"so are you guys gonna start trying for a baby ?" liv asked.

"idk i been holding off cus im only 23. and im scared that if i do get pregnant they'll to me what lv did to de" i explained.

"okay but LA would not be dumb enough to get rid of they #1 pick" liv said.

"i would hope" she added making me giggle.

"yeah i would hope too. cus paige really wanna have a baby & i don't wanna take that from her" i said.

"so then why don't she have the baby ?" she asked making me look at her and we both starting laughing.

"yeah okay nvm i heard it when i said it" she said in between laughs.

"but you and paige are married.. i mean they cant necessarily be mad that you having a kid with your wife. and even if yall wasn't married it's yo vagina why they care what you do it with for 9 months" liv said making me laugh.

"idk but this is stressing me out lol" i said sighing.

"girl don't you got all the time in the world. and both of yall are pro basketball players so i think yall should take the time to achieve what yall want and then start thinking about kids" liv said.

"yeah! how are you and azzi ?" i asked.

"we're good. she makes me so happy even her 30 different personalities" she joked making me giggle.

"lol she really do have big mood changes tho" i said.

"you wanna go get a coffee ?" i asked liv and she nodded grabbing her phone. we walked to my car and i noticed my tire was flat.

"you have got to be kidding me. bffr bro" i said huffing. i aggressively slammed my phone down on top of my car and went to the trunk.

"wyd ? let's just take my car boo and we can call someone to come fix it" liv said.

"im finna change this dumba** tire" i said.

"flau you know how to change a tire ?" she asked confused and i nodded. i pulled out the spare tire from the back and changed it.

liv looked all focused and fascinated and she started recording making me giggle. after changing my tire i went inside to change my white shirt and wash my hands and stuff.

"you just did that ?" liv said still in shock.

"yall my girl just changed her own tire! aye if you need yours change get at flau. as soon as mine get flat im calling you" she said making me giggle.

"i got you bookie" i said into her camera.

"now let's talk about it.. why tf do you know how to change a tire ??" she asked getting into the passenger seat.

"okay so my sophomore year of college i was in a deep depression and everyone suggested i do sum that would take my mind of everything"

"so one day i saw one of my old friends changing his tire and i asked him to teach me and it was so fun idk why. i enjoyed doing it so i learned how to change it on my own after about 2 weeks" i explained.

"aww i love that for you.. are you okay tho ? cus like you seem happy but you never know what someone is going through and you never know what they hiding behind a smile" she asked making me smile at her and then look back at the road.

"yes, it was jordan.. he was the problem but i am much better now. thank you for checking livvvy" i said.

"ofc cus i would rather listen to yo problems then come home to see some sh** ion wanna see" she said making me laugh.

"aye now i might have been sad but i have never thought about offing myself" i said.

"well good" she said making me laugh.

"so i've been thinking about this whole kid situation" flau said making me nod at her for her to keep going.

"and like we're gonna be married a year in 4 months so i wanna go ahead and have this conversation" she said.

"okay im listening" i said.

"so yk how originally we agreed to start the process after about a year ?" she asked.

"yeah mama" i said.

"well um.. how do i say this" she said to herself.

"lol just say it baby. yk you can talk to me about any and everything" i said with a smile.

"im only 23 & you're 24. i kind of wanna achieve all my goals before having our first kid i just need a little bit more time" she said.

"and you do realize the process isn't as easy as it is regularly right ?" i asked.

"yes, ik that but i've only had my rookie szn in the w & i wanna have more time. we're so young we have so much time love" she said.

"so how much time ?" i asked.

"i really don't know" she said.

"so you're telling me.. you wanna wait until you achieve all your goals which could take 5 years ?? AND after that you wanna start the process which could be a year worth work ?" i asked.

"baby.. im literally 23 years old and you want me to pop out a baby by the next 9 months ?" she asked .

"you had no problem with it when we first agreed to it ?? you had no problem saying "i do" a year after we got engaged" i said.

"okay but that's different bae. we're talking about a baby like a actual human being" she said.

"okay ma. wtv you want" i said. atp i did not wanna argue with her and i refused to so i just let her have it.

"okay but you gotta act like that ?" she asked.

"like what ?? i said okay" i said to her.

"yeah but you wanna get upset at me cus i want more time for my basketball career" she said.

"because you want more time for your career but what happens when it's been 5 years and you don't even want kids anymore" i said.

"paige that's not gonna happen. if you wanna have a baby so bad how about you have it" she asked.

"because why would i have it if you ain't ready for it ?? that doesn't make sense but okay we can wait as long as you f*cking want" i said.

"are you being fr right now ?? no way you're actually coming at me like that" she said.

"like what ?? i agreed to do what you want just like i always do" i said.

"but the way you reacting to it it's not fair at all paige".

"and you think ts is fair to me ??? you think me waiting on you to win a ring & achieve your other goals is fair ?? i was willing to miss some of my career if that meant having a baby with the person i love most" i said.

"but it's only gone be a year tho baby that's what im saying. we have so much time" she said.

"yeah. i respect what you want and as your wife i wanna make you happy at all times. and i hope that you achieve all your goals and im still forever cheering you own mama" i said.

"thank you love. i promise it's gonna come paige" she said.

"yeah ik" i said.

"hey we're having a team bonding at teaira's tonight you coming ?" arike asked sticking her head in the door.

"yeah imma be there do she need me to bring anything ?" i asked.

"they have all the food but she do need some plastic cups" she said.

"bet i got some in the cabinet" i said and she nodded before leaving. i looked at my watch and decided to hop in the shower.

"the team is having a team bonding tonight so imma hop in the shower" i told flaujae.

"okay i hope you have fun, be safe, and text me when you get there" she said.

"i will" i said.

"paige.. i love you" she said staring at me.

"i love you too" i said. we said our goodbyes and hung up. i threw my phone down on my bed and grabbed some clean clothes.

honestly i am upset about her pushing the time back for us to start the process cus it's already long enough but im all about making her happy.

and since she's the one that's gonna be carrying i respect what she want and imma make sure she get what she want no matter what.
