In the morning after Aarthi AP and DP went to the Temple and then to an orphanage and had breakfast with all the members there. It became their routine on all the family celebrations since Sanskar left them as this is the orphanage they started donating by the insistence of him.

In the evening, all family members are there welcoming the guests, one by one everyone arrived. It is not a lavish party, only few guests, one they considered as their family and coz they are celebrating for the sake of their grandchildrens happiness. As all guests arrived they started with cake cutting ( beautiful chocolate cake with happy 40th anniversary Grand Ma and Pa written in it) followed by sweet dance performance by their grandchildren and then dinner. Every guest leaved after that and all family members dispersed to their own room.

AP: towards DP, why you hate sanskar this much ji. He always did what you wanted, even studied what you told him. You know that he liked to become a fashion designer but you wanted him to study business. Only mistake he done in his life is married that girl of his choice. Twelve long years passed, why can't you forgive him and bring him to me? Am begging ji please bring him to me, I don't want anything else. I want to hold him, feel him, his love. He might have kids ji, I wanted to see them before my death. ( DP stared and called Annapurna loudly holding an unconscious Annapurna)

DP: terrified, called annu annu , then called everyone.

They take her to hospital, duty doctor called her assigned doctor and did immediate medication. All this while laksh is sending draggers towards DP giving a look as" you are the root cause of her this condition, I will find my brother and will bring him, it's my promise to my mother. I tried always to find him but couldn't, now I will bring him before another celebration in the house,it's my promise to myself".

Mean while doctor arrived and checked AP

Doc: I informed you before itself that her condition is becoming worst and to keep her happy and avoid tension, it's not good for her heart. Now am strongly recommend that take her to London the earliest, I will make contact with the doctor. She is Indian, caring, lovely and the most important one of the best doctor. She already knows about AP as sometimes ask her opinion. If you confirm about going, I will check with her and inform you the details. Is it okay.

DP, Lak, Ad: okay doctor, you talk with her and arrange appointment we are ready to go there according to the appointment.

In London

San: during Aarthi, wishes his parents "happy wedding anniversary Maa and Papa" . kaanah ji keep my family safe and happy. Wish if I could be there, but don't know if you accept me or not. On my very next visit to India, I will come to home to see you all directly. My friends used to inform me about all of you, today there is party at home, kaash mein wahaan hote. I misses you all, on each and every moment of my life.

Rag: today is Ma and Papa's wedding anniversary, sanskar is missing them like hell but he will not show it, I can feel it. Hey kaanah ji I don't know whether I should be happy that fate give him as my soulmate or feel guilty that coz of me he got separated from his family. Please am requesting you to make them unite that too soon. I want my sansku to smile fully.

At night sanskar is walking in the room with out sleeping, ragini who came from washroom asked him what happened placing hands on his shoulder, feeling his restless.
