The group was walking through the forest from the morning and has finally found a spot to stay as the Sun started sinking in the sky.

His heart wants him to confess his feelings to Mahi but this experience is what keeps the distance between them.

All the people who were once close to him have suffered in one way or another. Her parents loved him but they left him once his powers became active, Shivi cried for years him, Mishbhir went through the torture because of helping him.

He has caused so much pain. And if Mahi went through the same he won't be able to take it.

So taking all this in considration its best that he stays away from people, stays alone......forever. His trance broke when a hand slipped in his holding it tightly.

"Kya soch rahe ho?" Mahi said walking beside him. He gave her a small smile and nodded his head as nothing.

"Tumhe pata hai Shrey tum bahot achhe ho" She said making him chuckle.

"Haso mat sach keh rahi hoon. Agar tum wese hote jese log kehte hain to kabhi apne aap to kurban karne ko taiyaar nahi hote Abhir bhai aur Mishti di ke liye" She added as he hmed in reply.

"Mahi ek sawal puchhun?" He hesitated

"Tumhe permission ki kya zarurat hai, puccho na"

"Tumhe mujhse hi pyaar kyun hua? I mean tumhe to aur achhe log mil jaayenge"

"Mujhe bhi nahi lagaa tha Shrey ki mein pyaar karne lagungi tumse. Leki  pyaar keh ke thodi hota hai...pyaar to bas ho jaata hai. Aur rahi baat kisi aur ki to tum jesa aur koi nahi hai, aur mujhe sirf tum chahiye" She said as they came to a stop on a cliff.

They share a eye lock as Mahi steped closer to him, the warmth melted Shrey's heart. He can't love her but he doesn't want to stop her to.

His eyes slipped close as Mahi stood on her tippy toes conecting their lips. The kiss made the storm inside him to settle down, his hands wrapped around her waist supporting her.

Mahi touched their foreheads together after they pull away. She wrapped her hands around his neck hugging him tightly and he also hugged her back.

"I love you"

"Hmm"

She smiled at him and they walked back to the place they left rest sleeping. Shivarth and Mishbhir were sitting around the bon fire talking as Shrey and Mahi let go of each other.

While Shrey sat in the shadows, Mahi mingled around with both of the couples. After talking till very late night, exhaurtion finally washed over them.

They finally fell asleep, Mahi's eyes also started dropping as she looked at Shrey almost alseep leaning against the tree and walked towards him.

She sat beside him and kept her head on his shoulder and closed her eyes falling asleep.

Next morning Mishti was the first one to wake up, she kissed a sleeping Abhir on his cheek and stood up stretching.

"MAHI!" She yelled once her eyes fell on Shrehi sleeping peacefuly. Mahi opened her eyes and looked at Shrey who was also about to wake up.

She used her powers to send him back to sleep and stood up, careful of not to wake him up again.

"Dheere boliye di Shrey so raha hai aur baki sab bhi"

"Wo sab thik hai lekin, uske itne karib kya kar rahi hi tum?"

"Di please subh subh nahi" Mahi said, Mishti was about to say something when they heard the bushes moving.
