Chapter  8 recap: Narrators POV

I'm not enough..' Lisanna thought putting the box back in her closet.

'why why can't I ever be enough. I always change myself into the perfect female for those I date. for once god please please let me be enough' Tears streamed down her face as she flung her body onto her bed. The tears comforted her as she soon fell asleep. Her last thoughts were anything but positive.

Chapter 9 | 𝙁*𝙘𝙠 𝙤𝙛𝙛 | : Lucy Heart POV

"WADDYA MEAN??" Levy-chan yelled not understanding the reasoning for my actions.

"I forgave him he said he had a bad past with nerds and that he was sorry, were friends now but don't worry I don't trust him" I explained calmly hoping to calm the nerves of my currently hot headed midget bestfriend

"I wouldn't either for all we know he's going to use this so called friendship against you!!" She puffed her cheeks out, I could sense she was honestly worried about me. On the inside my heart melted at how caring she was for me.

I simply nodded my head signaling I agreed with her. My thoughts eating away at me a current battle.
'Is this okay? To be his friend? What if I regret? Should I take back my friendship or should I wait for the outcome?' I was eating away at myself, I knew it wasn't okay and that I needed to shift my focus elsewhere.

"Lu-chan be careful around him alright? I just don't want you getting hurt" I could see the tears form in Levy's eyes as she spoke this. Worry was held in her brown eyes deeply.

I smiled softly hugging the petite girl "Thank you"
Our focus was completely on each other we forgot that we started this conversation in the middle of the hallway. Students peered at us with their gossip filled eyes. I let go of my dear friend at the same moment the first period bell rang. Saved by the bell isn't just a saying....
I took one last look at my bestfriend, we laughed together for a short while before collecting ourselves and walking towards class. Starting up a new topic about books and such.

Upon our arrival not even a foot through the door the students had already begun their gossips, laughs and torments towards us. I felt angry at the fact they started targeting my friend just for being in my presence.

The looks weren't the hurtful part.
Their words were like daggers repeatedly stabbing me in already wounded areas.

"Look at Ms.Nerd"

"She thinks just because she got a friend she's so cool"

"She's ugly even rats off the street look better then her"

"Didn't she see the no animals allowed in school sign she's not wanted"

As my so called peers laughed and got a kick out of my what they thought was misery the Queen Bee herself entered the class.

"Ne? Cow who allowed you in our classroom I think you got the wrong place the farms are that way" Lisanna laughed  at her own pathetic joke pointing into a random direction that probably didn't even have a farm in that area.

"Well actually it's that way, and if they allow you a gorilla here why won't they allow me?" I pointed to the direction of the nearest farm I knew for a fact was there.

'You've out done yourself this time heartfilia! Outta girl'

I could see the steam come off her head, Lisaana looked like one of those cherry flavored blow pops at this point.

Not being able to hold back my victory smirk I look towards Levy who gave me a thumbs up. I mentally cheered as we walked to out seats.

I rather be a nerd then a dumb girl who's going no where in life but bullying people just by the way they dressed.

I wrote in the back of my notebook.

'I hope one day that girl really learns to fuck off. I thought the only person she dick rode was her so called boyfriend but apparently she dick rides me too.'

I mentally smirked at the thought the Queen of my school is my biggest fan without realizing it.
