Minho POV: (the entire chapter<3)

"Okay, i think you should check on them. Don't worry, i wont pry. You can go help them about... whatever the situation is."

As Jeongin left, I sank back into the couch, confusion swirling in my mind. Why were they crying? They probably fought, but I couldn't imagine Seungmin—a grown man who was always feisty—shedding tears over an argument. Should I be concerned? Did this become my problem too? I had only just met them, so maybe I shouldn't involve myself.

Yeah, I shouldn't pry.

After what felt like an eternity, the trio emerged from the back room. Their faces were still slightly red from crying, but they wore small smiles. I figured they must have had a heart-to-heart and resolved whatever had happened.

Trying to keep things light, I smiled at them and asked, "Hey, everything alright?"

"Sorry we left you," Hana said with an awkward chuckle.

"No, no... It's whatever. I'm just glad everything's okay between you guys. Now, come on, those drinks have been sitting out for ages. I would've started without you, but I decided to be decent." I flashed a genuine smile.

"Decent, my ass," Seungmin shot back, laughing.
"You should've started without us."

"And risk making you whine again? yeah I'll pass"
I said teasing him

"Oh, this hyung is catching up on the teasing!"
Jeongin said to Hana as he plopped down next to me.

"I'm not even mad; good one,"
Seungmin replied, smiling at me.

"Well, whatever it was, let's try to forget it, okay?"

"Sir, yes sir!" Jeongin said, saluting dramatically as he reached for the bag of drinks.

Seungmin and Hana settled onto the other couch, while I got comfortable with Jeongin. He pulled out four cans of beer and three bottles of soju, and we each grabbed one.

"Should we make a toast?" Jeongin suggested.

"Yeah, we should! It's our first time drinking together," Hana chimed in, raising her can.

"What happened to toasts being cringe?"
Seungmin asked, smirking as he popped open his drink.

"They are cringe. I'm making an exception. You heard that, Minho?" Hana shot back.

"Yep, got it. Jeongin, come on, give us a toast," I urged.

"HUH? I mean, I don't know... Maybe cheers to a new friendship?"
Jeongin stammered, flustered.

"Cheers to a new friendship It is"
Everyone said, clinking their cans together. 

"Cheers to a new friendship it is!" we all said, clinking our cans together.

"You know, I expected a more creative toast from you, Jeongin," Seungmin joked.

"Hey, cut me some slack! You guys put me on the spot!" Jeongin protested, earning more laughter from us."

Hey Seungmin and you too Jeongin, what do you both do? Are you both also studying or-"

I said as i lazily nudged Jeongin's arm who had cuddled up against me and was definitely not sober anymore, just a little tipsy though.

"We work- as vocal trainers."
Seungmin answered before either of the other two could say anything.

"We do gigs too, we have a few song credits under our name"
Jeongin said lazily, still in the same position as my hand went to his head through it.

"So you guys are in the music industry?"
I said as i took a sip of my beer which emptied the can, and crushed it, getting rid of it in a plastic bag.

"Bingo."
Seungmin said with a small, kind of drunk laugh.

"You talk like an old man, what the fuck is Bingo?"

"Shut up, leave me alone"

"Where do you work?"
I asked curiously

"You haven't heard of us? Aww man"
Jeongin said pouting, yup, he was definitely drunk now.

"We work at JYPE, and makes sense that you haven't heard of us, because we only write songs in case we're asked to, and only occasionally conduct an opening at an award show when invited, or else our main thing is vocal training for the trainees."
Seungmin explained, his words slurred but still understandable.

"Seungmin has sang OST's for a few dramas too"
Hana added.

"Wait, hold up. JYPE?"

"Yeah, why?"
Jeongin asked.

"All my friends, they work there. They're also in the music industry."

"Who? what do they do?"

"Well there's 5 of them, umm three of them are producers but they have a few albums of their own and then the other two, they're dancers."

"The only producers in our company who have an album under their name is-"

"3RACHA?"
We three said in unison

"Yeah, yeah like Bangchan, Changbin and Han Jisung  and the dancers-"

"Don't tell me- Is it Hyunjin and Felix?"
Seungmin and Jeongin said as they sat upright again

"So you do know them?"

"Uh know them? Bro we spend most of our time with them, we're super close to hyunjin and Felix, but 3racha is super busy sometimes, so we don't get to meet them often."
Jeongin said, his voice full of excitement

"How come they've never mentioned you? How do you even know them?"
Seungmin asked

"Well Chan and I went to the same high school, but he was in the year above me, and then Changbin came around the same time and as for Jisung, I've know him since middle school, and he made new friends when I'd be away be away for tournaments and stuff like that, so that's how i know Hyunjin and Felix. I'm super close to all of them, because we've spent so much time. together. They haven't mentioned you two either, and that's weird."

"Jeongin, you remember when we asked Hyunjin and Felix if they were free, but they said they had someone coming over?"

