"So did you have an answer to that job offer?" My boss asks, watching me closely as she spun a pen between her slender fingers.
I sat down at her desk, my nerves higher than they had ever been before.
As I gave her my answer, I thought about all of those around me. How this would make them feel and how this would change things for me.
After my answer I left her office, grabbing my things to head out for the day.
On the walk home, I turned the corner to head to Hoseok's. I needed to talk with him, knowing I couldn't avoid this forever.
As I approached his house I took in a deep breath before knocking on the door. A few moments later the door opened, revealing a very tired looking Hoseok.
"Y/n?!" Hoseok asked, his eyes widening. "Can I come in?" "Of course, yeah." He says as he steps aside. I walk inside as he shuts the door behind me.
We don't even move from that spot as he starts to speak. "I'm so sorry, y/n. I've been a horrible boyfriend and I feel awful. I was being so selfish because I didn't want to lose you again. I should have supported whatever decision you made. I shouldn't have fought with Seo-Yun. I shouldn't have acted the way that I did. I'm so sorry." Hoseok says, his voice completely broken.
I sighed as I looked into his eyes. "I understand why you acted out the way you did. Yes, it was completely uncalled for, but I understand now." I say but Hoseok shakes his head.
"No, there's no excuse for how I acted. I was being selfish when I had no right to be. I just love you so damn much and I didn't want to lose you again. It was selfish of me, and I can't apologize enough. Whatever you decide to do, I'll be right there to support you." Hoseok says as he throws himself at me, hugging me tightly.
"I took the job." I say. Hoseok pulled back, staring at me with wide eyes. He was silent for a moment before he finally spoke. "Good. I'm glad." He says, forcing a smile.
"Hoseok..." I say, my eyes meeting his. "Yeah?" He asks, his voice sad. "I want you to come with me." I say, watching as he stares at me in shock.
"Only If you want too though. I wouldn't make you do so if you didn't want to." I then say, moving back from his embrace.
Without even giving it a second thought Hoseok spoke. "Okay." "Okay?" I ask, my eyebrows raised. "Yes, okay. I want to be with you Y/n. I don't want to be apart from you ever again. I'll do whatever I have to do to keep you in my life." Hoseok says, his voice as serious as could be.
I felt tears welling in my eyes as I fell into Hoseok's arms. He hugged me tightly, holding onto me for dear life.
"I love you, more than I could ever even begin to explain." Hoseok says into my hair. "I love you, always." I say as I pull back to kiss him.
No matter what happened, I knew I'd always have Hoseok's love and for me, that was all I could ever need and more.

"I'm nervous!" I groan as Hoseok and I make our way to Jin's house to meet up with everyone. "Don't be, it'll be okay. Jin already said they'd support you through whatever. You don't have anything to worry about". Hoseok says reassuringly.
"Yeah, I know I'm just...I don't want to make them upset." I sigh as we approach the front door. "It'll be okay." Hoseok says as he kisses the side of my head before knocking on the door.
"Hey, come in everyone is waiting for you guys!" Jin says happily as soon as he answers the door. I force a smile as I enter, Hoseok trailing in behind me.
As we walk into the living room everyone greets us with bright smiles. I take a seat next to Hoseok as I prepare myself to break the news.
"I have something I wanted to tell all of you guys really quick." I say, taking in a deep breath. "What's up?" Jin asks, his brows furrowing in confusion.
Hoseok grabs onto my hand and squeezes. I look over at him as he gives me a soft smile. I instantly relaxed.
"That job offer that my work gave me, I've decided to take it." I say, not making eye contact with anyone in particular.
"I think that's awesome! I'm happy for you." Jimin smiles, instantly making me feel a little better.
"There's something else though." Hoseok chimes in. Everyone seems to be taken back by that.
"I'm going with her to Busan. We're going to move in together." Hoseok says, giving my hand a soft squeeze again.
Everyone is silent for a moment before Jin stands up, a look on his face I didn't understand at first.
Then suddenly he smiles the biggest smile I had ever seen in my life. "Finally! I'm so happy for you two!!"
I tilted my head to the side, a little confused as to why he was so happy about the both of us leaving. "As sad as I am to see you guys go, I'm glad you're growing as a couple." Jin says.
"Thank you, that means a lot." I say, feeling relief wash over me.
"Absolutely. In my opinion this is the best thing you guys can do right now. After everything you guys have been through, you deserve to be happy. Besides, I never expected you to stay here forever. We're adults now, we're bound to move on to bigger things at some point." Jin says and the others agree.
His words sank in as I leaned into Hoseok's side, all of the nerves gone now.
All I felt now was happiness. Happy that in the end things seemed to be working out just as I had always hoped for.
Soon I'd have an even better job, I'd be living with the man I'm in love with, and from there everything else would just fall right into place.
At least that's what I was hoping for.
That's all anyone could ever hope for...
I was ready to start this next chapter of my life with Hoseok!
