3 Months had past...

Luke Andrei's POV

A Day before the Awards Night..

Awards Night na bukas, bakit parang feel ko ang halong kaba at saya, kasi First three months ko palang sa company, nominated agad ako sa Computer Engineers Rookie Award, kakapressure, by the way, binigyan kami company ng one day rest to prepare for the Quarterly Company Awards Night tomorrow, and to be exact hindi lang ang company namin ang nasa Awards night kung di ang sister company namin, ang Gabriel Promotional Company, sila ang in charge sa lahat ng scoop at details ng mga bagay o lugar na ipopromote, kami naman ang bahala sa animation non kung paano namin ipapakita ang ganda ng isang lugar or bagay sa buong US..

*phone ring*

"Hello? Oh yes Mr. Brown?" si Mr. Brown napatawag bakit kaya

"Andrei, are you ready for the Quarterly Awards Night tomorrow?" he said

"Uhm..kinda sir, its been my first time being nominated to a certain company awardings.." I simply said

"So, do you have a date on the Awards Night?" nabigla ako sa sinabi ni Sir Brown

"Do I have to go on a date on the awards night? If it is alright if I haven't have one?" I asked him

"Andrei, the awards night it is natural to have a date on a important night like the awards night, oh wait...If you don't mind, you can bring my daughter there with you, if it is okay with you?" what? nag-reto pa ng ka date tong boss ko, grabe talaga!

"huh? sir? your daughter sir? I haven't met her sir, why would I date your daughter sir?" I asked lot of question to my mang rereto boss

"Don't Andrei, my daughter haven't date someone, you better chill and take my daughter to the awards night, by the way, you can fetch her at the Gabriel Promotional Company, she works there as a senior editor of the company, so Andrei is it okay?" Mr. Brown said

"If you say so sir, tomorrow I'll fetch her there.." I end the call

Oh gosh!!! Instant date, well a date that I used to do with this girl...

Flashback...

JS Prom Night...

Prom Night...

Rodriguez Residence...

"Cailly, darating ba ang date mo hah?" tanong ng mommy ni Cailly

"Yes Mommy, parating na po yun" say ni Cailly ng --

*Beep beep*

"Nandyan na po sya mommy.." say ni Cailly sabay silip sa may bintana

Lumabas ako ng sasakyan at kumaway sa kanya syempre di ako ang driver may sarili kami driver, minor pa ako..

"Good Evening po tita!" bati ko sa mommy ni Cailly

"Good evening iho, ikaw pala ang ka -date nitong anak ko?" say ni tita

"Opo tita.." sambit ko kay tita

"Mommy, una na po kami ni L.A., bye po!" sabay beso ni Cailly sa mommy nya

"Mag-iingat kayo, Andrei ikaw ng bahala sa anak ko, iuwi mo ng maayos yan okay?" say ni tita sa akin

"Yes po tita ako na pong bahala sa kanya" at tuluyan na kaming umalis sa kanila para sa aming JS Prom..

While on the road...

"Buti na lang legal tayo pareho sa parents natin noh?" say ni Cailly

"Oo nga eh, buti na lang payag sila sa relasyon natin, sobrang dalang ng mga ganyang parents lalo na sa edad natin.." say ko sa kanya

"Kaya nga, maswerte tayo sa kanila.." say ni Cailly, I hold her hand and she was surprise of my sudden gesture

"I love you Loveteam!" I said sweetly

"I love you too Loverteam!" she said back

End of Flashback..

Hay!! ang bilis talaga ng panahon, sayang rin, pero kailangan mag move forward for the future *a sudden tears falls down his cheeks* bakit ba ako naiiyak? ang drama ko naman! *wipe his tears* better get some rest for tomorrows event..

Meanwhile....

Cailly's POV

5:00 PM...

Busy ako sa mga paperworks ko ng....

"Best!!" nakakabulabog na boses ni Sab

"Miss Gabriel, this is not an open field to shout!" ayun react paper si Miss Samantha sungit, dinedma lang sya ni Sab at dumeretso sa akin

"Bakit ka ba nasigaw ha?" tanong ko sa kanya

"Best!! Bukas na!!!!" excited nyang sabi

"Anong bukas na?" nagtataka kong tanong

"Ang Quarterly Sister Company Awards Night!!!" say nya na may halong kilig

"Bakit parang kinikilig ka?" tanong ko sa kanya

"Alam mo best!! Kaya ako kinikilig kasi dadalo rin ang mga naggagwapuhang Computer Engineers from our sister company, kyaaah!!! and guest what? may isang gwapo daw na na nominate sa pagiging isang rookie awardee because of his outstanding performance this past three months!!" kwento ni Sab sa akin, sino naman kaya yun? parang na curious ako

"I heard my dad that the nominee for the rookie award will going to be my date.." at umeksena na ang masungit na Senior editor, huh? ka-date nya?

"Talaga hah?" taas kilay na say ni Sab

"You will see for tomorrow.." sabay bitbit ng bag si Sam and walk out, ang sungit na, mataray pa

"Uhhh!!! ang babaeng yun talaga!! hmmp!!" si Sab

"Ang daming negative characters ng babaeng yan, buti nagtatagal dito yan.." simpleng sambit ko

"Ang sabihin mo best, malakas ang kapit, dapat itinatapon ang babaeng yan sa ibang planeta!" gigil na gigil si Sab

"Chillax lang best, masyado ka nang hot!" natatawa kong sabi kay Sab

"Ilang taon na akong nagtitimpi sa ugali ng babaeng bruha yang!" say ni Sab

"Best, kalimutan mo na yang bruhang yan, so ano balak mo bukas?" tanong ko sa kanya

"Ano ang balak mo best bukas?" balik nyang tanong

"Bakit ako?" say ko

"Loka!! kasama tayo sa pupunta sa awards night bukas, kaya nga sister company awards night nga di ba?" say ni Sab

"Paano naman ako pupunta doon? Eh wala naman akong susuitin? di ba mga naka formal wear ang mga umaattend sa awards night?" say ko sa kanya

"Sus!! para yun lang, ayusin mo na yan gamit mo at mag shoshopping tayo tara dali!!" say ni Sab sabay hila sa akin

Fastforward...

