Euphoria Actor Sweeps Awards at Seoul International Drama Awards

Seoul International Drama Awards 20XX took place on Oct 21, hosted by South Korean Actress Kim Jisoo and Chinese singer Jackson Wang at MBC's Public Hall.

The Seoul Drama Awards is an annual international drama festival which celebrates dramas from around the world. This year's Daesangs shocked audiences due to rookie actor Jeon Jungkook sweeping the Grand Prize for his work in his debut film, "Euphoria," released on September 1st. 

Additionally, actor Jeon Jungkook, was awarded the Outstanding Korean Actor award and Best Rookie Actor Award, while Euphoria won prizes for Most Popular Drama.

Jungkook's win of Most Outstanding Actor broke Park Jimin's, the actor in popular releases such as Serendipity, Caught in a Lie, Catching Your Other Lie, Thighs of Thunder, and I'm Not Too Short to Catch You in a Lie, four-year streak of the award.
