PIYA'S P.O.V.

As we returned from shopping, I could feel something was off with Sanyu. She was not being her usual happy self. I tried asking her but she did not say anything, but I know there is something, its just just I can't tap on what it is?

No matter how many times I tried talking to her but she avoided me and assigned me work for the party. Should I talk to Maa or Masi or Vardhan Sir? No, not before the party atleast. Maybe its just the stress of party. Nothing should go wrong today, its a complete students' event, which is organised by and for the students, which means there are quite a chances of hell breaking loose.

SANYUKTA'S P.O.V.

Everything was in line for party, nothing could go wrong today. I was taking control for every possible situation that may crop up. A deep sigh escaped my mouth, "only if I could take the full control of my life too. But....." I remember the talk with Bhai earlier.

Flashback

I was very angry at the way Bhai was treating Randhir, Parth, Arush and Arav. After going inside my room I decided to call him but he was not answering my calls. So I texted him, 'We need to talk. Now.' Still there was no reply from him, so I left it on tomorrow.

Next day I was in mall shopping with everyone, but again it was my Mami who had to intervene the happiness. Now that she has seen Randhir I am sure some family drama will come up soon. But I will handle it whenever it shows up, I just couldn't let anyone dab my mood for today. We had done major of our shopping when my cell pinged, 'McD in 2minutes'. I knew it was now or never so I made up some lame excuse and went away. Thank to my luck, they were so busy in their shopping that they did not noticed my excuse. I mean seriously? I said I am gpin to washroom will be back in 30 minutes and all they did was, ok? Whatever I hurried towards McD and saw Him sitting on a table with a meal.

I went towards him and took a sit.

"What do you think you are doing?"

He looked up, both he and me knew that I am here for a serious business and when its business it is clear business.

"What I should do" came his reply.

"You can't just go around haressing them and think that it is your job" I retorted.

"Who says I am haresdung them? I am just checking whether they are apt persons for my sisters. is it not my job as a brother?"

"Look bhai I know all you are doing is looking out for us, and I am really grateful for it. But what you are doing is not checking like brother, it is called ragging. Which i assure you I won't let you do" I banged my hand on table, getting some looks from other people. I immedietly murmured an apology, again looking at Him fir answers.

"You cannot stop me Jhalli. I won't stop untill I assured they are right for you all"

"They make us happy, they look out for us, they care for us, they love us, hell Randhir even copes up with my nature and attitude. What more is needed to prove you they are right???" Anger was getting best of me. How could he not see that they truely love us.

"They are doing what an ordinary boyfriend will do" he said and took a sip of coke. Seriously? I mean I am discussing my life with him and all he is caring is about coke, french fries and burger??

"Bhai you know that I will not allow anyone to enter my life. He is indeed someone who loves me truely and deeply bhai. Please stop what you are doing"

"You believe that he loves you truely?" He asked and I nodded.

"Fine then make me believe the same Sanyu" he said chewing a fry.

"How?"

"Tell him about your past, and if he still sticks around I will believe he loves you truely."

Shock. That was all written on my face. How could he ask for that?

"Listen Sanyukta, you only said he truely loves you, then you must not be afraid to tell him. Moreover you only say that relations are based on trust, and truth is the base of strong trust. Don't you think you are cheating on him by hiding something so major, something which has affected your life to a great extent. Suppose he is with you now but what when your past crops up again?" I looked at him.

"It will be a lie to say that your past won't come back. Because we all know it Will. Then at that time won't it be a blow to him and his love and trust on you. Won't he feel cheated?" I could only listen I did not had any answer. It was something which never caught my attention or was it something which I was avoiding on purpose.

"Tell him the truth, then let him decided what to do. You said he loves you truely, if it is so then he will still be with you, by you, for now and forever. Nothing will drift you guys apart, not even your past. And if he goes away then you will know he was never yours truely."

I was speechless in the end. I took my bag and stood up silently leaving the place.

"You know the sooner, the better" came his voice from behind as I left the place.

FLASHBACK ENDS

It is from then I am thinking about Vardhan Bhai's words. I know what we have is strong, but what if it turns downside ones my past comes up? Not being able to decided anything, I took the hold of my diary and subconciously started penning down my thoughts.

Looking down in mt diary I knew what I had to do now. I picked my cell and opened WhatsApp.

'Need to talk. Urgent. Meet me near pool in college, before the party starts. I will be waiting for you.'
