Ujwal Savera Orphanage

Bulbul moves to her room after the dinner and walk rituals and finds her friends sad. She finds them sitting gloomily which is unusual, because their fun continues until midnight. Today her punters are sad and so she looks at them.

"Abey! Kya hua tum logon ko? Ghadi pe to sirf 9:30 bje hain par tum logo k 12 kyu baje hue hain?" she asks looking at the kids.

Rahul looks at her sadly and takes a deep breath.

"Di actually Chetan ka birthday hai na ek hafte mein, aur aaj hum aise hi baat kar rahe they ki usko apne mummy papa ki yaad a gayi. Tabse vo udaas hai." Rahul says.

Bulbul feels bad for the boy as they are of same kinds. Even she misses her parents, but they know that they are family to each other.

" Arey yar, toh uska mood set karna tha na… usko.. " she says but Sonal barges into the conversation.

"Hasaya…jokes sunaye.. Sab kuch kiya lekin wo Chetan hasa hi nahi." She finishes her statement sadly.

Bulbul feels pinched as she too misses  her parents often, but for now it is important to make Chetan smile. So, she composes herself and continues in same carefree tone.

" Kya yar…tumlogon se ek kaam bhi dhang se nahi hota. Vaise to pura din Joker giri karte ho lekin Chetan ka mood thik nahi kar paye, hasa nahi paye usey." she says.

She then moves towards Chetan who's sitting near the window on the floor. She sits next to him and side hugs him.

" Oye Half ticket! kya yar sada sa muh bama ke baitha hai yahan! Chal na, bahar chalte hain. " Bulbul says.

" Mera mann nahi hai. Aap jao" Chetan replies sadly.

Bulbul slaps on his head lightly.

"Arey! Aise kaise! mera dost preshan ho aur main aise hi chali jau…bilkul nai! Tujhe akele chod ke main nahi jaungi." Bulbul says.

Chetan smiles lightly while looking at her.

"Chalo atleast aap toh ho nahi toh mumma papa toh chale hi gaye na! Mujhe toh ye tak ni pata ki unhone mujhe chor diya ya vo zinda bhi hain ya nahi." chetan looks at her as tears trickle down her eyes.

Bulbul is also emotional by now. She can feel him and his emotions. She rubs his tears.

" Oye! Aise kyun soch raha hai… tere paas vo nahi toh kya! Asha maa hain, hum sab hai ..kya humlog teri family nahi hai? Aur fir hum sabke paas parents nahi hai toh kya, par dekh kitne parents ka pyar hai. Asha maa hain..Abhijeet uncle, Tarika anty aur vo sabhi families jo hmare orphanage ko support karte hain. Vo sab hamari family hi toh hai. Aur fir hum sab toh hain na ek dusre k liye. Aur vaise bhi, Asha maa hamesha kehti hain ki bhagwan ji jissey zyada pyar krte hain na unko parents se dur kardete hain. Pata hai kyun? Kyunki bhagwan ji k liye vo bache sabse special hote hain isliye vo unki care khud krna chahte hain. Tabhi to Hum sabki yahan kitni care hoti hai…hoti hai k nai!"Bulbul asks.

Chetan nods in agreement while Bulbul smiles.

" Toh fir kyu mood off krna? Dekho ab agar tum aise sade mood mein rahe to I know kya karna hai. "She says naughtily and chetan knows what's coming up next.

Other kids smile widely and run towards Chetan and they all start tickling him and he starts to  laugh and giggle. He gazes at Bulbul, who's looking at him with teary smile and she pulls him in a hug and her other punters too hug them making it a group hug of Punters which was so warm in itself, because of their sentiments towards each other making it a family hug of these kids.

Next day….Evening time…..

The day passes in a blur… Vineet reaches Café La Plaza right on time and is waiting for the informer to arrive. It's already 7:40pm when Ruhana reaches there to meet Vinay. She's wearing a light pink saree with golden border along with golden blouse and high heels. She's looking very  beautiful. She enters the café and looks around for Vinay but misunderstands Vineet as Vinay as he seems to wait for someone. She moves to him.

"Kya ap Vin…" she asks but Vineet cuts her.

Vineet shushes her and asks her to sit. She thanks him politely while he orders two cappuchinos for the two of them and finally looks at her.

"Han toh kya batana chahti ho?" he asks.

Ruhana is confused with his behavior as her father told that they have told the real thing to Vinay.

"Jo bhi aap puchna chahe!" Ruhana replies shushing her thoughts.

Vineet looks at her and is displeased. He has taken her as the informer that his men have told her.

