"If you don't hurry we're gonna be late!" Hoseok called out, tapping his foot impatiently.

"I'm coming, geez." I huff as I slip on my shoe and hurry towards Hoseok.

"Sorry I don't mean to rush but our dinner reservations are at eight. It's seven-forty five." Hoseok says and I place my hand on his arm gently.

"We'll make it, it'll be okay." I say as I hurry past him and out to the car. Hoseok follows behind me then we make our way to the restaurant.

Tonight Hoseok was taking me on a really nice date and he seemed to be very on edge. I wasn't sure why he was stressing so much about dinner reservations but I didn't question it.

Once we got to the restaurant we headed inside where he grabbed my seat for me before sitting down.

"This place is so fancy. We could have went somewhere cheaper." I say as I look around in awe. This place was definitely going to cost an arm and a leg when we were finished.

"No, it's okay. I wanted to do something special for you." Hoseok says as he reaches across the table to grab my hand.

"You deserve nothing but the best." He says. I can't help but to smile at his words. He never failed to make me feel special.

"Are you two ready to order?" The waitress asks as she approaches our table. "Absolutely." Hoseok grins as he releases my hand and flips through the menu.

After we order we make small talk as we wait for the food to arrive.

"How's work been lately?" Hoseok asks as he peered at me from across the table. "It's been good. How about your new job? I still feel bad that you had to leave behind your nice house and good paying job." I frown.

"Don't feel bad, I'm happier here with you. I don't regret anything. I promise." Hoseok says but I shake my head.

"I just hate that I took you away from all of that. Hopefully it was worth it for you." I say and Hoseok sighs as he grabs my hand again.

"It was absolutely worth it, y/n. Don't for a second feel bad for anything. As long as I'm with you, I'd go anywhere. I love you more then anything else and no matter where I am, if you're there, I'll be happy."

Hoseok's words made my heart beat faster as my cheeks heated.

"I love you so damn much, you know that right." I say and Hoseok smiles at me. "Good because I think I'd die without your love." Hoseok says over dramatically, and I laugh.

"Well good thing that'll never happen." I say seriously. "Good." He says as he runs his thumb over the back of my hand.

Once our food came we ate while talking about work, life, all of that. We even talked about our childhood and high school years. Pretty much anything there was to talk about we did.

By the end of the meal Hoseok seemed to become more antsy, more on edge. I could tell by the way he was acting something was up.

"Want dessert?" Hoseok asked as he waved over the waiters. "Only if we share. I'm definitely too full right now." I laugh as the waitress comes over to us.

"The dessert please." Hoseok says as he sends her a glance. She nods with a smile as she makes her way to the back.

Once she finally makes her way back she sets a plate down in front of me before she disappears, leaving just Hoseok and I again.

It wasn't until I looked back at the plate that I noticed what it said. My eyes widened as I re read the plate over and over again.

Written in chocolate surrounding the dessert were the words "Will you marry me?"

I looked up at Hoseok, my eyes wide. He stood up and walked to my side before getting down on one knee. I watched as he pulled out a ring box and opened it, revealing a beautiful diamond ring.

"Y/n L/n, Will you do me the honor and marry me?" He asks, his eyes on mine. I feel tears welling in my eyes as I stared down at him.

"Yes, of course. Yes." I say, the tears spilling as I watched Hoseok slowly slide the ring onto my finger.

I threw my eyes around him, squeezing him as tight as I could. "I love you, y/n. There's nothing I want more then to spend the rest of my life with you." Hoseok says.

"I love you. I love you so much." I say between the tears. When I pulled back he took my face in his hands and kissed me. All around us people were cheering and in that moment, I was so happy I could cry, (even more then I already was.)

When Hoseok and I got back to the house we went straight to the bedroom, not wasting a single second.

That night we made love to each other, all night long. Over and over again we told each other I love you, knowing every single one was precious.

Right now, everything was absolutely perfect. I was now engaged to the love of my life. My first love, my first everything. Today was a day I would never forget.

Before I had moved to Seoul I never imagined I'd be right here where I am now. I never thought Hoseok and I would re find the love we once shared.

Yet we did. We fell back in love with one another and although we had our hardships, our love for each other was able to overcome it all.

No matter what happened we always found our way back to each other and to me that meant everything.

I love Hoseok with all of my heart, I always have. Now we get to spend the rest of our lives together and I couldn't be happier.
