Caleb POV

"Hey sabryna" I said shouting loud so she could hear me over the people in the lunch room. "Hey Caleb what's up? And why are you shouting so early in the morning" she asked with a puzzled look on her face". "Oh well I didn't think you'd be able to hear me over all the noise"." Well I can hear you just fine Caleb" she said giggling." My hearing is more keen and sensitive than anyone else's remember"? "Oh yea haha I forgot that is true." Well anyways sabryna, what are we doing after school today?" I asked excitedly. Hoping she would say hunting the one thing I loved to do more than eat." Well I wanted to go the mall so I could get some new clothes and shoes." After that we can go hunting if you want." she said just as excitedly. But I know it was more towards the clothes this time than hunting."sure that sounds good to me." After school me and sabryna meet up at my car and drove to the mall. When we got there it was extremely crowded I couldn't believe how many girls were there just to buy clothes. We headed into a women's clothing store to look for sabryna some clothes first. "hey Caleb are you sure you don't wanna just split up and meet back up in the food court. Cause you know you don't have to come in here with me if you don't want to." No it's alright I don't mind hell we do just about everything else together might as well do this." Even though truthfully I wanted nothing more than to leave here and go hunting. As we headed out the mall after finishing up shopping I suddenly smelled it. The scent of another wolf and a pack less one at that. "Caleb you smell him too don't you the wolf?"Asked sabryna. So typical of her just as I was about to ask she beat me to it ha. "Yea I do and he smells like he's hurt lets go check it out." I told her just as I threw the ten bags of clothes in the trunk of my car. She nodded and we took off towards the direction the smell was coming from. We sprinted through the woods and the scent steadily grew stronger and stronger. Just as I was about to call to sabryna I was suddenly tackled to the ground by a large wolf. "Caleb" screamed sabryna as We rolled on the ground till we hit a tree. As I tried to get back up the large wolf jumped on top of me snarling in my face. He had my arms pinned as well as my legs so I couldn't move. "Get off of him" screamed sabryna as she tackled to wolf to the ground before jumping up and running to me. "Are you okay Caleb, are you hurt?" She asked in a panicked tone. "No I'm alright he just knocked the wind out of me." I told her and she seemed to calm down a little. Now back to the big wolf that just tackled me. "Hey buddy what's your deal we're just trying to help you." I yelled out to the injured wolf still on the ground. Sabryna may be a little small but she packs a mean punch alright. I learned that the hard way. The wolf whined and licked at his injury before howling at us. He wanted one of us to change so he could communicate better with us. After exchanging glances at each other we both nodded at each other and decided that it'd be better if we both changed. Sabryna quickly went behind and tree and striped before shifting. I didn't care about being seen naked so I stripped and shifted just as sabryna came back over. When we looked into the wolfs eyes and read his mind what we saw both shocked and angered us at what we saw.
