I woke up in the first snow of the year. It betrayed me quietly with no sunlight.

I missed your warmth around my arms and waking up early together in the morning by duirnal alarms.

Your soft smile always put a glow inside of my heart, without you by my side, I was torn apart.

I longed for your honey lips, the taste of your kiss that made me felt a heavenly bliss.

It made me insane by your absence, look what you did to me, I was a dishevelled mess!

Funny, fate played a foolish trick on us and how our universe alternated from each other.

My chest got colder by this pain, when I knew you had a new lover.

That moment, you are no longer mine as you left me in the cave of sadness, feeling broken and alone because of you.

Time had passed me by, it's been days since I stepped outside the world.

Your love is which I was bound and the edge of silence held me captived.

Everyday I was the damsel in distress and years of loneliness had stuck my life in solidarity.