About an hour before the Awards night at 7pm

Luke Andrei's POV

On the way na ako to pick up my team leader's daughter..

After 15 minutes of drive, I arrived at the front area of a company when I saw a familiar face, pasakay na sya ng sasakyan..

"Cailly?" sambit ko sa sarili ko while looking at the girl when someone knock on the car window, I opened the window

"Are you Mr. Luke Andrei Baldomero?" that asked me

"Yes, and you are.." I asked her back

"I'm Samantha Brown, I will be your date tonight.." ah sya pala, mukhang mataray at masungit, sumakay na sya sa passenger seat and I drove off

While on the way to the event..

"Is these your car?" she suddenly asked

"Nope, I just rent it from my co-worker.." I simply said, 3 months palang ako dito, ang layo pa para makabili ako ang ng sarili kong sasakyan..

"Oh okay! So how was it feel to be nominated for the rookie awards?" she asked

"Well, kinda nervous and happy to be exact.." I just kept on answering her question, its to boring!

"Do you have a girlfriend?" nakainom ba tong babaeng to, at bigla na lang yun ang natanong nya

"What do you mean?" I said

"I'm just curious, you know, by only looking at you, I think I've been hit by a love at first sight!" patay kang bata ka! nakikita ko from the side na she is trying to flirt with me when..

"We're here, you can get out now, just wait for me inside okay?" her mood suddenly change and walks out of the car..

Cailly's Side (POV)

(Inside the Event proper with Sab)

"Best tignan mo oh, ang gagwapo ng mga engineers na yun oh!" sabay turo ni Sab sa grupo ng kalalakihan sa may bandang harapan

"Best, awards night ba ang pinunta natin dito o mag boy hunting ka lang magdamag?" tanong ko kay Sab

"Syempre naman its a 50-50 game best!! Awards night/boy hunting, pagkakataon na natin to noh!? Lalo ka na, girl its been 4 months since Lance left you, its time to have someone that will truly love you until the end..." habang nag lilitanya si Sab, ay may napansin akong parang pamilyar na mukha

"Luke Andrei?" sambit ko habang pinagmamasdan  ko ang lalaking kasama ng haliparot na si Sam

"Hah? Luke Andrei ka dyan best, akala ko ba move on na te! eh bakit narinig ko na naman ang pangalan ni Andrei hah? Teka? baka tama nga ako ng nakita last time, asan?" sabay tingin si Sab sa kinaroroonan ni Samantha kasama yung ka date nya

"Oh my G!!! nananaginip lang ba ako best? pakisampal nga ako best!?" sinampal ko nga ng isa para matauhan

"Nananaginip ka pa best?" tanong ko sa kanya

"Hindi na, Cailly! ang destiny --" pinutol ko ang pantasya ni Sab

"Baka kamukha lang nya, imposibleng nandito yun, matagal ko na nga di nakakausap yun 9 years na, madami lang sigurong magkakamukha ngayon!" say ko sabay talikod

"Ay!! best, bakit naging emotera? wag mong sabihin jelly jelly ka kay Samantha?" tukso sa akin ni Sab

"Asa pa sya best..." say ko

While Cailly and Sab are busy talking to each other..

From A far...

Luke Andrei's Side (POV)

"Its a great thing you made here Andrei and Sam!" well nilapitan kami ni Mr. Brown to greet her daughter

"Thanks dad! And I think I already like this guy!" she suddenly wrapped her arm around my arm

"Oh! very nice Sam, how about you Andrei? What do you think of my daughter?" shet! na frame up ata ako ng mag tatay na to when someone caught my attention

"Excuse me Sam, Mr. Brown but I need to used the Comfort Room, if you'll excuse me?" I said and they nod and continued to their conversation, akala nila sa CR talaga ang punta ko, nagkakamali sila, dahil may nakita akong pamilyar na mukha, may kasama syang isa pang babae, when I'm about to reach that girl --

"Ladies and Gentlemen! Welcome to the Quarterly Group of Companies Awards night, first we will announce the Rooki Award for this Quarter and the winner is..." pag paused ng MC

Back to Cailly's Side

Natahimik ang lahat ng iaannounce na nila ang winner sa Rookie Award and here goes...

"The winner is Mr. Luke Andrei Baldomero!!!" ano daw!!? pakiulit!!? Luke Andrei Baldomero!!?

"Best, nabibingi ba ako? Si-- Luke Andrei Baldomero -- best!!! nandito sya nandito ang First -- " tinakpan ko ang bibig ni Sab at tinignan ko kung sino ang aakyat sa stage ng tumutok ang lights sa lalaking di kalayuan sa kinatatayuan ko, tumingin sya sa akin *eyes wide* *in shock*

Back to Luke Andrei's Side

Ako ang nanalo!! Wow for the first time in history!! the spot lights spots me and the audience clap, when I was about to go up stage, a familiar eyes caught my attention, I look at her *eyes wide in surprised*

"Cailly?" I said while looking at her

"Luke Andrei?" I heard her say my name
