Anyways! Your only 3 years younger. Which makes you 11 years old. You have the same sea skin color, but with longer/short hair. Your also a few inches shorter than Alberto.

(Alberto's POV)

Ugh...I didn't sleep well...been having really bad dreams lately...it's the same thing...it's been bugging me a lot...all because of a certain someone...that someone who's been in my arms throughout our growing up...

"Alberto! Wake up!"

I was awoken from a gentle tug near me...

I slowly opened my eyes to see someone very close to my face.

Awww...it was just my baby sister...

"Good morning brother!" She said cheerfully with her big rosey cheeks and super cute smile.

"Morning Guppy." I petted her head and slowly sat up from my bed.

"Are we gonna do more hidden treasures today?" She asked and I couldn't resist that question.

"Yeah! I heard those boats swam by and maybe they've left us some more treasures!"

She begin to cheer while I got out of bed.

"Come on! Let's get ready!"

So we both grabbed our bags and harpoons just in case, We have two that we found...technically we almost got attacked by one of the humans...

But we survived! I had to bandage up Y/n's leg...she even helped up bandage my arms...

She's the only family I got left...

Ever since our dad left...he put me in charge of the place and keep an close eye to her...

I can't lose my baby sister...

Once we head down to the waves. "Hold onto my shoulders when we get down okay?"

She nods and I jump in first, shifting to my sea form. Then I heard a splash coming from behind and I feel her arms wrapped around me from behind.

"I'm ready big brother!"

And soon the searching begins!!

We swim down near a town, but it's where we'll find the treasure easily!

Good news! We found some!

"Okay guppy, go ahead and pick some up." I told her and she did her little task.

I picked up and found another card with a weird symbol on it, some marbles and ooh! Another ticking circle thing!

"Brother! I found another bowl!"

I swam over to her and take a look at what she's found.

"That's awesome guppy! soon, we'll have a full dinner table!"

I wrapped my arms around her, squeezing a big hug.

"I guess that's enough for to-"

"One more spot?" She asked and I sighed...knowing if we go farther from home...she'll get hurt...but again...we did find little. I guess one more trip won't be too bad.

"Alright, hop on."

"Yay!!" She went behind me and swam near the cross which is where the big animals live, like sharks, whales and bigger sharks...

Their not too threatening to us...but still...

"It looks safe." She said near my shoulder and then I booped her nose.

"It make look like it...but don't worry. Big brother is here."

(Y/n's POV)

I got off of my brothers back and I swam near the sea grass, spotted some more treasures!!

Suddenly. I spotted a swinging hook that's swimming around in front of me...

It also has a poor little worm attached to it...

I wanna save the little worm...

So I grabbed onto the hook and plucked the worm out...

"Y/N NO!!! DON'T TOUCH THAT!!!" Alberto pulled me away from the hook and I see it go back up to the surface and the boat is shown over to the surface.

Oh...I hope the worm is okay now...

"What we're you thinking Y/n!? You could've gotten yourself killed!!"

....I feel guilty...me and my stupid habit of exploring stuff...I looked down with shame...fearing that he'll continue to shout at me...

"...I-I'm sorry brother..."  I tried not to cry...but then I feel him pulling me for a hug...his tail wrapped around me...

"No...I'm sorry...I should've been on the watch..." He scratched the back of my long sea hair... while I nuzzle close...

"When would daddy come back...?"

He sighed and looked down at me...giving me those same eyes that reads...he wasn't sure...

Which I understand...

"He will soon guppy...I know he will..."

I looked down to the ground at my bag full of human stuff...

Then I heard some shuffling coming from him...he picked up his bag and he held my hand, getting ready for lunch time.

We swam back to the surface and we shook off our sea form back to humans.

"What do you say anchovies?" He asked me holding a little net we found at night the other day.

Ooh! Anchovies sounds mighty tasty!

"Sure!"

Alberto held the net hanging on his shoulder and kissed my forehead.

"Stay here while I get some."

He went back to the sea to get our food. While I climb back to the tower and put away our new human stuff somewhere in our room.

Even though a little reminder about daddy...

I went to grab a white chalk and moved the curtains to the side...drawing another white line on the wall with all the rest of the lines...on when daddy would come back soon...

I haven't seen him since I was a baby...

I wiped my tears off of my face and cleaned up our table for food.

(Alberto's POV)

I couldn't tell her the truth...I sadly knew he's not coming back...I can't keep lying to her...

Maybe I'll tell her soon...when she's my age....

I'll do what it takes to keep her happy and safe...

(3rd Persons PoV)

As soon Alberto got back with the food, the two siblings enjoyed the meal while watching the waves go back and work on shore, feeling the breeze hit their faces.

"Y/n?" He said her name and she turned to look at him.

"Hm?"

"You know I love you with all my heart.."

It made the little girl fluster, knowing that she has the best brother in the whole world which makes a better father figure than the one they had in the past...

"I know, that's what makes you so awesome!" She said while munching on her fish. Then was surprised to feel his fingers tickling her abdomen which she laughed, almost choked on her food.

"Alberto stop!!"

Once he stopped, he pressed his head against hers, having their sweet bonding, knowing everything is gonna be alright...for now.
