"How are you so gorgeous baby?" The guy asked totally whipped by her outfit once again, the guy was none other than Kim Taehyung, today they were meeting his mother Kim Jin-Joo.

Taehyung was always nice towards his parents, they were important to him and he loved them very much so he wanted to make sure he tells them about his beloved girlfriend who was looking like a billion-dollar in a simple outfit.

At this point, he was wondering how a girl can be so beautiful but humble at the same time? Like her glasses which never leave her eyes and her bare face which he has never seen with any type of makeup.

"Stop being cheesy and let's go," she said interlocking their hands together. 

"Will she like me?" Hana asked nervously when they reached their mansion.

The mansion was pretty big but Hana didn't get surprised, she was used to seeing these big mansions since her own mother was one of the five billionaires in the world.

Although something was different about this one as if it was screaming danger and the air was chilly, it sure had a homey vibe but at the same time her soul was a bit scared but she decided to push those negative thoughts aside.

"Of course she will honey!" Taehyung replied slightly chuckling to himself after seeing her nervous state.

"So how long you guys have been dating?" Jin-Joo asked eyeing the girl up and down, sure she liked her but she wanted to make sure she was the right choice for Taehyung.

They were now having dinner after having a small talk in the garden.

"4 months, Mumma" Taehyung said happily grinning.

He knew what his mom was doing, but it was really fun seeing Hana so nervous in front of her so he decided not to speak.

"So Hana how old are you?"

"19 this year Mrs.Kim" Hana replied with a polite smile on her face.

"You must be in university right?" 

"Yes, I am studying Law," Hana told her and the color of Jin-hee's face drained out.

Her son was the Mafia King who people feared and obeyed but here is this girl who is innocent and determined to bring justice.

All this time she was testing Hana as if she is not good enough to be his girlfriend but what she came to know is that she is too good to be his girlfriend.

Jin-Joo saw herself in that girl, the same innocence and kindness, but she was scared if Taehyung becomes like his father, how her own husband destroyed her home, killed her parents, and forced her into this marriage. 

It was true she was never happy with this marriage and Taehyung was the only reason she was living her life right now, but that doesn't mean she will let her son do what his father did, she won't let her son turn out like him.

"So what are your plans after university?" his mother questioned Hana.

"I will be continuing my family business" Hana replied with a slight proud tone.

It was always her dream to continue her family business which was made by her father's hard work, her mother continued after her dad passed away in a car accident.

Soon Y/N bids farewell and even though Taehyung wanted her to do a stay she had to study the case since the investigating will start soon.

"Taehyung, you cant date her." his mother stated.

"Why is that Jin-Joo?" another deep voice said startling her.

Kim Dam-Yeong, her ruiner, her biggest nightmare, and her husband.

The one who made her the way she is now, who broke her wings and stripped her freedom.

He says he loves her but she knows its an obsession, she promised herself that the moment her son is old enough to take care of himself she will give up on this thing but now that she sees her own son going in the same direction as her father, she can't help but want to help that innocent girl.

"Because she is studying to be a lawyer and you are a mafia, if she knows she could blow you up," she said.

"Do you think a little girl can blow up my son?" Dam-Yeong questioned.

"She is the daughter of Lee Hyun-Seok and Lee Ji-Hyeon."

Dam-Yeong was taken aback by that, the daughter of the two biggest lawyers in the continent, the girl is no joke at all.

"I won't break up with her." Taehyung who was listening to both of them stated with a cold look.

"She is an innocent girl Taehyung, you will break her," Jin-Joo said looking at her son with a pleading gaze.

"I won't, nothing will happen to my Hana," he spoke while rushing into his room.

Deep down, he knew that one day when Hana finds out about his job she will leave him without a second thought, she hates violence and things that don't go by the law but he was too far in love with her and if she leaves then without a second thought he would paint the roads of Korea red.

Hana entered the house with a tint of suspiciousness in her mind, she has been noticing things a lot nowadays.

Taehyung told her that he is CEO of his family company but it's hard to believe with the way he acts gets so many weird phone calls when they are together, his friends act extremely suspicious.

Shrugging off the thoughts once again she went towards her room, she was in no mood for doing anything on the case or related to it since she can't find anything related to it, so she just changed and slipped in the bed not before texting Taehyung who was feeling anxious at the thought of her leaving.