"Ajeeb hai. Information deni hai nahi, baat aise kar rahi hai jaise rishta jodna aayi hai." He thinks and his trance is broken by Ruhana's voice.

"Where are you lost? Aapko jo bhi puchna hai puch sakte hain." she says.

" Vo to main puchunga hi. Par ye batao tumhe yahan kisi ne aate to nai dekha! Koi janta to nahi k tum mujhse milney vali ho!" he asks.

Ruhana is highly confused with his behavior.

"Ye aap kya bol rahe hain! Mujhe aapse milne ke liye bola gaya tha so I'm here. Aur koi dekh bhi ley toh kya!" she says.

Vineet gets irritated but controls himself.

"Pehli baar mil rahi ho kisi se?" he asks.

Ruhana nods negatively and Vineet grits his teeth.

"Agar ye pehli baar nahi to aise milna ! Ya toh tum bahut bahadur samajhti  ho khud ko ya bahut hi bevkoof ho jo aise sare aam milne aa gayi."he says

Ruhana glares at him at his words.

" Excuse me! Ye ap kaise baat kar rahe hain mujhsey!" She says loudly.

Vineet looks around and then again at Ruhana

" Batao kya batana chahti ho? Mere pas itna time nahi hai ki yahan baitha rahun. "he says irritatedly.

Ruhana is lost in jer own thoughts. She's not getting what's happening.

" Kitna ajeeb insaan hai! Kya boley ja raha hai! Kya yahi vo insaan hai jise meri sachai se farq nahi padta aur mujhsey milna chahta tha… par fir ye esey kyu behave kar raha hai!?"

Vineer finds her lost and snips her fingers in front of her.

"Oh hello madam! Kuch batana hai to batao varna mere paas aur bhi kaam hai already tum itna late ayi ho…" he says.

Ruhana looks at him as she was only ten minutes late. Vineet again asks her to tell him the information

" Vaise apne mujhse mera naam nai pucha abhi! Aapko shayad phle hi bataya gaya hoga…" she says

" Oh madam…. Mujhe naam se nai kaam se matlab hai." he says irritatedly.

Ruhana is now hurt and tries to speak but he shushes her.

"forget it. Koi information toh di nahi, fir bhi ye paise rakh lo.

Ruhana is now shocked, angry and hurt. She stands up on her place.

" Oh shut up!! Ap khudko samjhte kya hain!? Aur mujhe kya samajh rakha hai? Kitni ghatiya soch hai apki!!! " she shouts at him.

"Rakh lo! Bina information ke mil rahe hai. Isse zyada main tumhare liye kuch nahi kar sakta." Vineet says.

Ruhana is really angered and pinched by his behavior. She throws the money on his face.

"Bas! Samajhte kya ho tum khudko? Aur mujhe kya samajh rakha hain. I am not a puppet jisse jab chaha khel liya nahi toh paise fenk diye unke saamne. Main tumse sharafat se baat kar rahi hoon aur tum mujhpe paise ka raub jhaad rahe ho? Isliye tumhe kisi baat se farak nahi padta na.. Ladkiyon se baat karne tak ki tameez nahi hai tumhe. Tumhare paise tumhe mubarak. Dobara mujhe apni ghatiya shakal mat dikhana. " Ruhana says angrily and leaves the cafe.

Ruhana is teary eyed by now.

" How cheap! Samajhta kya hai ye khud ko. Papa kabhi mere liye aisa  ladka nai chunenge jo mujhe itni giri hui ladki samjhta ho. " she murmurs and hires a taxi for home.

Ruhana reaches her home and straight away moves to her room. Tarika calls her name but she doesn't reply. She decides to talk to her and begins walking when Abhijeet stops her asking about Ruhana.

" Tarika! Ruhana aa gayi kya!?" he asks.

"Ji. Abhi ayi hai aur seedha apne room mein chali gayi.." she says.

" Kya! Tumne ussey pucha kuch ! Bataya usne kaisi rahi Vinay k sath uski meeting?". He asks.

" Arey puchti toh tab na jab vo rukti. Maine awaz lagai lekin vo bina koi jawab diye seedha apne room mein chali gai. Kuch preshan lag rahi thi. I hope sab thik ho…" Tarika says worriedly.

Abhijeet nods and they move to Ruhana's room.

On the other hand, Vineet is shocked about how the girl he met  threw the money on his face. He thought her to be rude. He reaches the police station and begins to yell at his men.

