somewhere In a vast desert, lay gerudo valley, where all gerudo and the soon to be king of thieves resided. Said king, or soon to be, was currently holding a wrapped box while walking to his friends house. It was her birthday, and gannon wanted to give her a gift appropriate for what he would be saying today. He just hoped that she returned his feelings, his present was hand made and he didn't won't hours of endless work To go to waste as well as heart break. (y/n), that's her name, she wasn't a gerudo and everyone knew it, she wasn't born in the village, she was found, crying, as a baby near the horse stables. One of the gerudo women took her in and cared for her. Gannon liked her not for her gorgeous looks, but her personality. She wasn't a cocky, Spoilt slut like all the other young gerudo. Nope. She was kind, funny, and brave, unlike the other women who would cling to gannon if a spider came within three feet of them. Only problem was, all the other girls were jealous that gannondorf liked her and not them. But she could always standup for herself. Gannon smiled, hugging the box tighter to his chest. Her sucked in a breath as he walked up to his crushes door. He rolled his eyes at himself and lightly knocked on the door, tucking the present under his cape.
" hi Ganny "
the door was opened slightly, showing (y/n) wearing a belly top and shorts. The gerudo wouldn't let her where a full shirt. Gannon smiled and held out his arm
"are you ready?"
Y/n giggled, nodded and linked arms with the gerudo, walking off to their destination. Gannon led her to the stables, were a horse was waiting. He took out a blind fold and held it infront of the young girls eyes.
" its a surprise "
The (h/c) nodded and the blindfold was tied securely onto her head. He gasped as strong arms wrapped around her waist and put her on the horse, gannon getting on behind her, to ensure she wouldn't fall back. He reached around his crush and grabbed the horses reins, kicking it in the side slightly making it Walk.
Y/n leaned back into Gannon's chest, sighing happily. After about half an hour they arrived. Gannon jumped of the horse, tying it up and taking y/n down, holding her hand to lead her away. He sat down and urged the girl to do so too. He undid the blindfold and watched as it slowly fell of the girls face , landing softly on the grass below . Y/n had never been outside of gerudo valley so gannon took her to the most beautiful place he had every visted , lake hylia . Y/n gasped and and turned to face the gerudo , smiling widely up at him . Gannon smiled sheepishly and rubbed the back of his head , blushing slightly . The lake shimmerd in the sunset as pale pastel colours hued the skies , making it the perfect romantic scene . Y/n leapt forward , glomping onto her crush and making him fall back onto the grass. Gannon chuckled and hugged the girl back , gazing at her happy face .
"Y/n "
said girl opendled her eyes and looked up from gannons chest , a blush dusting her cheeks

eyes . He leaned forward and kissed her . Y/ns eyes widened and she froze , gannon was kissing her !? she slowly closed her eyes and kissed back , her heart fluttering and her head feeling light . Gannon smiled and pulled away

he lay on his side , bringing y/n with him .
" I love you so much . I love your personality . How you can get so cocky at times yet get shy in the middle of a conversation . I love how you always stand uo for other peopoe and yourdelf , how you never back down and how you always have a sassy comeback . I dont love you for just your body , though i love that too . I love how clumsy you are , yet you can always brush things of and laugh about it . I love how you can make even the saddest of people happy . You might not think your perfect but to me you are the most perfect gem in a pile of dirt , i love you (y/n) , will you take this as a token and love me back?"
gannon revealed the small red velvet box , opening it to the stunned girl . Inside lay a red gem engraved with golden symbols that represented love , it was attached to a gold chain with a tiny heart engraved in each chain . Gannon took it out of the bow and put it around his crushes neck , lifting her hair so it wouldnt get caught . Y/n smiled and glomped gannon again , kissing him on his lips .
