Bulbul :-  A happy go lucky teenager. She's naughty and chirpy as per her name. She's always chirping around, yet she's sad for a reason, that her parents left her alone in an orphanage. She's most close to Ruhana, who's almost like an elder sister to her. Ruhana also has a heart for the girl and gets gifts for Bulbul and her punters as well.

Ruhana Mishra :-  A 30 year old independant woman. She works in an MNC. She looks happy, but in her heart, she holds a dark secret. She's trying hard to forget it, but as much she tries to forget it, it comes in front of her like a movie, and she can't help blame herself for the mess. Later on, a secret is revealed in front of her that leaves her shocked.

ACP Vineet Aggarwal :-  ACP of Mumbai Police. He is ruthless, unkind and an angry young man for the criminals. He is always busy with himself. His life changes when he meets Bulbul while chasing a criminal. Moreover, he's shocked to meet Ruhana as well.
