Possibly a Backstory:
He was a pure teenager boy who suddenly likes to be with boys a lot but sometimes be shy with girls.
He suddenly notice that his parents are Aliens and just like one of the Predator movies that he really liked the most as a kid but he was not a alien too after he was born.