" Ye sab mazak chal raha hai kya! Koi kaam ki nahi nikli tumhari wo informer. Hadd hoti hai laparvahi ki Shindey. pata bhi hai ek baar vo drug consignment sheher mein aa gaya toh najane kitni zindgiya us zeher ki latt lga baithengi….lekin nai… tum logo ko kya padi hai…." he yells.

" Sir..ap…ap kya bol rahe hain! Vo informer…vo to aaj aapse mil hi nahi payi. " Shinde replies scaredly.

" Kya bakwass kar rahe ho Shindey… main abhi thodi der phle hi to mila hun ussey us café mein jahan vo mujhe mili bhi…" Vineet says.

" Lekin sir esey kaise ho sakta hai! Vo ladki to aapko aaj mil hi nai payi, infact thodi der pehle usne inform kiya k kisi vajah se vo aaj apko mil nai pai… lekin jald hi vo puri information k sath aapko milegi….." he says.

Vineet is shocked.

Kya! Toh fir vo ladki kaun thi jo mujhe café mein mili thi! kahin vo Makhija ki koi khabri to nai thi jo mujhse information niklvana chahti ho ki police kya krne vali hai. Nai nai… agar esa hota to vo mujhse kuch na kuch puchti infact vo to mujhe bol rahi thi k mujhe jo ussey puchna hai puchu…" he murmurs.

Insp. Shindey looks at him.

" Kya sir…kai badbad tos! Mujhe kuch samajh nai aa raha. " he says.

Vineet looks at him.

" Nahi kuch nai…tum ye batao vo informer kab milegi dobara!" he asks.

" Sir usney bola k jaisey hi puri information aur mauka milega vo bata degi." Shindey replies.

Vineet nods in affirmation and asks them to keep asking their informants about the same.

Shindey agrees and leaves the cabin while Vineet is lost in jis thoughts.

" Agar vo ladki informer nai thi to thi kaun!? Pata nahi maine bhi na jaane gusse mein kitna galat behave kiya.. Usey hurt bhi kiya. Lekin akhir kaun thi vo!" he thinks and then drives back to his home.

Mishra house.

Abhirika move in Ruhana's room and find her upset. Tarika moves to her and sits near her on bed and caress her hair while Ruhana burst out crying getting the warm touch of her mother, which panicked her parents.

"Ruhana! Kya hua beta!? Tum…tum ro kyun rahi ho? Batao hua kya!?" Abhijeet asks

"Papa vo Vinay… vo Vinay bahut bura hai…" she cries.

"Vinay! Beta shant ho jao aur batao akhir baat kya hai!" Tarika asks softly.

"Mumma vo bahut bura hai…. Mere ateet mein jo kuch bhi hua ho par uska aisa krne ka bilkul haq nai banta." Ruhana says.

Abhijeet smears her head.

"Shant ho jao Ruhana aur batao akhir kiya kya usne! Kyun meri beti ki ankhein nam hain uski vajah se.." he asks.

"Papa, aaj jab main usey mili toh usne kaha usey naam se nahi kaam se matlab hai. Paison ka raub jhaad raha tha wo. Usne kya mujhe itna gira hua samajh rakha hai. Jo mere ateet mein hua wo meri galti thi lekin agar vo aadhi baat jaan ke wo mujhe itna gira hua samajhta hai toh nai karni mujhe usse shadi. " she finishes her statement.

Abhijeet gets angry knowing everything. He clenches his fist.

" How dare he? Himmat kaise hui uski meri bachi k sath aise behave krne ki usey toh main… " he says angrily and at the same time he gets a call from vinay's father.

"ye kya badtmizi hai apke bête ki? Humne aapko sach bataya to kya aaplog meri bachi ke ateet ki khilli udayenge? Aapko koi haq nai banta k ap meri beti k jazbaton k sath aisa ghatiya mazak karein. Main aapse ye puchna chahta hun ki akhir Vinay ne aisa kia kyun?" Abhijeet asks angrily.

.

Kya! Par aise kaise ho sakta hai! Ruhana ne khud bataya k vo Vinay se mili aur usney misbehave kiya meri beti k sath." Abhijeet says.

.

.

"Dekhiye Khanna ji agar ye baat sach hai to main apse mafi chahunga…." he apologises.

.

.

"Ji ji… main dekhta hun k ye mamla hai kya!"

.

.

"Thankyou Khanna ji…and i am sorry again…par ab ye misunderstanding khatam ho hi gai hai to main asha karta hun k issey is rishtey pe koi fark nahi padega."

.

"Ji..Thankyou …Rakhta hun…"

Abhijeet apologises to Mr. Khanna and disconnects the call. He looks at his wife and daughter who are  looking at him with curious eyes.He explains them that Vinay didn't meet Ruhana and whom Ruhana met is someone else.

