~The next night in Aqua's POV~

We were all on the rooftops trying to figure out what was going on. There hasn't been much evil doing for more than a few moons. As we were gathered, Leo gave us our directives.

"Okay guys, were going to split up for patrol. See any activity and stop that activity. Got it?" he asked us.

"Yeah." we all said.

"Okay. Donnie and Nikki, Raph and Rachel, Mikey and Akira, and Aqua with our newest member Senkets. Is that everyone?"

"Of course fearless." I said.

"Alright. Let's move it." Leo said as he and the others were splitting up.

I looked up to Senkets and smiled. "Ready for your first day of patrol?"

"You know it." he said as he winked at me. "Lead the way."

"Okay." I said as I was jumping across the rooftops. As we were jumping, I heard familiar sounds coming from TCRI. "Hmm."

"What's wrong babe?"

"I see something down below." I said as I took out my spyglass. As I zoomed in, I saw the Kraang there. "It's those brain aliens again." I zoomed onto the truck. "And it looks like they're bringing in animals for testing. I just hate it when animals are being tested." I growled to myself.

"I have a crazy idea." Senkets said.

"What is it Senpai?"

"I say that we should sneak into the building and then free those animals."

"Babe. You're crazy, but I love it." I smirked. "But don't you think we should call in Leo?"

"He wouldn't mind."

"Okay. Let me just mute calls from my T-Phone so they wouldn't interrupt us in a sneaky mission that involves an animal rescue." I said as I turned my phone off and Senpai did the same thing.

"Alright, let's move in."

"Okay. Operation: Noah's Ark is a go." I  said as I jumped down to the street below and Senkets followed.

After we got down, we went to where the air duct was located and snuck inside of it. As we were crawling down the air duct, I could hear all of the animals crying in pain as I also heard bones being cracked and buzzing zappers. I wanted to turn back and hide, but I had to do what was to be done. I shook off my thoughts as we made to the end of the air duct. I opened the vent carefully and jumped down to the floor.

As I looked around, I saw the door saying 'Lab Animal Testing Unit.' I looked at Senkets and then saw that there was a scanner that was authorized to Kraang personnel only. "Damn. We need to find a Kraang head to pass through this rectal scanner.

"Not a problem." Senkets said as he left. After a few seconds, he came back with a Kraang head. "Will this do?"

"Great job." I smiled and used the beheaded Kraang head to be scanned. After it read the head, the light turned green and the door slide open. "Come on." I said as I entered the room.

After we got into the room, it was full of animals of every species! "This is... not good." Senkets said. "They've got a lot of animals here."

"Lions, and tigers, and bears."

"Oh my."

"Nice one." I gave him a smug look that he actually said something from 'The Wizard of Oz'

"We better get these locks open and fast." Senkets took out his kunais and started working on the locks.

I took out a bobby pin and started freeing up the animals. A while later, I opened the last lock to a cute bearded lizard. "Don't worry little one, I'll put you safely in here." I said as I tucked the lizard into my shirt. "That's every last animal in here. Now, ready to pull off the escapade?"

"Ready as I'll ever be."

"Let's do it." I smirked and opened the door, took in a huge breath, and yelled out. "FREEDOM!" I ran out with Senkets and the stampeding herd of animals.

The animals stamp through their way knocking everything and the Kraang that was in their way. As I opened the main door, the animals were let loose onto the streets. Senkets and I climbed up to the roof and witnessed the animals roaming free.

"Well, mission accomplished. Great work babe." Senkets said.

"You too babe." I smiled. I took the lizard out of my shirt and put him on the ground. "See ya little one, you can go back home to your family." I said as the lizard wandered off into the horizon.

"Our work here is done."

"I'll say. Operation: Noah's Ark was a success."

"Let's call it a day." he kisses my cheek.

"Okay." I smiled and started walking home with him, knowing that my partner will always be by my side.
