CRUEL SUMMER

On one fine day,
I was on vacation.
Away from my messy life,
a doth reign of
saturn.

A relaxing summer was all I pined for.
Until I came across a boy,
like a wrapped gift in store.

Time stopped in a sudden and everything froze around me.
I was a beautiful angel right before my enchanted eyes.

Like one in a million, sparks
inside of my heart began to fly.
I don't know what you did for you made me felt cloud nine.

We just stared at each other, letting thousands of emotions burn.
Your so called harmless,
flirting gave me a reason.

A reason to smile in silence
and laugh in darkness.
Warm heart of yours captured
my own cold one's.

For once I lost in the battle,
like a moon loses to the sun.

Your sunshine gave warmth in my cloudy world, as the light filled up my void soul.

This is the start of our story, a fresh chapter for you and me.

We exchanged sweet smiles and stares, a bliss of you was left on my honey lips.

Whenever I go, I still think about your name. Every night I couldn't get you out of my head.

Looking at the sparks of love,
the delicate story of ours.
I let myself get lost,
in the moment of bliss.

Don't you know you're
my pill of euphoria?
Everyday I felt safe by
your arms of nostalgia.

Commotions of emotions within us,
like fishes in the ocean.
The depth of the integrity,
for my own sanity.
I loved you like no one else.

I would do everything just to you make mine, and to finally be with you until the of time.

I wanted you to be in my poetry like a
rhyme, there we always have a chapter.

Maybe, this isn't the end of us.
Maybe, there is a future together of us.
Summer love cannot be this cruel.
Winter is approaching, let us be real.

Though time wasn't our side,
as they took you from me.
My tears flowed down
along with our future and dreams.

I wished to have your love until the other day, but darling you are so far away..
