Damn is he in the house right now ?
What will I say ? Or better how will I say anything ? They don't even know me?
Maybe I could just run up to my room without him seeing me ?
Yes I will surely do this ..

I was mentally prepared to run to my room . I slowly made my way towards the door of the house. I peeked inside okay there is no one here. I slowly closed the door and without making much noise I was about to run towards my room when I heard a voice

"I know man! But  I can surely beat  you up  in this game "

"Hah ... Try harder Kristian "

I want to see him without thinking I started my way towards their voice . they were in my brother's room and much to my liking the door was open.

Isn't it just great

I peeked inside and there he was playing Xbox with my brother. I wish I could just talk to him once .

He already has a girlfriend so better back off now. You will get hurt again.

I started walking away but it was too late . He already saw me and was staring at me now.

I guest I am in trouble!!

My brother looked towards Kristian and as his eyes follows, he saw me standing at the door. His expression hardened when he saw me.

I am surely in trouble now!!

"Karen, what are you doing here "? My brother asked me

"I ..I...well!!

What the hell should I say? That I am coming to check his new hottie friend on whom I have a major crush ever since I saw him.

" I was just checking for the noise, that came from your room "

"Okay sis, thank you for the consideration" my brother said

"Okay"

And yes my damn heart and mind who wouldn't stop bugging me to see him , for that case I just looked at him and what?

Wow ! Again with this eye contact thing. Why are you watching me?

Well I was the one to talk when in reality I was doing the same thing.
We looked at each other.

Some unspoken emotions were their in his eyes that I couldn't manage to read.

Well this time my mind clicked on the right button and I closed their door.

Phew! That was intense

I went to my room and laid on my bed. And my mind was already drifting towards the person who I just saw right now.

I need to stop thinking about him. Just a little ignore and snap I will be fine again. Its just a mere crush.

I decided to do my projects and homework that were assigned to us.

Hours flew by and it was time for dinner.

I got down as it was our regular way  of eating together like a family.

My mother was back from the work and currently was busy preparing the dinning table.

"Soo , what's new in there" I said pointing towards the dishes

"Oh hush sweety , speak slowly,  we have a guest today"

"Guest"?

"Who"?
I asked my mother.

I was confuse. She didn't tell me that   our relatives visiting today.

"Honey"

"Eric's friend Kristian is staying with us today as they have some project to do" my mother chirped encouragingly
Oh no no no no
Not again
Please just let this be a dream god

"What? "

"But mother he never invited anyone before so why is he doing it now "?

"Sweety, kristian is a really sweet guy and plus he is Eric's best friend , so behave nicely girl"

Noooo wayyy!!!

"I will mother , I will"

How can anyone be so lucky. I love my luck. I thought sarcastically