"Yeah, last week wasn't it? And we wondered who it could be, because the other three were busy."

"Oh that's me, i stayed over at their place."

"Yeah, It all makes sense now."
Seungmin said

Jeongin took out his phone, facetiming Hyunjin.

"Oh Hyunjin hyung, what are you doing?"

"Nothing, just laying on the couch. Why?"

He turned the camera to me and waited for hyunjin to respond,

"Oh hi Minho hyung"
He said, not a single expression of surprise or confusion on his face, not finding anything weird in the slightest.

"Are you acting dumb or are you dumb?"
I called him out for his stupidity

"Wait- Hyung. I'm so confused?"

Jeongin pulls himself up to fit in the frame

"Minho, what are you doing with Jeongin? How do you even know him?"

"We're friends now, And also, he's Hana's roommate that's how we met him."
Jeongin told him

"How could you not introduce me to them? They seem to know the other five of you"
I said, my words a little slurred.

"Well none of us thought that far"
He said, rolling his eyes.

"Am i the only one who wanted all of to be friends?"
I asked, scoffing at him

"There he goes again, guilt-tripping us."

"Stop being dramatic, that's Hyunjin's thing"
Seungmin said before he grabbed the phone from Jeongin, which caused him to let out a small whine, but he was too lazy to get up and actually do something about it, so he leaned back onto me.

"Are you guys drinking?"

"Yeah, we're having a sleepover at Hana's and Minho's"

He said as he turned the phone to her, and she awkwardly waved to him.

"Right, they're roommates now, what a small world."

"Right?"

"Aye, Seungmin, we should all meet, we all know each other anyways."

"Ill talk about it with them later, also, where's Felix?"

"Oh yes, where's Felix?"
Hana said perking up suddenly.

Hyunjin turned the camera to a sleeping Felix who was on the couch

"He fell asleep on the couch while watching TV, week's been hard you know?"
I heard him say

"Aww, he looks tired"
I said cooing Felix, but almost regretting it.

"You're sweet when it comes to Felix, but when it's me, you're always trying to stuff tissue in my mouth" 
Hyunjin said pouting, turning the camera back at himself

"You almost deserve it."
I said. But i loved them, i loved all my friends, but where's the fun in teasing them every now and then?

From what i was hearing, Hana knew them quite well, if I'm not wrong.
 I looked over to Hana, who had now sat upright, fidgeting with an empty can, but eventually crushing and discarding it. 

I wanted to grab another can so i did, pulling out two, so i could hand her one.

"Oh no no, I'm done drinking"
She said refusing.

"Why? you only had like two cans?"
I said, popping the tab off of mine. I wasn't too drunk, i could handle my alcohol quite well.

"She doesn't like drinking much."
Jeongin said, taking the can out of my hand for himself.

"Yeah, i don't like drinking a lot, the hangover in the morning is just not worth it. Also that reminds me, Jeongin, you should stop drinking, you're not gonna wake up feeling good otherwise"
Hana said,  stopping him before he pulled the tab.

Jeongin looked up to me, trying to negotiate with that cute, flushed face of his, which reminded me Hana was right because I almost gave in.

"Hey Hey don't give me that look, what she said is right"

Jeongin gave up and grabbed a few rice snacks from the table.

"So Hana, you know them too?"

"Yeah, i mean just through Seung and Innie, i don't know them well, maybe Felix but we don't talk much, only when Seungmin and Jeongin drag me out to meet them"

"Oh I see, so you've met them in person"

"Yeah, more than a couple times."

"You see, Hana is a bit Anti-Social. She doesn't like making new friends."
Jeongin said, and Seungmin said bye to Hyunjin and hung up on him.

"Hey, that's not true. I just don't like approaching new people, i like keeping to myself."
She said, hitting his leg

"Same shit Hana, and they're not new, you know them."
Seungmin said, as he nudged Hana who'd leaned back to Seungmin

"Whatever, it's almost 7, help clean this place up"
She said, checking the wall clock and getting up again

"Smooth try changing the topic Hana."
I said, noticing how she turned to a new topic.

"Oh my god, another Seungmin. God send help, please."

"Isn't she so much like hyunjin? Dramatic AF"
I said, sensing a similar personality.

"Right?? She can be just as stubborn too."
Jeongin said, side eyeing her to which Hana just rolled her eyes.

All four of us eventually got up, cleared all the cans, empty glass bottles and food waste dumping it in a big trash bag.

"Seungmin get the trash out, please."

"No, it's your place why should I?"

"Please-Why do i even try?"

"Jeongin sweetheart, please-"

"Don't even look at me bro, I'm out"

"I even said please. Three times, at that."

"Okay Sabrina Carpenter, I hear you, ill get it out."
I said, laughing at the three

"Oh you will? Thanks, Hyung"
Jeongin said happily.

"Sabrina Carpenter- I can't"
Seungmin said laughing

"Haha, very funny Minho, but yes, Thank you."
