You watered your flowers near your home, having your mom by your side just to watch over you before the baby arrives.

Your beloved husband is out with the boys just to celebrate the arrival.

"Mama? Can you make me a cannoli?" You asked craving the tasty treat.

Your mom said from the question, but it is a craving its completely normal.

"Sì, anything for my baby mamá." She said then heads to the kitchen.

You heard the door open then shut.

"Hey mom!" Alberto said to your mom which she immediately hugged him.

"Welcome home, she's in the dining room."

You heard and you try to make yourself look presentable, when he enters, he's already got hearts all over you.

"Ciao bella." He kneels down to kiss your hand like a proper gentlemen he's slowly becoming.

It made you blush from those words coming out of his mouth, he's still your goofy idioto, but you love him for it.

You felt his hand gently caress your baby bump.

Apparently you knew your husbands backstory...what his father did was tragic...leaving all alone on his own in that island...it left you to tears to hear it...

"You'll be a great dad Alberto...." You said softly, gently brushing his curly hair away from his face.

"I know...Im nothing like my dad...Ill never leave our child...never out of my sight!" He said and placed a kiss to your stomach.

Soon after felt a little press against...its either the hand or foot of the baby giving Alberto a sign.

"They have heard you." You smiles in delight which made Alberto try not to cry.

A few days later today is your due date, so far no water break. But you were experiencing very bad cramps since morning.

Alberto took you out for a nice walk with hot cocoa, yes your both gonna have an autumn baby. He held you closer wrapping an arm around your waist.

He would always be checking on your whether your okay.

"Babe Im alright, Ill tell you when." You told him cupping your hand against his cheek, placing a gentle kiss.

"I know, Im just so nervous."

Its so cute to see your hubby all worried about you in pain, in fact he hates it. Always going into protective mode, finding things to help make the pain go away.

You sip your cocoa while nuzzling your husband's chest close.

The walk was lovely, seeing the leaves surrounding the place in different shades of colors, and the cool breeze making both your guy's hair flow into the wind.

It was indeed wonderful.

But after you got home, you already felt something wet surrounding your dress...

"A-Alberto?.." You groaned and that's when he rushed towards you.

"What is it baby?.." He asked.

You panted and gripped your stomach. "I-its coming!!"

He gasped and grabbed his jacket "let's get on the motorcycle! Ill be behind you!"

So the two of you went to his motorcycle, carefully placed you in front and he wrapped his arms around you and took control of the bike, making your way to the hospital.

When the two of you made it. Alberto held your hand inside.

Alberto's POV

"Ciao, my wife is going through labor!" I said to the nurse and she asked for information...

Why do they need information she's gonna have my baby in a moment!!

I gave them quick information and they took my wife to a room where they would do the delivery...

Seeing my dear starfish in pain hurts me...the tears made it worse...

I stood by her side and kissed her red cheeks to calm her down. "Its gonna be okay baby...soon it'll arrive."

I whisper into her ear and slowly began to breath in and out.

I need to call my sister about this...same with Luca...

But for now I wanna be here for Y/n...

--Moments later--

The doctor told me to leave my wife be...

This made me upset to hear...but they asked me again...

The nursed grabbed my hand and pulled me out of the room so that they'll do the delivery...

What the hell?! I wanna be by her side...they better not hurt her...

"Alberto! Were here!" I hear Luca's voice coming from behind me.

"How's she doing?"

I just shrugged..."so far she's doing good, but the doctor told me to leave them be..."

Guilia shakes her head "well maybe she needed more space. Plus its gonna take a while."

Luca pats my shoulder "Don't worry, she'll be okay, and soon your baby will be in your arm-"

*SCREAM*

Y/N!!!

I rushed back inside of the room to hold her hand.

"Mr. Scorfano please leave!" The nurse told me again but I ignored it...

"God this hurts!!" Y/n said out loud and was told to keep pushing.

I kissed her forehead "you can do it baby..." I whisper sweet nothings to her...saying she is a strong woman...also mentioning stupid bruno...

She continues to scream and that's when the doctor gasped.

"I see the head Mrs. Scorfano, one more push."

"Almost there Y/n..." She squeezed my hand tightly and screamed so loud, I wouldn't care if it hurts my ears...

But by the end...I hear crying at the end.

"Its a girl!"

A girl?..

A girl!!!

A baby girl!!!

"Y/n! We have a baby girl!"

She gave me a weak smile and slowly passes out...

"Y-y/n?.."

I heard the doctor chuckled and pat my back "congratulations Mr. Scorfano, your wife gave birth to a healthy baby girl...let your wife rest for now, we'll call you back in a few."

He explained everything to me and I nodded "y-yes sir, grazie."

So I head out back to the waiting room to see Massimo join with us.

"How is she my son?" He asked me, brought along Machiavelli on his shoulder.

"We have a daughter!" I said and they all cheer with joy.

"That's amazing Alberto!! I've always wanted a niece!" Guilia said giving me a big hug.

"It's wonderful news son, I think you know what'll be like to raise a young lady."

Massimo always mentioned that, I promise to always be by my baby's side...Im never gonna leave my eye's off of her...

"Mr. Scorfano, you can come on back." The nurse told me.

"Go on." Massimo left a smile under his mustache.

So I went back to the room, seeing Y/n holding the baby which is giggling happily.

I got to see her face. Her eye colors are like mine...even her hair is curly like mine...and those freckles surrounding her rosey cheeks.

She has her mother's facial features and smile, her skin seems a bit lighter/darker.

She was absolutely beautiful...Im in love...

I felt tears falling down to my face...Ive never felt more happier...having my own family with Y/n...

"I am so proud of you Y/n.." I whisper to her ear and wrapped an arm around her shoulder.

"You did too for the work." She winked and that made me turn red.

"What should we name her?"

I've thought of a name, but Im not sure how it'll turn out.

"Bella." I said softly.

Y/n looked up at me and nodded.

"I love it."

I held Bella into my arms, she could easily recognize my touch...I shall never leave her behind...Ill make her have the best childhood with her father!
