It was a normal day in my home town. I was quite bored and I have been since its summer break and my  friends are mostly on vacations. I am a graduated senior this year and I am very proud. Me and my friend, Adam, are going to go to the same collage. So at least he is still there.

              Adam and I have known each other since first grade. We met when he was playing tag with his popular friends. He didn't know I wasn't playing, since I was the quietest girl in the school and tagged me. I looked at him funny thinking about what he had done, then I had realised I was.staring at him and blushing uncontrollably. His face was a small shade of pink. I ended up tagging him back and I got a kiss on my cheek. Yes, first grade.

Adam walked into the apartment I was staying in for the next few weeks. I looked at him. "Is everything okay?' I demanded to know what was wrong with him right then! "No, Jenna and I broke up... I found her with another man covering her in my own bed.." I looked at him with a great deal of pain. " I am so sorry Adam. " I would have started crying. I knew how close they were to each other. Jenna was closer to him than I was! " Can I room with you? " He had no hesitation before asking. I knew my answer. But instead of talking, I simply nodded. "My stuff is downstairs. I had a feeling you would say yes.." He smiled with that crazy and goofy smile on his. I felt  my face slowly heat up. What the hell? What's up with my face?! He looked at me funny "You okay over there? Your face is kind of red.. Are you sick?!" He was surprised to see that reaction. And honestly, I was too. I had no clue as to what was going on. I decided to change the subject. "You should bring your things up here. " I was happy to change that subject. "Your right, as usual" That's when I noticed his face was getting red too. Did I give him a virus or something?! He then ran off. Not even bothering to close the door. I went into my bedroom and sat back down on my bed where I originally was before he walked in. I began watching YouTube again. I started laughing pretty hard, I had forgot the door was open. Adam walks in. "Boo!!" He says. " DAMNIT ADAM!! " I screamed. I am pretty sure my neighbors heard me. Adam came in with several boxes and set them down in my bedroom floor. He is incredibly muscular I thought to myself. Quickly regretting my thoughts. I guess I was staring at him again. He walked over to me and hugged me. Just his touch makes me feel amazing. Oh the butterflies! "WHAT THE HELL AM I THINKING!!!"  I accidentally said that aloud... My eyes went wide. "Kaytlin, are you sure you're okay?" He asked me. I wanted to say no. I wanted to explain every emotion I was feeling to him. I wanted to hug him and never let him go. What the hell is going on with me!! I looked at him. "NO!! I'M NOT OKAY!" I growled. I didn't mean to yell. He let go of me. He looked into my eyes. " Explain, now. I want every single detail. " He shot up like a  bullet and shut the door. He locked it. He scooted me over on the other side of the bed and made me face him. He saw I was crying. Hell, I didn't even know I was crying until he said something! "Kaytlin. I want answers. And I want them right now!" He had a mad look on his face. He looked pissed. " I don't know how to explain it. " He looked at me. He lifted my chin. Our faces were extremely close together. "Adam, what are you -" I was cut off. Then I realized what was happening. Adam is kissing me?!!?! My heart started pounding right out of my chest!! I could feel the bu-dum  up my throat! "Kaytlin, will you tell me now?" He wasn't smiling, but his eyes were hiding something from me. His eyes sparkled the way they did in first grade. Does he like me? " Yes. " I slowly accepted defeat. My head fell and before I knew it I was looking at the floor. " I don't exactly know what's wrong with me.. " I said. " I can't explain why my face is red. All I know, is I missed you Adam. " He smirked at me. " I think I know what's going on. " He smiled at me with that cocky smile of his. " You like me, don't you? ".
