Minju's POV

"A nucleic acid that carries the genetic information in cells and some viruses, consisting of two long chains of nucleotides twisted into a double helix and joined by hydrogen bonds between the complementary bases adenine and thymine or cytosine and guanine" I said with a moderate voice, just enough to let her hear.

I paused for a while, I'm just wasting my energy by discussing this thing. She's not even listening!

"Ahn Yujin" I said, playing with my ballpen.

"What?!" she asked irritatedly. She's still eating her food while looking around.

"Aisht, why won't you listen? I'm just wasting my time in here!" I turned the page of my book, murmuring those words.

"What did you say?!" she glared at me while still munching her food.

Ahh I should give this up! The wind's blowing some fresh air and it's making me sleepy. *yaawnnn

I noticed that the guards are still in there, standing as if they're waiting for their President. They won't leave us alone, not until we're done.

"Jeez, just continue with what you're effin' saying tch" she stretched her feet and arms as a sign of boredom.

"DNA sequences are replicated by the cell prior to cell division and may include genes, intergenic spacers, and regions that bind to regulatory proteins" I continued pointing word for word in the book even though she's not paying attention.

I leaned my back on the tree. It's tiring to teach someone who's not interested to learn. *sigh* It's now a part of my obligation.

"2:30. I thought one minute would be that long" she stood up and tapped her skirt to remove the leaves.

2:30? But it's like 30 minutes since I started, not to mention the time I waste to bought the snacks! It's too early to stop.

"I- is it done?" I asked her stutterly. She's glaring at me and I felt like I'm being torn into pieces. *gulp*

She turned her back and ran to the other side. She's unbelievable!

"Minju! K- kim Minju! Yuri's in the library! She's surrounded by EAST!" My classmate said. She looks too exaggerated.

EAST? Are they the one who slapped us in the locker?

"W-what? D-did they do something to Yuri?" Keeping my books, I asked her while panicking. Yuri... she might be in danger.

"They're making her carry encyclopedias that they themselves are dropping" she answered.

Oh god, they're playing with Yuri again.

I immediately ran towards the library. I looked around to find where they are.

I saw the back of a girl whom I know is Yuri's. She's carrying many books that are way higher than her height.

The four students just keep on putting books on Yuri's full arms.

I walked towards them and pulled Yuri's arm, making the books that she's carrying fell.

"Are you okay Yul?" I whispered to her. She looks like a child who lost her toy. She just nod her head. I wiped her tears and pulled her behind my back.

"Ohh, the braver one again. Hello there" the girl who I believed to be Ella said. The other three just looked at us while smiling evilly.

They grabbed and pushed us to the back portion of the library where it can't be seen by students or even the librarian.

"I'm too bored today, what should we do?" the boy in the middle said. It seems like they've thought about something evil.

"You're right Alexis. Stacy and Tristan, go get the books. We're going to play" Ella said again while smirking.

I held Yuri's arm tight. She's sobbing silently. My heart's beating fast because of nervousness.

The two went back together with the books that they got from the shelves. Some are thick and some are thin.

"By any instance, do you know how to play dart?" Ella asked again. Oh no, please just leave us alone.

"It's unfair. I don't know how to play it!" The Stacy girl said. She's making her hair curl by using her fingers.

"It doesn't matter, well let's have fun today! Boys, hold our targets!" Ella commanded them. Tristan and Alexis went near us and held our arms, letting us face the girls.

"C- can you just leave us alone? P- please" I pleaded, swallowing my pride just to protect my friend from them.

All of them laughed and made a high five with each other. "We'll leave you alone? Ohh b*tch please, it's our hobby and no one can stop us from doing this hahahaha"

They tightened their grip with the books. I closed my eyes and waited for the book's impact.

"I'm starting" Ella threw the book and it hit my shoulder.

"Bad shot! Not the bullseye!" she disappointedly said.

I know that they're too evil but, why can't they treat us as humans too? Why won't they just leave us alone? They're belittling us since we're like this, we're lower than them.

Stacy threw her book at Yuri. It's the encyclopedia containing 200 pages. It hit her in the forehead, making it bleed.

"Y-yuri? Yurii!" I tried to get out from Alexis' grip. You're going to pay for this!

"Nice shot girl" Ella complemented Stacy who boasted for the fact that she hit Yuri's head.

I looked at Yuri, she's not moving.

"Y-yul? Y-yuri? J- jo Yuri?" I called her to catch her attention, she's not responding.

"Aish I'm still bored! That girl, is she dead already?" Stacy said, laughing at the top of her lungs.

That's it. They've reached the limitation. They're worst than I thought. Bullying and thinking us dead? Are they even humans?!

"Shut up Freak!" I kicked Alexis' feet making him outbalanced. I took the chance to walk near Stacy and pushed her hard on the floor.

"D*mn!" she cursed. Ella went near me and pushed me while Alexis and Tristan held my arms.

"Fxcking pest" she grab me by the hair.

I don't know what to do anymore, I'm helpless.

Chaewon's POV

I walked my way towards the library to return the book that I borrowed a few days ago.

As I walked pass a group of students, I accidentally heard their discussion. "EAST are bullying two students inside the library now. They looked pitiful, I think that the other one passed out" the student said.

EAST? They're bullying students again? Those kids tsk tsk tsk.

"Do you know who the students are?" I intended to walk slower to hear their gossips. I'm just curious

"The transferee together with her friend" the student replied again.

What? Minju?!

I stopped and looked at them for a while. They seemed afraid but they didn't move. "Where are they?" I asked them.

"In the back portion near the storage room inside the library" As soon as I heard the detail, I immediately run towards the library.

Minju's POV

After I pushed Stacy, I received twice the damage from them. My body becames weak as I receive another slap from Tristan.

I felt a prickly feeling in my cheek. As I move my head down, drips of blood started to fall. He has a ring with a sharp pendant, resulting my skin to bleed after he slapped me.

I bit my lip and prevented myself not to cry. I will only look pathetic if I'll do that.

"What in the world are you doing?!" I heard a familiar voice. I looked to the front and saw Chaewon with her serious face.

H- help Chaewon. P-please

Ella moved into the side. They removed their grip in my arms. I quickly went to Yuri and held her head. She passed out

"Minju? Yuri? Are you both okay?" she asked while standing next to us. I nodded my head. The pain in my cheek gets worse.

"Who the hell did it to them huh?" she shouted at Ella.

"You're our role model, Chaewon. What would you expect us to do then?" Ella answered rudely that's why, Chaewon's gaze was pinned to her.

"You don't have the freaking right to be like us. Don't you dare to answer rudely, I'm not that harsh as Yujin but I can break your bones apart" she said, piercing her eyes at them. She held the collar of Tristan tightly.

"Who gave you the permission to do this?!" she asked again. Right now, I'm witnessing a side of Chaewon.

She held Stacy's neck and push the both of them hard. She then went near Ella and pushed her in the shoulder.

I heard some footsteps. Chaewon continued to push and grip their collars.

As Ella was about to push back, the principal came in and shouted. "What are you doing?! To the office,now!" he said angrily.

Oh no, we're doomed.
