from Tripp to find his parents.

Once you had pulled up to the lake and slowly getting out with my bag while Creech went to the lake and splashed around in the water causing me chuckle at the sight while you set up on the beach and sat down at the small cabin that was there watching him.

After a while Creech came out of the water and slid over to you before grabbing you before taking you to the water all while you were squirming in protest "Creech put me down I don't want to get wet I don't have a towel or spare clothes and Tripp would kill me if he finds out that he has water in his truck" you spoke out as he continued to go to the lake before dropping you in causing you to gasp as you stand up abruptly and moved the hair out of your face trying to regain you breath from the sudden drop and how cold the water was

Once you had reigned your breath you slowly walked back to the beach and tried to find something to dry myself off as you were shivering from the cold air as you walked through the water then hit the sandy rocks while Creech thought it was funny he pulled you back in the second you got back to land causing you to repeat the motions as before but quickly got out the water and too the truck before Creech could catch you.

When you got back to the truck you had found a small towel in the back of the truck, so you quickly wrapped it around yourself and shivered as you tried to keep warm while Creech was playing in the water and having fun.

--------- Thursday --------

After today another day was left before you could see Tripp again from his holiday cause despite all the face time calls for school work or for general talk because you missed him to much it just wasn't the same as him being physically there next to you holding you close so as the hours go by till tomorrow you still had to put up with baby monster that was stuck in Tripp's garage that held his precious truck.

Once you woke up and sorted yourself out before heading downstairs to get some breakfast. once you got to the kitchen you flipped on the iPad and started to call Tripp. after a view rings he answered but he was a bit tired since we woke him up because it was like 3am for him .

"sorry babe I forgot you were asleep should I call back later?" you asked apologetically when you turned to look at the tablet, but he smiled cutely and shook his head.

"It's fine baby I missed your face and voice despite that we talked for like 3 hours yesterday" he chuckled softly as he ran a hand through his hair.

"I should let you sleep you have a long flight to take" you said softly admiring his features with a soft smile.

"I'll be fine I never miss the chance to talk to you even if it's for a little while" he said softly rubbing his eyes a bit yawning slightly.

"I haven't seen Creech yet this morning, but it does sound like has causing a mess" you said looking towards the garage for a small while then back at Tripp.

"Well, we don't want him destroying my truck" he laughed for a few minutes before smiling "I'll see you in 35 hours, but I'll phone you before I get on the plane" he spoke softly kissing the camera causing you to smile.

"Alright I'll miss you like always" you spoke out sweetly blowing him a kiss.

He smiled as he fakes caught it and pressed it against his lips causing you to chuckle softly before you both said bye and ended the call and got your breakfast before dealing with Creech by giving him a few oil cans and crushed the ones he had already eaten from yesterday and during the day.

------------ Friday ----------

It was the day that Tripp was finally coming back so you spent the morning tidying the house up and making sure that the fridge and the cupboards was somewhat stocked up since you had been eating what they had since they said you could, you had done the dishes before relaxing for a few hours on the couch watching tv before slowly zoning out but after a while you woke up and checked your phone and saw a missed call and a few texts from Tripp

I assume you took your mid - day nap since you always do on your days off haha.

I'm getting on the plane now, so I'll be there in about 5hrs I can't wait to see you since I had to get the flight at 4 in the morning, I'm soooo tired heh.

I know you're on the plane now and idk if you will get this, but I can't wait to see you when you get here.

As you checked the time of when you sent that message it was about 11 and he was arriving at the airport in an hour, so you got up from the couch and stretched before heading out to check on Creech humming slightly as he found his own can and I chuckled a bit as I took it off of him and opened it up.

"You may be a baby, but you can't open it yourself" you smiled as you handed it to him before fixing up the tools as he did that.

When the hour passed you made sure that Creech was ok before heading back to the house just as Tripp's car pulled up and he got out causing you to smile and walk over just as he did once he saw you.

Once you got close enough you hugged him tightly before kissing him lovingly "I missed you" you whispered against his lips just as he uttered the same quietly before kissing you lovingly which slowly turned into a small make out session that lasted a few minutes before you pulled away.

"Creech missed you too" you whispered quietly with a small chuckle as you looked up at him sweetly before making their way to the garage to see him, but one Creech saw Tripp he discarded his half can of oil and hugged Tripp tightly, but you pulled away before he did cause you to laugh "told you he missed you" you spoke while laughing.

"I can tell" he replied laughing before patting his tentacle "you can put me down now buddy" he said after a bit as he slowly set him down with a slight whine before you and Tripp started talking about his holiday and what he did.
