Slow down, drink some water, wash your face,

Eat some food. No I don't care if you're too busy or "fat". Eat.
Drink more water. Yes I know your throat hurts, that's because you haven't had any water yet. It feels better eventually, I promise.
Take a shower. I know you're busy, but you'll thank yourself later when you smell good and your hair is soft or frizzy or calmed.
Breathe. I know it's hard, I know it feels silly. But really do it. Breathe in, bug gulps of precious free air. Breathing is the most inexpensive way to keep yourself going. Breathe out. Your heart might start pounding, that means you're alive.
Feel that heart. Perfectly constructed to fit your needs. Here for you, all the time.
Take time. Slow down. Life isn't built in a fast lane, it starts slow. When it feels you're going too fast, slow down, start again.