" Chaliye maan liya Abhijeet ki vo Vinay nai tha par tha kaun vo! Jo bhi ho usne meri beti k self respect ko thes pahunchai hai…" Tarika says.

" Pata nai Tarika. Main dekhta hoon, pata lagata hun uskey bare mein." Abhijeet assures the mother and daughter.

Ruhana now looks up at her father.

" Nahi papa, iski koi zarurat nai hai. Main us insan k bare mein bilkul janna nai chahti jisey ek ladki ki respect karna nahi aata. Main bas itna janti hun k vo jo koi bhi tha main kabhi dobara uski shakal tak nai dekhna chahti… I just hate him." she says and hugs her mother who tries to calm her while Abhijeet is worried about his daughter, after all he can't see his princess in tears.

Next Morning….

Ujwal Savera Orphanage

It is a day off from school and children therefore are in orphanage only, making it a chirpy place. Some are playing while some are studying, some drawing and painting on canvas. This is a place which is not their home, but also, their playground, library, drawing studio and every other thing they like to do. Asha Maa keeps organising art, dance and other classes for her children. Punters are roaming here and there finding Bulbul but on the way Raghu kakka stops them…

"Arey bachon kya baat hai aaj tum itne shant kyu ho! Sab thik hai na! aur tumari toli ki leader kahan hai! Kahin tum log fir se koi shararat toh nai kar rhe..dekho fir mat kehna maine samjhaya nai par tum Asha madam ko jante ho fir…" The old man warns them.

Chetan looks at him.

" Nai kakka hum log koi shararat nai kar rahe… aur karenge to tab na jab Bulbul di hamare sath hongi…nai toh kya maza aayega…" Chetan says.

" Han toh bacho vo hain kahan?" Kaka asks.

" Kakka humlog bhi toh unhi ko dhundh rahe hain… subah se dikh nahi rahi. " Chetan says.

" Toh tum logon ne bahar dekha !" he asks.

Sonal makes a face.

" Arey kakka..room…corridors…. Kitchen… bathroom…. Terrace.. har jagah check kiya par vo kahin nai hain…pata nai kahan gayi !" she says.

Kakka murmurs to himself.

" Kahan gayi hogi! Kahin koi gadbad to nai karne vali firse!" he murmurs.

He seems scared and comes out of his trance on a warm touch on his arm by Rahul. He looks at het and says.

" Han..vo…vo main keh raha tha ki jaldi se usey dhundho kahin Asha madam ko pata chala kisi nayi shararat ka to bahut naraz hongi…" he says

Mehul makes a face.

"Han toh vo toh vaise bhi hamare piche padi rehti hai. Jab dekho Humein dantti rehti hai" he says.

The kids are unaware that asha Maa is behind them and they continue to speak.

" nai toh kya! Mana hmein bahut pyar bhi karti hain..par jab rules ki baat ho to itni strict ho jati hain…" she says.

"Han … aur fir kakka aap hi batao jab hum bache shararat nahi karenge to kaun karega ! Bolo ap.." Chetan says.

Kaka looks at Asha Maa who signals him to be quiet and interact with him.

" Ab dekho bachon is mamley main main kya bol sakta hu… vo jo bhi krti hain tum bacho ki bhalai k liye hi toh karti hain.." he says.

" Arey kakka vo sab toh thik hai lekin hamesha hmare piche kyu?" chetan says.

He says and while speaking he turns around to find Asha maa standing with criss crossing her arms across the chest, and thus stops in between. Mehul turns and stammers seeing Asha Maa.  They look at each other with scared expressions and then at Asha maa..

"Hmm, toh main bevajah tumlogon ko dantti hun! Bekar mein pichey padi rahti hun! Aur tum log aaj school kyun nai gaye!" she asks.

Sonal looks at her scaredly.
"Vo…vo Asha maa actually aaj school ki chutti hai na…" she says.

" Chutti! Arey han! Par tumari vo ringleader kahan hai?? Dekho agar mujhe pata chala na ki tumlogon ne milkar firsey koi shararat ki to dekh lena tum log…" She asks strictly.

"Nahi Asha maa…hum aisa kuch nai kar rahe, infact humlog toh khud Bulbul di ko dhundh rahe hain par vo subh se kahin nai mil rahi…" sonal says.

"Nai mil rahi! Ye ladki ja kahan sakti hai!" Asha Maa asks worriedly and they get to search her.

They reach into the garden and are left  happily surprised seeing the scenario. .
