Tommy pov

I woke up to mrs. White coming upstairs to tell me it was time to go. So I got up got dressed and ate quickly then I bolted out the door. Great I though it is raining. Oh gosh today is the day where they come to see how much longer I have until I am able to quit or stay on my free will. Then I am taking Benny and maybe leaving their is really nothing for me here except him so yea. I got to the shelter and picked up all the randomly scattered things what happened here? I did the rest of my chores on sort of a hurry. This is really weird no one is even here the dogs are here I put out half the shelter at a time bring them back in and do the other half it is probable really messy but I had to investigate. I looked all around to find a note pinned on Benny's cage it said tommy take care of the dogs other people will get as soon as possible. I had to go their was a massive case of abuse in fact as soon as your done come out here. The kennels don't have to be perfect but I think you might want to see this. I locked up The building and left a note in envelope under the door that only the personal from the shelter would bother to read and set of to the location. I grabbed my bike and started going really fast couldn't slow Down this sounded important. I got to the site to see that it was a house that seemed kind of familiar. I walked up to the door and knocked and mrs.linda answered and said "tommy this house has five dogs trapped but that's not what's scary part is. Follow me." She showed me something shocking. In paint their was a note made out to me. It read tommy guess what it's mommy and she is out of jail. I fell to my knees the world I had come to know was falling apart. I was so scared but I tried to keep my cool. Mrs. Linda saw my facial expression before I could change it. Darn it I thought. Then I kept looking around trying to remember what used to happen here so I could prepare.then i saw the couch with the blood stain I remember that to. Then it was time to leave apparently some dogs got stuck in the fence so we got them and brought them back to the shelter the reason so many people were there was because of the note. I got to play with Benny we went out to the grass yard area and I threw the tennis ball for him. Then we went out to the dog park up the street so he could socialize with people he has never seen before. Then it was time to go back to the shelter. I locked him up in his cage and then I left to go back to the orphanage. when I got back to the orphanage I sat down and slid down the wall. this is terrible I don't want her to find and or see me ever again. I hate her and I don't want to be with her at all. then I thought of Benny I couldn't let her get him.
