"yeah well she's really taking this whole diet thing seriously and its starting to worry me cus even if she's on a healthy diet she shouldn't be drying up like that" liv said.

"have you tried to talk to her ??" i asked.

"yes and coach even gave the team a little pep talk on how to take care of our bodies when dieting and what's the safest ways" she told me.

"does she know about hannah's diet ?"

"no but kate asked her about what's the safest routine to stick too and she gave the whole team a little pep talk just in case" liv said.

"well maybe you should tell her.. cus the only thing i can think of is she's starving herself and that's definitely not safe" i said.

"yeah but she would be so p*ssed if i told coach" she replied.

"ofc but which ones more important ?? her health or keeping that secret ?" i asked and she nodded.

"hey you wanna go get ice cream ??" liv asked her.

"i can't, im on a diet but i would love to come with you" she said.

we talked a little more and liv and i decided we would just keep in contact about this and im definitely keeping in contact with hannah.
