Annabeth

So, basically, my newest co-worker is a pig. He doesn't even wait to know my name before he shamelessly flirts with me.

"Do you come here often, sweetheart?" Percy says, giving me his infamous smirk. Argh he's already so upsetting, and I barely know him.

"First of all, don't call me sweetheart. My name is Annabeth, maybe even Ms. Chase to you, assface. Second of all, I have a boyfriend, his name is Luke Castallean, maybe you've heard of him?" I rage, my grey eyes filling up with clouds.

"Oh, I'm taken too. Brooklyn Graves, she's a reporter for channel seven?"

"Oh my gods, you are such a pig. Our relationship is purely professional from this day forward, got it?"

"Okay, okay, I got it, eh?" Percy says, obviously not meaning it.

"Ugh, you know, this is why I hate the movie business! Every guy is so unprofessional and idiotic. I mean for gods sake you have a girlfriend!!" I say, batting his hand away from my arm.

"I'd barely call Brooklyn my girlfriend, but I get your point. Your boyfriend is very talented, by the way." Percy says, suddenly becoming sweet and caring, which I would've thought impossible had I not been standing right next to him.

"Yeah, he is. Unlike certain people that just get fame because of their looks." I say, trying to play it off like I was just talking about anyone.

"Damn, there was no reason to get all backhanded on me. Look, why don't we go on a double date sometime? It'll be nice, and completely professional." Percy says, putting his hands up like he's surrendering to me.

One of the assistant directors enters the room, and we both close our mouths as she introduces herself.

"Hey guys! I'm Piper McLean and I am one of the assistant directors of our film, Lover Boy! Now I know you have been wondering about the plot and script... Well we have the finished product today!" The woman says, smiling and practically fangirling about the finished script. 

I smile back at her, "Yay! I can't wait to see what kind of character Marcy is!" 

"I'm sure Parker is a cool guy, right? Like not like a nerd or anything right?" Percy asks, being the shallow 'I peaked in high school' stereotype jock that I pinned him for right away. Jackass. 

"Um, actually, Parker and Marcy meet through some surprising circumstances. Marcy finds out that she has some super powers, and Parker is like her best friend. Honestly, I can't explain it quite right, but Marcy totally reminds me of Pandora by the way." Piper says, looking over at me and smiling again. I blush thinking about the fact that she saw me in that series. I think Piper is my type of girl, honestly. 

"Anyway, today we'll probably do a read through of the script with the directors, and the rest of the cast should be here really soon!" Piper continues then walking off and still kind of rambling to herself. 

"Hey, you're Annabeth Chase right?" A girl with bright red hair asks me, coming up to me kind of timidly. 

"That's me." I laugh, feeling awkward. I never know what to do when people recognize me, I mean I'm just a normal girl, I fangirl over people as well. 

"I'm Rachel Dare, I'm the makeup artist! Well, I actually think I work with you mostly... Yeah, I don't know what to say, but I am a huge fan. I saw you in Newsies on Broadway like two years ago?" The girl says, her huge curly hair bouncing all over the place as she talks. 

"Really? That's so cool, I loved playing Katherine."

Once the rest of the cast gets here we all sit in a circle in some really comfortable chairs. Unfortunately I have to sit next to Percy so I have to deal with his obnoxious scent. 

We all get handed a giant script, with the title Lover Boy printed on the front. I have to pretend to be in love with the piece of shit that is Percy Jackson. 

Gabi (whoops i include myself in most of my stories) who is playing my best friend, Hayden, sits on my other side, and she seems nice enough. 

 Then I read the description of the movie. Oh fuck no...
