A scaly beast
A song among the screaming voices of people who escaped from a burning fire. A flock of birds flying in terror. An elf prince sitting on a white horse. He listens, looks. But find nothing. The song gets stronger. Soon a shadow appears further ahead. A painful growl comes from this beast's mouth. A snow-white dragon lies at the bottom of the forest, in a bed of leaves and flowers. Blood covers one of her eyes, her mouth is closed in pain. The eyes are also closed. But there! A movement in the otherwise quiet room. "What-what are you doing here, Elfling. This forest is full of fire, death and without harm, you trample it. You ride a beautiful beast. May your father make his harp singers play happily in the fall of the dragon. Drag, drag home. Let me die in peace. " the injured dragon said.
She had moved her head so that one could see a large cut across the chest. Legolas, for that, was his name, does not ask his horse to turn around, no, he jumps down from it and walks away to the injured beast. "We need a healer. Fast!" he says to one of his guards. A young lady for about maybe 20 years emerges. She carries a bowl of herbs and other things that can patch together a wound like this. "I gave you a chance to leave, leave me to my fate. But you defy your instincts and help me. I can take your beloved life in one fell swoop, but you still do not flee. Many want my blood, for that can heal better than elven medicine. You do not want it, but what do you want?" the white dragon said as she raised her head and looked at the young prince. The song he had heard before then came back to his ears.
"Thorin! King Under The Mountain
Alas no more shall rule this domain
We brethren must go on without him
And ensure his death was not in vain
In sleep eternal, he will rest
With the Arkenstone upon his breast
Which evermore shall emit its light
To banish the darkness of unending night
And on his tomb is Orcrist laid
An Elven blade forged in Elder Days
To warn of foes and roving orcs
And ward off all evil from
How shall we remember our fallen friend
Who conquered Dragon Sickness in the end?
A warrior, leader, a proud flawed king?
A worthy descendant of mighty Durin!"
"A dwarf king died in dragon fire. My wings burst in the wind that day, I could have stopped him, but the sword of the orc was far into my right leg. I came here for help, for his family is truly destroyed. A hobbit shall see many years of light. You, young prince, have set out on an adventure to find a lost race. I know where the young ranger is. He has gone to the River City, Rivendell. Let me carry their majesty there, as an eternal thank you. " the white dragon said and rose on all fours. She was as tall as the tallest trees in this part of the country. Her shells shone in the dull sun. A moon-like glass shone around her. Legolas was skeptical at first but then he decided to accept the dragon's offer. He climbed up on her scaly back. Her long razor-sharp spikes stood up like spears. He could easily cut himself on one of them but be careful.

Legolas and the white dragon landed in Rivendell around the afternoon. The young Ranger was out in the gardens at this time and saw the white dragon circling over the beautiful city. Soon a small thump was heard a few meters away. Aragorn went over to where he had seen the dragon land. He was surprised to see his old friend Legolas standing in front of a large white dragon. The elf prince stood with his back to him, but the dragon raised his big head. Two Luminous green-blue eyes stared at the young Dúnedain of Arnor.
"Aragorn, you have become experienced. You are not the young boy I remember running through the works of my father's kingdom. You are a grown man and a beautiful man too." the white dragon said as she bowed with her wings outstretched toward the ground. Legolas looked down at his new friend. He knew that no dragon bowed to anyone but this one had done so. "Ancient vengeance, what a joy to see the white wing again. You have become more beautiful I see, even though dragons are already beautiful then." Aragorn said with a smile. He also bowed to the great dragon.
"Dear elf, I do not bow to Elessar. I greet, we dragons tend to lower our heads to the ground when we meet each other. Do not be fooled by this simple greeting. I am of the same royal blood as you both but maybe stronger if I have to say it myself. " Ancient said with a smile. Plus there was a dazzling light that made both men have to cover their eyes. When they had taken away their arms, they saw a beautiful young lady. She had blond curly hair that ran down her shoulders. Her bright blue eyes were still there. "Like that, this is probably more appropriate for today's events." She said and moved gently on a piece of linen that lay over her hand. She was covered in a linen dress that was almost completely transparent. It went around her curves too and showed that this woman was beautiful.
Legolas and Aragorn looked down with red cheeks. Suddenly the elven lord, Lord Elrond, came. "Oh, I'm got, guests. Who are you, beautiful lady?" he said and went to Ancient. "My name is Lythari, my lord." the white dragon said and nodded in respect. The elf lord was quite overwhelmed by this lady's beauty." it's Al Veluthe shesh va have" Lythari said in elvish.
