Chapter Two

Sasuke's Point of View

I waited for her to lead the way to the garden. As she did I couldn't help but stare at her beautiful features under the moonlight. She hadn't changed much in these past two years yet she looked a bit more mature and even more beautiful.

"Sasuke-kun, everything okay?" She had snapped me out of my thoughts.

"Uh yes, Im sorry were saying something?"

"I was just asking you how everything was going, you know since the graduation," I couldn't help but frown.

"How do you think Hinata? You've been gone for two years. No texts, calls, letters, emails. I felt like I was going crazy everyday without you." I turned to face her. "So you tell me Hinata how am I doing?"

Her eyes filled with tears and I couldn't help but feel bad. "I shouldn't have spoken to you like that Hina. I apologize."

"N-No it's okay Sasuke. I shouldn't have left like I did, but you have to understand things weren't great for us."

"What are you talking about Hinata things were great! What did I do wrong?"

"Sasuke we weren't in love anymore. It was more of a job than a relationship. Wear this, stand here, smile for the cameras, meetings with companies, I couldn't take it anymore. I was a trophy girlfriend. I was tired of doing everything to please you and my father. I am much more than that.

"Maybe you are right but you should've said something! You couldn't assume I felt the same as you Hinata, because all I ever wanted was to be with you. It didn't matter if we were working. Yes we could've gone on more dates, turned down a couple of events. Regardless of, I never stopped loving you."

Tears ran down her cheeks as she hugged me, "I'm so sorry Sasuke I am, please forgive me."

"Tell me Hinata now, where do we stand, how can we fix this."

"I think we should be friends, at least for now Sasuke."

I placed my hands on the side of her face and looked her in the eyes, "give me the chance to try to get you to fall in love with me again. Please. I won't force it upon you."

Hinata smiled, "I would like that very much Sasuke-kun."

*In Parissss*

Third POV

A tall handsome figure walked towards Hinatas old apartment door. "Hinata open up! I know you're in there!" He continued knocking until the neighbor came out.

" I'm sorry young man but the young lady moved out," said an elderly woman. "What do you mean moved out?! That' can be true! Where did she go?!" A little frightened the old women returned to her apartment.

Crushing the apology letter and flowers in his hand the young man stormed off. "I will find you Hinata. You can not escape."

Hinata's Point of View

We returned inside with our family's which by the time we did it was rather late. So we began to say out goodbyes.

"It was great seeing you Izumi-Chan! You're truly are glowing! If there is anything you need at all please don't hesitate to ask," I said as I held her hands in mine.

"Thank you Hina-Chan I appreciate and I will take your offer into consideration," she hugged me tightly before heading to Itachi who simply waved and smiled, seeing as a jealous uchiha would've had his head if he came anywhere near me.

I bid farewell to Mikoto-San and Lord Fugaku. Then there was Sasuke... I felt my cheeks turn pink. 'Omg Hinata get it together it's not like you're in middle school.'

"Goodnight tomato-chan" Sasuke whispered in my ear as he hugged me farewell. 'Great I'm back to being tomato-Chan all because he saw me blushing.'

"I'll be waiting to hear from you soon Hinata."

"Goodnight Sasuke."

I closed the door behind him and let out the air I didn't know I was holding.

"SOOO HOWD IT GO!" Shouted both Hinabi and Neji in union.

"Ahh! Don't scare me like that you two!"

"Awww we're sorry née-san, we just want to know the tea!!! Spill!!"

I rolled my eyes and looked at Neji, "really nii-San you too?" He simply nodded. "Ugh at least let me get out of this attire."

As I made my way upstairs I felt my phone vibrate, 'Hey, you took too long so I texted you first instead. 🍅'

I couldn't help but giggle, Sasuke was always the impatient one. 'Sasuke-Kun don't text and drive!'

I continued to my room to get dressed then met my nosey family in the game room where they were playing Jump Force.

"Okay Hina spill!"

"YAAAA TENTEN! When did you get here!" I nearly jumped out of skin.

"Couple minutes ago, Hanabi texted and got me up to speed! Now spill!"

I sighed in defeat and continued to give them all the details about our conversation and where we stood and well everything'.

Still my phone wouldn't stop ringing, and unknown number kept calling. I simply ignored it they must have to wrong number.

I yawned, "okay well I'm jet lagged so I'll see you all in the morning, goodnight!"

Once in my room I checked my notifications, 11:52 - Wyd tomorrow tomato-Chan?'

11:55 'I was going to the college admissions office to see about my credits sasuke-kun and you?'

11:56 'I have two morning classes but afterward I'm all yours, tomato-Chan😉'

11:56 ' Sasuke-kun please refrain from calling me that.'

11:57 'why? That is after all what I called you before we started dating.'

11:59 'Hai hai , I'll see you after your morning classes?'

12:00 'hai goodnight hina-chan, aishiteru.'

12:00 'aishiteru sasuke-kin.'

'I can't believe after years my feelings for him haven't changed one bit. My heart still skips a beat for you Sasuke-kun.'

Sasuke's Point of View

'I can't believe after two years of being away I still love her like the first day.' I turned to love at a picture of us from high school. 'Soon we'll be together forever Hina-Chan.'
