Jade woke up to the sound of her alarm clock going off. She got out of bed and got ready for school. Then, she walked down the stairs. In the kitchen were Her brother, James, her dad, Austin, and her mom, Rebecca. "Good Morning, Honey." Rebecca said to Jade. "Good Morning, Mom." Jade replied. "I just made you breakfast. Would you like some?" "Uhh, sure." Jade walked over to the table. "Here you go." In front of Jade was a plate of biscuits and gravy. Jade's stomach was growling, so she began to eat. "Sissy, Sissy! Guess what? I'm going to learn karate after school today!" James said. Jade looked up from her plate. She looked at the stove where there was a clock. 7:15. "Mom! My school starts in 15 minutes!!!" Jade yelled. "Oh, don't worry dear. It will only take 5 minutes to get to school. Get in the car and I will meet you there." Rebecca replied. Jade ran to the car. About 2 minutes later, Rebecca came into the car. "Let's go." She said.
*5 minutes later*
"Here we are. Catifornia High Academy." Rebecca said. Jade walked out of the car. "Thanks for the ride, Mom!" Jade said. Rebecca drove back to her home. Jade walked into her school. CHA. Never thought it would be this large. Jade thought to herself. When she walked in, she was greeted by 3 others. A dachshund, a Dalmatian, and a Cocker Spaniel. "Hi there," The Dachshund said, "my name is Crystal Angeltear and these are my friends Jennifer Pautin and Jessica Hymit. You must be the new girl. What is your name?" "My name is Jade Hart." Jade replied. "Oh goody!!! We are sooooo happy to meet you! At least before anyone else got to you!" Jessica said. "It might just be we could be the best group of friends ever!" "Well, I guess you can call us best friends forever!" Jade exclaimed. "Calm down you two." Crystal said. "We have class to get to!"
