Ercole was about ready to through the harpoon until Guido guarded you.

"I won't let you hurt Y/n!" He said out loud, while Y/n stayed by his side.

"Dio Mio Guido do you have any idea how much we're gonna make when we capture one? We'll be stinkin rich!!" Ercole glared down at the young boy, walking up having the harpoon behind him. Then thought of a sneaky lie...

"How about this? Let's show the town proof and we get the money. We'll let her go...hmm? What do you say Bella?"

Guido's POV

I don't trust him at all...I forbid her to listen to him.

I held her hand tight and looked up at Ercole.

"No Ercole..."

Then he gave me that evil smirk. "Fine then...if you say so Guido..."

Then immediately he wrapped a rope around Y/n's neck, pulling her away from me.

"Ill have to do it!! Now you can focus on the pasta!!"

Ercole pulled her away from me...I run towards her and held her hand...that's until I noticed her hand is slowly shifting to her human form.

The sun is still shining and if Ercole turned her in, people would find him crazy.

"Ciccio! Come! Keep Guido away from this repulsive sea monster..."

Ciccio slapped my hand away from Y/n...keeping me social distance...

"Ciccio...you can't continue doing this...she's innocent..."

Then he frowned but shook his head. "But I must impress him..."

So I rushed back to put back on my clothes...but Ciccio continued pushing me away...

Once we made it to Portorosso.

Everyone was shocked to see Y/n's form.

Some scream from fear...saying how ugly she was...even preparing the harpoons.

I tried not to cry...and the officer was shocked to see her.

"Mama mia...you actually caught one..." She said, looking at her.

Y/n isn't even looking up at all...I wanna be by her side...

"Si! Now can I have my prize?"

Then the officer sighed and shook her head. "It has to be dead Ercole...then I'll give you the prize soldi."

The catfish grinned widely and turns to look at my bella...

"If I killed her now...then-"

"You have the soldi..."

"Ciccio! Tie her around that pole...then distance Guido..."

My eyes widen that he's actually doing this...

Ciccio pushed me to the ground while the fisherman surrounds me, carrying their harpoons.

I barely see them tying Y/n on a pole while she struggles to get out.

"Please!! Don't kill me!! Please!! Guido!!

I tried to find a way to get to her but everyone we're blocking the circle.

That's when I noticed Ercole's vespa is still by the beach...

Y/n's POV

I tried biting the chains off but no use...I see all men carrying their weapons giving me those faces, almost looking at me in a creepy hungry way...making sure I don't escape...then I see Ercole walking towards me...

"Please don't hurt me please..." I looked up at this Ercole, tearing up that this is the end of me...

"Any last words before I stab your cold heart?.." He asked while lifting my face up
with the sharp weapon.

"All I ever wanted was happiness...I wanna be with Guido...please...I wanna see him...please..." I looked down begging for him...I wanna see his sweet face one last time before I go...

"Fine then...Ciccio! Get Guido!"

I continue to cry but I lift a smile to my face...

Once the chubby human was about to walk out...something dodged the men down by a red vespa...it was Guido!

Coming to save me from this nightmare...he saw me and I tried to come closer but immediately got stabbed in the side...

He rushed down to me and kneeled before me.

"Y/n mi amore...are you okay?" He cupped my cheeks while I looked into his eyes.

"I-Im scared Guido...I-I don't wanna go..." I said softly, then he had that face which I've seen before...

"No...Im not losing you...I won't let him hurt you...Ill think of something..."

I couldn't bare myself...his voice was so comforting...

We lean closer to one another and share a soft passionate kiss while the whole town gasped in shock.

I run my hands up through his hair while we share our last kiss...

Officer's POV

Wow...that I have never seen before...plus hearing her cry truly hurt my heart...maybe its a bad idea to give a prize for capturing sea monsters...

That kiss shows passion and trust...I've seen that before.

"Okay men that's enough! Leave them be!" I said to the fisherman and I see their face expressions change to a somewhat soft tone.

(3rd Person's POV)

The two pulled away and pressed their heads together.

"Ti voglio bene..." Guido whispered to her, she understood what he said, it made her realize that there is still good in these humans...

"I love you too..." She said in return.

"Yeah yeah lovey dovey! If you love her so much...you kill her!!"

Ercole handed him the harpoon. He knows damn well that he is fed up with the manipulation and the abuse he was suffered caused by the man child.

He broke the harpoon and tosses it to the side.

"What are you doing?!"

Then Guido unchained Y/n off of the pole and shakes her monster form to her human, which stunned most of the men, like it was a magic trick.

"W-what?! She can shift?! B-but how?!" Ercole was surprised that she would do that.

"Im fed up with you and your cruel services! Y/n is not a monster, she is nothing but a sweet girl who deserves a life!" Guido raised his voice towards him.

Then the fisherman nodded in agreement, putting down the weapons and Ercole starts to hesitate in anger.

"You little merda!"

Then the officer made the men back away and handcuffed Ercole behind his back "alright Ercole, relax and have a talk."

So she took him away and Y/n felt blessed that she lived another day in Portorosso.

She looked down at Guido and gave him a big hug.

"Mio eroe!"

Guido chuckled under the hug and he leans in for another victory kiss.

Then Ciccio walked over to the two and began to apologize to Y/n even kissing down to her feet.

"Okay okay Ciccio, its okay." Guido pats his back and that's until Y/n began to shiver...turns out she's still in her undergarments.

"Oh! Let's grab your dress."

So they went back to the beach to the beach and let her put on the dress.

However Guido helped her out, dusting the sand off of her.

It made the sweet girl blush, he noticed her cheeks flush.

"What?"

"I-is there anything I could repay..for saving me?" She asked while biting her lips.

Guido thought for a moment and something in his mind went a little too frisky, but for now.

"How about we go out? We'd get to know more about each other, under the moon light."

Then she smiled brightly and nodded.

"I'd love that!"

They look back into each others eyes and shared another kiss.

Once the kiss get little deep, they'd hear sniffling sounds coming from Ciccio.

He was crying from the romance between the two.

"Oh Ciccio." Guido chuckled.

It appears it's a happy ending to a love story.
